I will forevermore send anyone I know to Enterprise Car Sales. We were pretty chill about the whole shopping process because I currently work from home. We also understand the occasional delays and my husband and I were perfectly understanding of them (we were in NO rush), but Brickey was absolutely ON. IT. the entire 6 weeks we were searching. We had some oddball situations come up that is no one's fault, really, but Brickey went above and beyond trying to provide for us what we wanted. Even at the beginning he was providing info on the different models and features and whatnot as I'm not as familiar with those, until I decided on what was necessary to me and what wasn't. I NEVER felt like I was being pressured or rushed in ANY way. Don't get me wrong, the whole staff is fantastic! When we went in to sign papers everything was quick, friendly, and easy. Unfortunately Brickey couldn't be there that day (didn't stop him from trying!) but then after purchasing we actually found a little tear in the headliner and some areas of the seats could've been a little cleaner. Brickey considered this unacceptable and gladly set us up to drop off for 2 days to get further patched and detailed. Afterwards he's again checked up to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. He apologized for any delays/challenges but again, we were in no rush and these things happen. It was also easier to dismiss these occurrences because we wholeheartedly trust in Brickey to solve them for us and have our best interests at heart. Almost to the point where I want to make him take a break, Brickey is the kind of salesperson that not only goes above and beyond overall in regard to customer service, but makes you feel spoiled and it's amazing that such a GENUINE, honest person exists in the world of "car salesmen". I absolutely LOVE my blue Rogue <3 and I have Brickey to thank for that!

UPDATE! Edited-Unfortunately our Maxima didn't last a week. It would fail to start and had to be towed twice within our first week. Good news...they do offer to buy back, which is a $200 restock fee. Unfortunately, I had to use a different loan approval for the next car, Murano, and this interest rate was a little higher. I was completely happy though with Juan helping me through it all. We paid the car off fast and decided we needed a FWD SUV within 6 mos. Purchased a 21 Blazer, which wasn't my first choice, but was highly suggested by Taylor. I decided to forget my Jeep plans, and purchased the Blazer. This car had issues with locks not responding when washed. Then 2 weeks ago when we started it, the horn blared. Took it to Chevy dealership and learned the heater core was busted and had been leaking coolant all over for some time. (Note-we put coolant in it after purchase, thinking maybe they flushed the coolant before we bought it and it was just not filled) Taylor, who sold us the Blazer, has not been helpful. I feel like once the sale is over, you are ghosted...unless he needs something. THREE cars bought within a year and they each had problems. (Murano's thermostat went out after a month) Lesson learned. Fastest car purchase and I couldn't be happier!!! This is my second car purchased here, because their prices are comparable or better than other used lots. Juan Medina was our salesman today, and he and the staff worked together to get us exactly what we wanted. I felt no pressure at all. I HIGHLY recommend contacting this location for purchasing your next car!!!

The staff was very patience and helpful when I was purchasing the 2020 Mazda, ( I was very indecisive). After I purchased the car, it took a complete 180 turn. I tried to use a feature on the car called "Sports Mode" and the switch broke. I notified the Sales/ Devante that morning via text message and did not get a response. I went on my lunch break to show the broken switch and the Sales/Anthony scheduled an appointment for me the next business day at a Mazda dealership. I asked about a rental car while the repairs are being made and they advised that rentals are hard to get on Mondays...so I should try the next day. After the dealership check the car and found multiple repairs are needed. I brought it to the sales team attention. I was told that I would not get a complimentary rental car while repairs are being made. I can either pick another vehicle or lose $250. I feel that is completely unfair since all of these events occurred in 7 day timeframe. If I am going through this now...I am curious how the remaining service will be. I should be happy but this is more stressful then necessary. Now I have until end of business to decide. Not a great feeling at all. I would like someone from the Corporate office to call me directly.

I had a wonderful experience here! I started off my day looking all over for cars got denied at most dealerships and was just worried about having no options left to get a new vehicle. I absolutely love the fact that the rental company takes such great care of the cars and then they give you their own warranty. I absolutely LOVE my car and I love this place ! This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle from any dealership, period. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick who was phenomenal from the very first communication until I drove off the lot. Patrick kept in touch with me until my scheduled appointment and answered every question that I had with clarity and honesty. He helped me decided which vehicle was truly best for me by suggesting different ones and test driving them all. After an unexpected accident that lead to my car being totaled, I found myself as a first-time car buyer and I had NO idea what I was doing. I found a car I wanted at a different Enterprise Sales location in West Virginia and was planning on driving all the way there to get it, but a few days before, I got a call from Taylor who told me this Shadeland location was getting the EXACT same car as WV for a cheaper price. He was very helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. He answered my questions after business hours and kept me informed while I waited for my car to be ready. He even came in on his day off so I could get my car sooner and sign the paperwork. I can't thank him enough and can't recommend this location enough for their customer service! It feels good to be on the road again in a car I love. Would definitely recommend getting a car from this team and working with Taylor!

