I had such a hard time, and was at the end of my rope looking for a great afford car, that could help me to continue advancing in my career. No one was trying to hear me out or even give me a chance. I walked into drive time with little to no money and a not songood credit score. Vicki at the west side of Indianapolis Drive Time was very patient with me even though I had a lot of frustration. I had to end up going to the Drive Time on the east side. Andrew, he worked and worked and worked very very hard to try to get me into something that I wanted and my frustration took over me so I left to go think over everything. When I came back the next day, Richard sealed the deal. I got my truck, and I'm very happy with it so far. Now all I hope is that this truck is good to me and I'm good to go. I appreciate you all for diligently helping me get into a vehicle of my liking.

This was by far the easiest car purchase I’ve been through. Showed up at open,(11am) had a car picked out and drove off the lot just a couple hours later. Richard was wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend DriveTime to anyone looking for a good used car who struggles with getting approved, they really do approve everyone. Only “downside” is you can’t haggle the price, as they say they offer at the fairest prices, not a total lie, as I was able to quick search the car I bought and found it at a lower price but I wasn’t able to get approved elsewhere. You win some, you lose some. Overall experience was 10/10

Leon and Andrew were excellent in assisting with my car buying process. The process began with Leon before I entered the dealership. We worked together to get my pre-approval and gather all my required documents and discussed various options prior to my arrival. When I arrived the car I initially selected was pulled up and waiting for me. Although I decided on a different vehicle, they both worked great to get me setup and going! This process was so easy and I truly appreciate the knowledge given to me during the process.

Leon, Andrew, and Richard are the best. I drive for a living, my truck of 8 years decided it wanted to quit and I didn’t know what to do with no money in my pocket.
