The Turkish embassy recently moved to this location which in my opinion is better than the previous one. You will have to speak to the front desk, hand in your passport and they will give you a key card that you can use to enter the premises to use the elevators. Make sure to bring a soft copy of your passport if you need to pick it up the next day. The current embassy is more spacious and there are more seats available compared to the previous one which only had two. Things move pretty quickly when I was there. Just make sure to bring the original copy of your work permit (if you're applying for a tourist visa) and if you have a middle name, include it in the first name in the form you're filling up online that you're bringing the printed-out version to the embassy. The people at the embassy were also pleasant this time. Although it was a little frustrating the previous time I applied for a visa because I have to come back thrice since they were so unclear about the requirements. If there's a missing document the first time you came, make sure to have them enumerate everything to save you from unnecessary frustrations.
