Horrible experience renting from this location. I love enterprise and have never had an issue with them until coming to this location… honestly no other manager gave me any issues but Katie Macaulay… she’s seems to be very racist and discriminatory for no reason at all… acted in Ill manor due to me being a minority… honestly she’s at the wrong location if I his is her attitude she shouldn’t be working with people. She ignored emails and never communicated properly nor do they ever answer calls… Her friend who is a coordinator by the name of Katie Shawl who was her alias in this horrible experience as well.. they both need to be reprimanded for what they’ve done. I had perfect rental history with enterprise until coming across those two RACIST humans. I’d highly not recommend esp if you’re a minority CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION they’ve also been through sooo many managers and staff at this location it just needs serious serious help!!!! Also when I stated to her she’s only escalated the issue due to knowing I was a minority she literally didn’t disagree and a normal person who knows they aren’t a racist would’ve gladly reassured me that was not the cause at all. And to top it off she literally shunned me off and almost refused to acknowledge the EMAIL PROOF I HAVE THAT I COMMUNICATED WAY BEFORE Issue should’ve been escalated. Those will be posted
Upon entering the building, we met a female representative with a tone. Telling us, not asking us that we had to go back outside. She wasn't nice and didn't try to be nice. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Even her coworkers apologized for her tone. We had issues with our credit card. Had to wait over 2 hours to actually talk to someone on the phone. We had to ask for chairs to sit outside since we weren't allowed inside. No one checked on us till we were there way into 2 1/2 hours. Never asked if we wanted anything to drink. Thank goodness it was in the low 70s. Day before it was in the 90s. Once we got in the car, we had to bring the car back because there were so many scratches and marks on the car and chips in the windshield. The car was rough. Got it documented and was signed off on. We have been burned at an Enterprise before so with the attitude and lack of customer service we thought we better cover ourselves and document and sign. Thank goodness we don't live in Dallas and have to deal with this location on a regular basis. Unprofessional!
I booked a reservation when my car broke down. I thought I was calling a direct Enterprise location but apparently the calls go through a call center. I thought I had a successfully booked reservation through the Inwood Dallas location. Apparently I did not and I was told that the call center hired new people who don't know the process completely, are not aware of car availability, and that they would not pick me up because I was outside of their pickup range. Keep in mind that this information was the exact opposite of what I was told. When I called to see if another location had vehicles available, I once again was connected to a call center. The person on the phone was told the situation and stated that my reservation and accommodations would be honored and I would receive a call back. The phone call never happened and I was left stranded at the location. It was the poorest service I ever received from Enterprise.
BEWARE! If possible I would give this location zero stars. This location has to be the most ruthless and disgusting Enterprise in the city of Dallas. I got a rental from another location which I had videos taken of the car from pick up to the time I dropped it off. Also, I had the branch I rented the car from do a walk around of the car before I heading to pick up my car from the body shop just to CYA. The car came from another location and I returned it to my body shop closer to their location so it was dropped off to their store. Sadly, whom ever is in charge over there attempted to make a FRAUDULENT claim that there was hail damage to the car. Which the employee at the branch I had picked up the car from informed me of. There has been no hail in the city of Dallas recently. Not to mention I have proof of the car having zero damage. Please avoid this location at all cost.
I got a car for a week they didn’t tell me or ask me the time I was supposed to pick up and drop off. I get a car at enterprise every single year and never had an issue until I went to this location. They did not give me a copy of anything I sign or receipt of anything. I was told I would be charge extra because I drop off the day I was suppose to drop off but hours later. $129 because I was suppose to drop off Monday at 9am and instead I drop off at 6pm. Which to me that sound like taking advantage of the customer when they did not mention that the car was supposed to be returned the same hours as it was picked up never going back to this location. Also the car they gave me kept showing that needed an oil change.**Update after this review they gave me my deposit back and now I’m happy about that I just hope next time they can explain everything to me .
