Ecity refused to return a small device that worth 99 AED after one day of purchase. The product was not used at all. Very bad experience and agonist the common sense and customer satisfaction .. I recommend that you as a customer make sure that what you would buy will not be returned.

One of the worst ever shop you can find in terms of service. They won't answer your calls. The store manager will hide behind the staff and will not answer. Be assured not to take any extra warranty with E-City 100% they will not help you in any which way.
