Should I start with that fact that they didn’t even know the address they were dropping our stuff off when they gave us a quote or the fact that they unloaded the second load into our garage instead of the rooms where it was supposed to go?? They arrived an hour early with no heads up so my husband was still breaking down beds when they arrived. There was a total of 3 guys and it took them 11.5 hours to move our 4 bedroom home. The first load, they brung a few large items but mostly boxes. Why?? Any mover with experience…myself included because I’ve helped with moves all my life, knows that you load the big stuff first and stack the boxes on top. They made 2 trips with a 26 foot truck and then we still had to rent a van the day after to finish up. RIDICULOUS! When they arrived at our home, they had trash in their truck and they unloaded it on our lawn but promised to get it when they were done which didn’t happen. Before they left they said they would get it the following morning which never happened. My husband tried contacting the owner multiple times that day with no luck. Two days later they responded saying they were coming to get the trash but did not! We had to end up paying another company to dump the trash they left. The neighborhoods we live in don’t allow trash to just sit in the front yard without giving you a fine. My baby had a crib that we were wanting to save for our next child but it is all scratched up now so that’s just more money we have to fork up. Two light bulbs from my vanity mirrow are broken which we have to replace as well. You would think they would at least say something but nope! We tried to support a small black business but companies like this make you want to go with the professional Caucasians who arrive on time, get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. I do not recommend this company! They have affordable pricing(so you may think) but they actually charge you triple of what they quote you for.

What can I say other than amazing. I have moved multiple times, and I will say this has been the best experience I have ever had. These guys are what you would imagine the "Perfect Movers" to be. They all show up with smiles from ear to ear and just get the job done. Darel quoted my move and that number didn't change! While most companies throw a low quote and then charge you for extra time and man power during the move, this company gives you a price and sticks to it. We went from a 5 bd. to a 6bd. and it required 3 trucks, but you wouldn't believe how efficiently these trucks were packed. Nothing was damaged and even our very delicate items were wrapped for the ages. You would have to strike gold to find a better company, and this is no joke! I'm a customer for LIFE! don't mess around with those other companies, and go for the ELITE!

Best moving company I have ever used. Darel and team were extremely professional and organized. They arrived the day before at my home to wrap all of my furniture to keep it protected during the move and staged everything on the first floor of my home. The following day, they arrived on time and loaded it into the trucks then delivered it to my new home where they wouldn't let me move one item. They asked which room each item needed to be delivered and made sure I was happy with the placement of all furniture prior to leaving. This is probably my first move where something did not get damaged and it was the extra care they took prepping the move that attributed to that wonderful experience. In addition to being great movers, the staff was very friendly and polite. Look no further, these guys are great!

Darel and his team were absolutely excellent! They were professional, timely, and detailed oriented. Darel, his secretary, and I were in constant communication, scheduling/planning a week prior to moving stuff from my 3br house to a storage facility. My move was scheduled for the 9a-10a block. I was notified when they were on their way, they arrived early (around 8:30a) and went straight to work. They made sure all of my furniture was wrapped, protected with blankets if necessary, and handled all of my stuff with care while loading the truck. The most notable thing about Elite Movers is that they completed my move in less than 2hrs!! I am very pleased with this company, and highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to get a move done efficiently and at a reasonable rate!!

I don't recommend using this company for your move. They very unprofessional. I did an online form and received a text message to call to get the appointment scheduled. I spoke to a rep and did the schedule for Saturday. I was given a time block for Saturday and informed the company charges an hourly rate for services. At no point during the conversation was I informed that there were additional paperwork that needed to be filled out or that a deposit was needed. Fast forward to Saturday, I sent a text asking if they are still planning to show up only to get a reply back saying "who is this, wrong company." Not only did they not show up, but they also wasted my time.