Good customer experience but, mediocre car. I had to drop my car of for service and pick up a rental. I request small/compact for the ease of parking and gas efficiency. I was given a Nissan Rogue Sport which was fine but, more space I needed. The Staff there was nice and got in a car with 20 minutes with no issue. The main problem was the car itself The car had a smell of standing water and you had to drive with the windows cracked. Also the touch screen didn't work so you couldn't really use the radio. I didn't bother returning or replacing it because, I only had the car for 3 days and working from home kept me using the car for more than 30 minutes a day. Drop of service was simple and easy. My recommendation would be to retire the car if possible and keep up the great customer service.
Worst experience ever! I was told to leave the car at the shop from where they picked me up, they left the car there for 6 days after I dropped their rental. One week later I get a call about possible damage on the car. Do not leave the car at the shop/dealership even if they friendly tell you so! Make sure you inspect the car and record every dent, scratch, stain, hail damage on the top (yes bring a bottle of eater to make sure there's no hail damage). I have asked for my rental to be changed before pickup because it had too much damage. The vehicle that I rented was dirty, had multiple scratches, dents and a huge stain on the back seat. 3 different types of tires that made the ride all this time super uncomfortable. Bad customer service, bad cars, bad experience.
Had a good experience, just a couple of issues: 1-no cars were available in the category I reserved (sometimes you appreciate an upgrade but in this case really wanted fuel efficiency over all else) and 2- car exterior was visibly dirty, windows smudged but we were in a rush and had no time for a wash. There was also a lingering smell inside, not sure if it was the cleaning product used/air freshener but the smell was too strong and unpleasant. I'm sure the gentleman helping would have been happy to assist, however when I rent I'd like to not have to worry about these things - Hertz definitely has a leg up on this. Appreciated that I could park on the lot and return the car after hours. Would rent again, hoping for better luck.
I’m so upset the fact that a manager just sits there instead of trying to come over and explain a situation. We never had an issues before I just explained that my husband that wasn’t paying attention to what he was signing yes it his fault to agree for the optional insurance our rental was 298 but ins it was an additional 120 like that doesn’t make sense so I asked could we have gotten removed since he didn’t understand the associate asked the manager or some one in the back that didn’t bother to get up and just decline her response well why didn’t you all call before we’ll Sorry with our personal loss I didn’t look at the receipt until the night before. So any future rentals will not be from that location.
I had an amazing experience here at Inwood Enterprise rental. I was recently in a car wreck where my car was totaled. I had called about 8 or 9 rental places and Inwood was the only location that was able to rent me a car - the exact type I needed. They were flexible when the rental company allowed me to rent for a week longer to enable us to shop for and purchase a new car. They were prompt with their communication and very informative and understanding. There was also a miscommunication about the collision coverages that were provided for the car and one of the managers - Austin - worked with me and reimbursed the amount in question. I will be renting from this location from now on.
Average experience. Staff are very friendly, which makes up for where Enterprise itself is lacking. Mainly they need to update their phone line so that it has options when you call. Currently it will just ring ... and ring and ring. And it's been this way at least since March that I know of. Sometimes if you wait for a few minutes someone will pick up. Other times no one will. Being an established company, you would expect something like "You are on hold for the next available agent" or "Would you like to leave your number for us to call you back?" (maybe even a voicemail option lol). Whoever is overseeing this business, it's time to get the phone lines in order.
I had to get a rental through state farm on a Sunday, and according to the state farm rep this location was closed and had no availability. I looked on Google maps and saw it was open, and so state farm was able to make me a reservation for a different location on a Monday and told me to just go to this Inwood location and see what they could do. I live in Houston and I had to go home that day because I had to work, so I desperately needed a rental. I went to the Inwood location and explained it to them, and the lady who helped me was able to get me into a car right away. She was so helpful and nice, and she made the process as seamless as possible.
