If there is negative stars i would use it …. Personal bad experience with the store staff… they tried to apply physical force can u imagine they pushed me physically! No matter wht happened no matter whts the story they have no right to use physical force! They can simply call the police if they can’t handle a customer who ddnt even say single bad word and respected the staff and getting useless reply from someone who is acting as store manager … came to know later he wasn’t …. Situation was simple for ur info and i gave the solution in advance but the staff r not even considered as civilized humans to think or talk!

This place doesn’t deserve a single star .Bought one TV from Al wahda branch the stock was not available so they told you can pay here and pick up from Hamdan branch. When we went to pick the item the lady staff was very rude they were not ready to even check the item before delivery.Finally the security person and myself open the package to check the item.Inspite helping the staff is asking security (Do you know how to open the box ) and there were 5 to 7 staff most of them ideal chatting around . Saw the worst customer service in my life . Will be raising the issue to higher management .

Staff is so rude specially ladies staff make faces while talking and behave so rudely .At the time of purchase behavior is fine but when in purchase item there is an issue and i took it to them to repair so they were behaving so rudely.They told me that your item will repair in 15 days and they will call me but today is 20 days and they didn't call me yet infact i went there after 16 days they made excuses and answered very rudely

Excellent service!!! Especially from Ali at the smartcare department, he was extremely helpful and very thorough with his work. Aside from the terrific work repairing my phone, and testing it intensively before handing it back to us, he also assisted us in selecting other products we were interested in. Just was in emax hamadan branch and was dealing with the the worest (customer service) sales agent called Jeffrey Av , he is rude we were trying to express him to exchange an iron and fridge that we bought a day ago and he started an educational setion and investigation trying to blame us instead of politically apologizing…. Gina is the best always ask for her !!!!

Terrible service, I went and paid for a new phone and was promised that I will get in the next day morning which I informed them that I need to leave abu Dhabi and was promised it will be there, and the next morning they informed me that it will still take a day to get it.

Shortage of staff. Staff is not to shown their product..take it or leave it attitude. Very poor. Further they dnt deliver the 50 inch TV n that dnt tell till u purchase. Height of unprofessionalisum. Why somedy would buy from them?...