Elite Movers came to my home and they were the ultimate professionals. They assessed the situation and immediately took charge. They organized our move like a well oiled machine. Even we didn’t realize what we had and when a second truck had to be called they advised us every step of the way. The staff was efficient and friendly which is important when you are entrusting your precious household items to strangers. By the end of the move me and my family were extremely happy with the outcome. This was truly money well spent and the peace of mind that comes with that. Elite Movers ATL has been my preference of choice for relocation services for many years now. I have used them on multiple occasions. Most recently, they moved me and a substantial household worth of goods from South Carolina to Virginia. For all of my moves, I have found them to be cordial, professional, and trustworthy in every respect. Let me just say its June 2021 and they moved us May 2020 HOWEVER I vowed to leave a review because these guys did us right! The phone communication wasn't the best in the beginning however the crew that was sent to me was top of the line. Meanwhile we worked these guys... by the end we had 2 full trucks and 6 whole men! From a 4bd 3bh lake house to a 3bd 2bh bungalow in the city. I will forever remember Elite Mover Atlanta for they gave us great service throughout the day. Not once did they loose pace. These guys are legit movers! The care and attention not only to your personal belongings but to you as a customer while moving is to be commended. Please plan on tipping these guys because the will earn your business and as hard as it is they make it look effortless. They brought a dolly and two hands wheel and used it once they are positive and polite exactly what you would want from these hard working men (at least in my case). Didn't show up at the specified date/time. Movers were slow and got real defensive / passive aggressive when I pointed out odd things like why they were having a hard time moving basic items. We got into an argument and they left the scene, leaving any items on the ground. Luckily, another moving team was readily available - they were also polite, responsive, quick and efficient. I did not have a good experience with this company and would rather move myself then schedule them for service.

We just had Elite Movers help us for the second time. Darel and his team do a great job. They arrived on time, moved everything quickly and efficiently, wrapped up all our furniture carefully to avoid damage, and were very careful when moving furniture into our new townhouse. We will definitely use Elite Movers again and even planned with them to help us deliver our new dryer and washer once we purchase them as we trust them to do the job carefully. Definitely recommend their services.

I recently relocated from Jacksonville Florida to Atlanta Georgia. I contacted Elite Movers for a quote and received a response within 2hrs. The owner Darel provided me a quote for a long distance move and assembly upon arrival to my destination. They movers were very polite and gentle with my belongings. I’ve never felt compelled to write a review until I worked with this amazing team. I’ve moved quite a bit, and I’ve never seen moving like this. They brought helpful supplies, were quick (yet careful with the belongings), and really helped me out in a tight spot. Through Thumbtack, I was able to message someone around midnight and secure a spot for that next morning. They’re hard working and really good at what they do. The service is worth the cost. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Elite Movers are the best! I had a huge sectional, long desk, mattress, tv, and box spring that I needed help unloading and bringing up to the apartment. Jonathan and Randy went above and beyond to bring up the box spring and desk that wouldn’t fit in the elevator up the stairs. In addition, they were able to fit the couch sectionals in the elevator when I wasn’t able to myself. I am so thankful for their help and would recommend Elite Movers for any of your moving needs!

The first time I hired Elite Movers was for a residential move. They arrived promptly and were very professional. They took special care when wrapping, packing, loading and unloading all of my belongings, specifically my delicate items. Set up and reassembly of all furniture and appliances was flawless. We hired them on Saturday for a move from Acworth to Powder Springs. the crew was on time and ready to go. They packed the truck right and tight making sure they would use every space. Once we got to the home their time was running out and instead of just leaving things half away or telling us we have to pay more money they finished the job. The team was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone. If needed I would defiantly use the again.

All around it was a great move. I called short notice and the guys were there in 30min. Darryl (sp?) asked how I wanted my things set up (I was putting my stuff in storage) so I'd have easy access to things I might want later. They were also respectful of my time, even though they were hired for the 3hr minimum, they didn't lag. They were careful with my belongings as well. I would definitely use Elite Movers again

We can’t say enough good things about Elite movers. This was our 17th move and the first time we’ve used used packers & movers. These guys were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They packed up every single thing in our 4 bedroom home in less than 12 hours, and transported it all to another state for us and unpacked it all. They even made the beds! We can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Great communication and very professional, the movers I had were perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better crew and would use them again, no questions asked. The only reason it wasn't a five (5) star review, was due to the broken / cracked screen on one of my HDTVs (flatscreen). Looks as if they put something with weight on it, thus causing the damage shown in the attachments.