Chris secured a rental for us and then a week later, delivered a different car, particularly one I had declined. When I asked about it he just said, "uh, no. Your car had been rented and smoked in so it's not available" (bait and switch). We hadn't received any prior warning that reserved auto was not available, he just showed up in my driveway with the wrong car. I submitted a complaint to "a manager" and since then heard nothing so, I'll speak my own truth until proven otherwise. More than likely, he rented my car to a higher bidder or someone he knew. I highly recommend going elsewhere as there's plenty of options
First time doing a long term rental and had a great experience! The staff was very prompt and efficient with getting me in and out when picking up and dropping off the rental. It was also my first time going through insurance and whole process was very smooth. This location had a great selection of vehicles as well- my first rental was bigger than the normal size suv that I drive so they let me trade it in for a smaller suv with no problem because i felt more comfortable driving something else. Also gave me a ride back to the auto body shop so that I could pick up my car from! 10/10 recommend
Normally I would 5 star this place this is where I normally rent from and never had a problem. I signed the additional insurance but mistake and accepted my wife didn’t see the receipt until the day before turning in. We inquired if that can be taken off and was told No so here’s the problem, the associate that helped asked a manager in the bank why not get up and just explain and decline customer service was not great this time. We are having 4 additional trips this year and will be canceling our booking and taking our business else where to a different enterprise.
Had a reservation and still had to wait around 30 mins. First car wasn’t cleaned so I had to wait for them to finish cleaning it. Once done cleaning and final inspection was being done they realized one tire had an issue. So they had to start cleaning another car. The car that was given to me smelled horrible. Like cigarettes and trash. Had to go and buy some fresheners for it and still then it smelled horrible. Emailed Daniel J Haeseker, and let him know if the issue, however nothing was done about it. Felt gross even getting in that car.
I was told two different things by two different representatives about a rental. I spent money for a Lyft to get there and once there I was told the different story about renting with an added driver and was unable to rent the car. If you’re not going to allow something make it a company wide agreement when someone asks about it before people waste money to get to an enterprise location thinking they can rent a car after being given false information. I want my Lyft money back. It was a complete sate of money
I dropped off their vehicle at the Texas collision center just around the block on 5/13/2023. Picked up my repaired vehicle and drove home. 4 days later, I get a receipt email from Enterprise and they charged me for three extra days. Saying I dropped it off on a Tuesday 5/16/2023. These guys stole $264 from me and no matter how many times I urged him to correct that issue with help from the collision center. They just didn't do anything. That would be my first and last time going to an Enterprise.
I got at the Enterprise before they closed at 1p. There was another customer coming out of the door and getting into the uber I was getting out of. In the time it took for the lady to close the Enterprise door and me to walk up to the door, someone LOCKED THE DOOR. No one answered my knocks and I watched as each employee exited the rear of the building and drove off. Do not use this store for car rentals because they are careless and inconsiderate.
I'm not happy with enterprise when I was charged for 10 extra days, because they didn't go pick up the car at the dealership. After the dealership was informed that they were coming to pick the car up. So I got charged for enterprise not picking it up for 10 days. The service manager did informed me to leave the car and enterprise would come and get the car. He had informed enterprise several times when they called for a rental pickup !!!
I had an amazing experience here at Inwood Enterprise rental. I needed a car to run some errands and arrived there on Saturday afternoon at 12:30pm, just 30 minutes before closing. I had resigned myself to leaving empty handed but the staff there were super nice and were able to get me in a comfortable vehicle. Special thanks to Analisa (not sure if I recall the name correctly) for helping me out of a tough situation!!!
Value for the price is great, the car condition so-so, the rental process convoluted, and the wait times are long as no cars were ready despite a reservation, so I must rate Enterprise as "average." Admittedly my experience was getting an insurance paid "loaner" so I should have anticipated delay, and I'm a bit jaded as a Hertz President's Club member. If time is not an issue, Enterprise is probably a good choice.
I was told that insurance would cover every fee for my rental. I got a call after returning it saying that there were no charges and that they would be returning my deposit in full. A week later, they charged my debit card $88.50 three separate times for using a toll road twice. This was rightfully marked as fraudulent by my debit card. I asked what the charges were about and enterprise support had no answer.
