If you are looking for an "in & out" store with lots of latin-inspired goodies, this is a great spot. There were several items I can't get here (ex. bagels) however, there is a panaderia in the store, so maybe a kinda substitute? Staff is friendly, store is super clean & prices are decent. I frequent the store when in a hurry & I have never (yet) encountered a line.

They banned bags due to anti-bagging. I went to new el ahorro store at airline drive. I decided to go there. The next they I knew they banned bags for no good reason. I carried my notepads, my tooth brush and toothpasted, my wipes, and extra ziplockbags. The next I'll be passing by, I decide to turn my back against them.

Worse experience from the cashier extremely rude, after we show them our ID to buy a bottle wine they kept asking for every drink. After we pay them with a $100 bill they when over so many times after 30 minutes they finally came back and "allowed us" to continue won't be returning to a place that discriminates.

The ladys there are very armagada. They think everyone is stealing and they are always in a bad mood. The kitchen has excellent food buy the food portions are extremely small. There hands are trembling when they serve the food. They rather throw it away instead of serving larger portions to customers

So I used to have a bad review but as I have been inside lately I have totally went from 1 star to 4 stars. The cashiers are knowledgeable and the managers are up to date with transactions & don't take long to resolve a problem. They have totally changed my mind as a Bisbee to purchase from.

Quick clean spot to pick up last minute items. It is a little pricier than the big chain grocers, but the convenience is hard to beat. Lots of Hispanic speciality items. Lots of fresh meat and dairy options. This location also has a cafe area. This store was very clean.

It's nice and clean but way too expensive. You would think that that since Food Town is down the street they would try to be more competitive with their prices. I'll go there on holidays because it's never crowded and I can't get in and out quickly.

First off walking in they had strawberries thank goodness i checked because there were about eight boxes of hairy strawberries, got it on my hands and fingers and I informed the management who didn’t even offer a towel to clean my hand.

Very clean place. The cashiers are awesome, I do my groceries here everyday. The employees doesn't have a name tag but i manage to find out the name of the cashier who helped me she is Merlin. Good customer service and always smiling.

A lot of fresh meat choices is the only upside and it’s been clean when I go, but the prices on most of the items on the shelfs is overpriced would not recommend shopping here if you have a large family on a tight budget

Everything looks clean and sanitized. I found Everything I needed and even got some fajitas. No complaints here and I usually go on multiple occasions since I live down the street. Prices are average, employees are ok.

Supper bad service!! Went on a Sunday and bought some meat and they sold me the meat that was spoiled!! How can they not tell that the meat smelled nasty!!!! And looked nasty as well ! I wont ever go back again !

Good place for purchasing Mexican groceries. There is also an excellent little area with very tasty ready to eat snacks and an area to eat them. Not easy on the pocket though, 2 small pork tacos were $5.36.

Great for in/out purchases & don't have to deal with Foodtown crowd. I usually get the chicken fajitas, cilantro, onions, limes & store salsa for quick tacos or quesadillas. Sale items are good deals.

I had found out the day it opened that they made a food court and the food is honestly pretty good. And it's very affordable; for about 5 people our total came out to only 22 dollars.

Very clean. They serve hot food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The have a bakery, tortilla factory and meat market. Love getting my fresh meat here. Good affordable prizes.

A bit old but clean store. The employees are mostly Spanish speaking. I was able to ask questions in my very broken Spanish. They were very helpful.

This place has some good cakes. The only thing that I was dissatisfied is that they don't have sprinkles or anything to decorate the cake .