Nicola Jones was wonderful to work with. She was so very helpful. We found the car we wanted online. Gave her a call on Tuesday and she gave us a call on Wednesday to let us know it was on the lot. We arrived a couple of hours later. She had the car all cleaned up and ready for us. We took it out for a quick test drive. She was a pleasure to visit with on the test drive. We really liked the car. She made sure we knew how to work everything on our new to us 2018 Nissan Versa. She even made sure my phone was synced up. The Versa was a replacement for our 1999 Chevy Cavalier. We had give her our DL information so her and Dustin Klinefelter could have most of the paperwork completed, which made our deal even quicker. Let's start off by saying that Enterprise is the ONLY place you should be buying a car! They keep their cars well maintenanced and take care of their customers even more. I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Klinefelter; he is your go-to SUV expert. I had previously drove a 2003 GMC Envoy and had my heart set on another SUV for safety reasons. It was so easy to set up an appt, I felt no pressure to buy on the day I test drove, and enjoyed the selection of SUVs he showed my family and me. When we did decide to purchase, I did get the tire insurance because I live in Indiana... *cue annoying potholes*. It gave me some piece of mind if anything were to happen. A few days later, I received a hand written thank you note from Dustin for my business! Who does that anymore? I was very impressed! I am incredibly happy with my 2017 Nissan Rogue AWD SV and would encourage anyone looking to buy a car from Enterprise.

I’ve been on a car hunt for MONTHS dealing with pulling my credit , lots telling me I need a co signer or very unreasonable down payment after getting me all the way through the process ! & Today I walked out with a 2019 Nissan Sentra . We knew that it was time to upgrade my vehicle, but I had absolutely no idea what I wanted. There were many possibilities to choose from and I knew what we wanted out of a vehicle, but not what that vehicle was. My husband and I looked thorough many options, but once we told Patrick and Tony at Enterprise what we needed from this vehicle, they knew immediately. Hilariously enough, they were so spot on that we ended up with the very first car they showed us! (Also, a special shout out to Koree, who is just as awesome as the other two- we love y'all!). We couldn't be happier not only with my new car (named Doug Judy!), but with the experience we had dealing with them. They were helpful, honest, and some of the least pushy people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. We recommend them endlessly and will be returning our business there in the future. I found a Chevy Spark on the website and fell in love with it! Jaun was lovely and helped jump through the hoops to get the lowest interest rate for me. He was really kind and everyone we interacted with was really kind. Edit: 10 months later I took my car in to change, rotate and align my tires only to find out from the tire shop that my wheels have locking lugnuts. I wasn't given the key for this. All this shows me is that enterprise does not properly inspect incoming vehicles, because if they had Inspected the wheels & breaks, they would have known about the wheel locks and I would not be dealing with this. Even worse, enterprise is refusing to pay for me having these lugnuts removed, so I have to pay out of pocket even though I paid for the 3 year warranty. I'm incredibly annoyed and disappointed.

Nicola Jones was so pleasant to work with. My wife and I found the car we liked online, so we called Nicola up to tell her which one we wanted. She said it would be on the lot the next day and would call us to let us know for sure. We gave her all of our information so the paperwork could be ready to go when we got there. We took a test drive and really like the car. Nicola was very funny on the test drive and had us laughing. She went over everything on the car and how it all worked. My Car Sales Rep was Chris Brickey. From start to finish the experience was handled with such ease. Our inquiry was sent to him, because we were on the hunt for purchasing a new car with a trade in. They’re crooks! I paid my vehicle off this week, and I went back to look at the paperwork. I was FRESH out of college and got my vehicle from this place. I realized I paid an extra 10,000 in car interest fees on top of the amount I financed. My amount financed was 15k, and the finance charge was 10k. Like, what in the actual hell? Pay attention to your paperwork numbers, so you don’t get ripped off. I feel like my interest rate was racially motivated. Also the car warranty expires after 6 months or 12k miles. Getting the dent and ding, tire, wheel, and paint is a ripoff as well! Only GAP insurance would be beneficial. Save yourselves

Patrick was the man from start to finish. He explained the process thoroughly and was patient with all of my questions. His follow up was precise and stayed on top of my purchase since the vehicle was coming from out of state. Having never purchased a vehicle like this, he made me feel very comfortable about doing so and also mentioned enterprises 7 day return if I wasn’t comfortable. The car is amazing so I won’t be doing that. But if you are in the market for a car Patrick is your guy! Once you’re ready, Cory will take great car of you if you’re financing. They have a great team and I highly recommend them.

From date of purchase the car has been missing out. Took it to Tom Wood Nissan on March 2 and they couldn’t find a problem . Went again yesterday and told them it was still missing out.The service manager rode in the car with me, he felt the hesitation. It’s the transmission, I called and spoke to my sales agent on March and she said nothing but perhaps buy it from me. At a much lower price. Very upsetting they sold me a car with a transmission going out!! Take your car for full diagnostic before buying

Edit. They sell cars with zipties and significant mechanical problems. They don't stand by their warranty. Also, the additional warranty they sell is the "most difficult to deal with" states the dealership working on my car. For $40k you should get better. Calling Enterprise is a waste of time. You have to go in face to face. Sales, Taylor Hanthorne, was amazing. I found a vehicle to buy easily. There was zero added stress or pressure.

I’ve always bought private sale and was nervous about buying. Dave took away that worry. I had done a ton of research, I had a budget and had looked at cars on their website before even going. Dave greeted me, my sister was with me, and I decided even if I didn’t get the car I came for, I wanted to work with Dave. Enterprise as a whole was GREAT! Devante was amazing. One thing I would say that I purchased that car and devante new that one of the lights was not working he put it on the paperwork and his boss was supposed to contact me to get it fix free of charge. I haven’t got a phone call from nobody. Very upset and disappointed in this.