This location of Enterprise went over and above in service. I had no hassles whatsoever and that made an extremely stressful time bearable. I had a car accident and had to extend my reservation from a week to a month and never had a hard time with any rep and could extend my reservation with a 3 minute call. I honestly wish I could buy the whole office lunch. They were just that good!
I was impressed by the customer service that I received today from Josiah. He was courteous and his professionalism was on point. I highly recommend this location based on the service that I received today. I feel like good customer service is hard to come by these days and Josiah delivered. I am loyal to Enterprise because of their great customer service. Thanks again!
The price is great for a Toyota Corolla and agents are very helpful. I returned back the car and suddenly I couldn't turn off the car. I asked for help and then one of the female agents got into the car and found that I didn't shift to P position. What a stupid mistake! (I remembered that I once made this mistake before.) In general, this was a wonderful experience.
I rented a car from the Enterprise location on Inwood Road in Dallas, TX was the service was phenomenal. I came in and there was a small line, and although the car I had reserved was currently being cleaned, they immediately had one sent over from a nearby location to prevent from having to wait any longer. Excellent service, I will be back again in the future.
It was a good experience, and they were even going to up grade my car for the same price cause they didn't want me to wait for the other car to get cleaned, that was very courteous but I preferred a smaller car and the wait was not long for the cleaning the only thing I did not like was not being addressed/ acknowledged while I waited at the counter
Stop listing cars you don't have for rent. Your business is a joke. Absurd. You should be ashamed. Your employees just sit there with a stupid look on their face. No help whatsoever. And that nasty boy at the counter all he did was pick his nasty teeth at us. Use Toro (app) instead of this joke of a company.
Thankful for their customer service and dedication. Also, thank you the the young man that took me home, didn't get his name, it was his 4th day working there i believe and already being a great team player and great customer service provider. (Great for a management position) …
We had Austin as our Enterprise contact. He was friendly, thorough, and even gave us a ride to Love Field as it was raining. We didn't have to wait for a taxi or UBER. This left a great impression on my wife and I. Please tell Austin we will return to Enterprise because of his customer service.
My experience with this location is nothing but extraordinary service. The team serves with superiority and high professionalism. Their interns possess outstanding leadership and clear communication. My second time using them for a premium car. I recommend this location 1000 percent.
I had a really bad experience with this rental car. The rental car smelled really bad the whole time I had it. They didn’t refund me for the extra gas that they had promised and it’s so hard to contact them cause they never pick up the phone. I won’t be renting from here anymore.
Devri was the most helpful person I’ve EVER had in my rental car experience. She truly went above and beyond to help me with a tricky reservation and correspond with insurance. Seriously… it was a weight lifted off my shoulders. Wish every Enterprise had a Devri.
What a great experience. Alex and Thomas were quick, efficient, and helped me in every way they could get into a likable car. It’s not everyday you get to end your busy work day with a little laughter in a stressful time. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else.
This is the most competent Enterprise location I've seen in years. My reservation got botched and transferred to the wrong location twice. It was Dan at this Inwood & Cedar Springs location who finally got things fixed for me. Thank you, Dan, you're great!
After arriving late Thursday night in Dallas our Budget car rental office was packed with a 2 hour wait. Friday morning we called the local Enterprise office and they said come on down. They saved the weekend and even drove us back to the airport on Sunday
No longer use Enterprise because of this experience. Had a reservation, no car available for 3. Hours and when I returned it they found $1800 in damage I didn’t cause. On top of truck breaking down in their parking lot. Hertz gold member for life now.
This particular location was soo professional from start to finish of my rental. I WILL be a repeat customer due to the way I was treated. Dan was especially gracious to me and sure I was completely satisfied with the rental. ❤️ …
Overall great experience. Staff was friendly and polite. Dan did a great job explaining the process and was very professional. Original vehicle size class I booked was not available but I was still properly accommodated with a great vehicle.
