Just walked in to have my waxing done and unfortunately had my child with me because my husband had to work later then we had expected and Tammy who was doing my appointment which I have never had before questioned me about her being there which I thought was none of her business after told her yes she would be coming into the appointment she questioned me about her again saying so she is going to be coming in by this stage I’m feeling really upset with her questioning me so much mind you she hasn’t even asked me how I am. My daughter had her iPad and was just going to sit in the chair quietly. I didn’t want to bring my child but I didn’t have a choice. I just walked out after being questioned so much I thought I will never come back here again. I have only been coming here for facial and waxing and the other ladies are wonderful and very professional I would not recommend Tammy.

Recently Purchased a beautiful facial & massage over the phone because I am in North Queensland and my daughter lives in close proximity to this store! Thankyou Joselyn ( Hope I spelt your name right) for assisting me in my purchase! What a great way to treat someone you love easily quickly & professionally! The services of this company I love! So it made sense to do something unfortunatly due to distance we have never done! I know the staff will spoil her in my absence! After all I gave her beautiful skin! I wouldnt trust anyone else with her face but this company! Thanks again for making gift buying so easy! Love your work!

Came to my appointment today straight from having my hair done.. had an eyebrow wax & tint, got back home and realised there was brown eyebrow dye through the front of my blonde hair. Mistakes happen which is fine, but that fact that she didn’t mention it to me or give me any advice on how long it will last or how I could fix it. Very disappointing.

I went to buy a voucher / package for a birthday gift. The staff member who served me was delightful and knowledgeable. She asked questions to make certain the package suited the birthday girl and I feel confident it will be happily received. Thank you very much for your friendly service and time assisting me.

Natalie gave me the most incredible facial I have ever experienced, she’s definitely not a lazy therapist I got a neck shoulder and back and head massage that most therapists now a days don’t do. She’s very talented. I live 45mins away but would travel 2 hours to see her! Hands down the best facial!!

Charlotte was my beautician for my waxing and she was great. Made me feel very comfortable, she was able to have a genuine conversation while waxing me, she was on time and very professional. The room was clean and welcoming. Great experience. Will be requesting Charlotte for future appointments.

My experience with Annette from Ella Bache Carindale was disappointing. Not only did she talk the whole time (which didn’t allow for any relaxation), she shamed me when I was prompted to reveal my current skincare brands as they were “cheap”. Not everyone can afford a $180 night cream.

I turned up to my appointment which had been booked weeks in advance only to be informed there had been an error in booking and as they were fully booked I would miss out. This was besides me receiving a text message confirmation the day prior which was confirmed.

Very impressed with my service today! Went in for a lash tint as everywhere else had already closed and turned out to be the best experience I’ve had! Very relaxing and Nicole was lovely. She even gave me a hand massage while waiting for the tint!

I’ve been going here for over a year now. The team here are fantastic! I nearly always fall asleep during my one hour facials as I’m so relaxed! The team here don’t just treat your skin, they teach you about it as well! 5/5 would recommend!

Purchased a 90 minutes massage and facial package via Red Balloon and while the treatment was really good, it wasn't until I left and put my watch back on that I realised that the whole treatment had taken an hour. Very disappointing!

I typically steer away from 'chain' franchises however this place consistently exceeds my expectations. Only wish something could be done so that you cannot hear the noise coming from the shopping centre whilst having a treatment.

Tammy is amazing! She’s incredible at doing lash lifts and tints and always makes sure I’m happy with the results. Angie is an angel and is always so friendly and warm when I walk into the store. Best therapists! X

Paid $175 for a facial. Said on the website that it was a 60 minute facial and the lady was done in less than 50 minutes? Normally that would be ok but for $175?? It's not good value at all. I won't be going back.

I had the most beautiful Micro dermabrasion facial today with Tammy. Always the most beautiful facials, service and wonderful Skin Care, Even my husband commented on how good my skin looked.

One of the best facials I've had in Brisbane. The girls really take the time to tailor services to your needs and have great skin advice. Always leave relaxed. Good range of products too.