Never rent a car from here!!!. They gave me a car which doesn’t have a CarPlay and they are not willing to switch out with another car even from any other location too. Spoke to their manager,Brittney, and she was of no help, as well.
Gave me a rental car that wasn't cleaned at all and had the smell of weed in the seats. Quick at getting me another car, but given I had it for a day (didn't smell that bad off the lot), it was pretty horrible this happened at all.
The owner of this Enterprise should hire more employees. This is kinda ridiculous!! I’ve called 4 times, No answer! And I only want to let them know, the work on my vehicle isn’t finished and I need the rental a couple more days.
Great experience! Very well run. Nice cars. I interacted with so many of the people that work here over the 8 days I had the car. I had to extend multiple times with no issues. Thanks to Julio, Lexi, Chase, and all the others!
Shanavia !!! Absolute pleasure to work with, super attentive, gave great attention to detail , and amazing customer service.I hadn’t been to this Enterprise in awhile but I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much !
I go to enterprise on Inwood in Dallas Texas for my car rentals because they are professional and courteous and treat you with respect. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get around town or out of town.
They are really understanding. Considering I disappeared for and extra 5 days then returned the vehicle. They didn’t bat an eye and it was just everyday business still. I appreciate that y’all. Thanks.
I had just been released from the hospital, and wasn't there long, Ms. Katy the Manager she offered me water brought it to me. She help with the rental. Great place to rent. Ms. Katy you're the best
Terrible experience at this location. In person customer service was lacking. You call them and they have terrible communication skills. No explanation of billing process and incorrect information.
Needed car after crash. Insurance set us up with enterprise and it was great. Needed the car more than the insurance co provided but enterprise worked with us and were great! Highly recommend.
Made reservation online and still , Had to wait 2 hours for a 2020 . Late for everything planned for my Birthday. I have rented from Enterprise for over 10 years, I was very disappointed.
Small location. Near airport. I had a friendly experience. Car was OK, price a bit high. Rental agent took a call while I was at counter, which slowed things down. Drop off was fast.
I got an Audi Q3. The car was poorly maintained, it was quite unpleasant to drive this car. Be aware of using tollway, Enterprise charged me five times than the actual toll fees.
Nice employees, but do your due diligence on your rental. Mine had a flat and had to go back to fix! It was easily fixed but shouldn't have happened in the first place.
The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, however, my car smelled like cigarette smoke masked with chlorine. I had to drive with my windows down for the week.
I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Friendly helpful staff. Got me in and out quickly.. Definitely will be my first choice next time I need a vehicle.
Convenient location, friendly associates, and the ease of making a reservation and picking up and dropping off my vehicle all contribute to a 5 star experience.
The people that work there think they are doing you a favor for reciting you a car. Be ready to be started at while time staff look at eachother talking
Everyone I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Especially Cole Townsend, Management Trainee, who has the drive and personality for the public.
Absolutely terrible establishment. They left me at Rivian center rafter waiting 1 minute. The rental we received then broke down. Not a fan.
Katy is awesome, staff of very professional and remain calm no matter how busy it gets! DiD I mention Katy is awesome....#girlsarebossestoo!
Everyone is very helpful & professional. A special thanks to Dan who made the process quick & easy! Highly recommend if you need a rental.
The staff worked extra hard to find me a car that was comparable to my wrecked vehicle and that would fit in my garage.
The staff at the Enterprise on Inwood is always so professional and helpful. I would recommend them family and friends.
Outstanding experience! Clean (RAV4), solid corporate value, very quick experience picking up and dropping off
Great customer service! Dan helped us today he was extremely helpful and nice. Keep up the good work Dan!
Wait for an hour and a half still didn’t get my rental car yet even my reservation is at 10AM .
Fly in from out of state and they will not take out of state debit card or cash.
They were able to accommodate same date rental. Very friendly and professional.
Been our go to car rental location since day One. Never disappoints.
