Worst customer service. It doesn't make sense why they have good review on google. They don't deliver on time or maybe don't deliver at all because all they does is say sorry and delay weekly. It doesn't make sense how such company is tolerated. Every complainant here must get together and report this to the authority. They almost can't be contacted even, always out of service. Don't be deceived by the 4 star ratings as I was. Waste of time and energy. It's not worth it. Also they have thousands of excuses to justify their shortcomings. At first my family is trying to be empathetic, but these kind of company will take advantage everybody's kindness. Edit: I saw a response from them to one of the reviewer. THEY HAVE THE FACE TO SAY THESE COMPLAINTS ARE FAKE REVIEWS??? Unbelievable. ANOTHER UPDATE AT 09/03/2023: THEY HAVE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS. THE LOW RATING REVIEWS HAS BEEN DELETED FOR SOME REASON.

Disaster is a better word. I saw them online, Had an idea to buy a leather sofa which I shared the design with them and they promised to get it done. I asked how long it would take, the owner said 15days. Perfect. I requested to have it delivered by 24th and even sold all old sofas by 23rd. Come the delivery date, the owner went off, no update and phone off. I was left chasing his employee who doesn't deserve the drama but is a pro in backing his boss. Today being 29th, the employee made sure to tell me 100% the delivery was going to be done every day that went past just to keep me waiting. I was forced to cancel the order eventually. I absolutely would never recommend anyone to go there unless you are ordering and have months to wait. The worst thing is, you sill have to follow up yourself and no one will pick your calls. Never again. Worst service I've ever received.

Ordered with them in February still not delivered and it’s the end of may. They don’t answer and Ahmad is the biggest scammer and stealer. Be aware. حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل فيهم If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst people I have ever dealt with. Ahmad requested that I pay 80% of the payment and he promised that he will deliver everything on time. He takes your money and closes his phone and stops responding. And when he does he says tomorrow tomorrow and he doesn’t deliver. After the workers came to put 30% of our order we asked them why the delivery was late and they said that ahmad did not pay them and that’s why they are late. .Workers who painted the doors ruined the marble on the floor and damaged the door handles as well. Save your money and your time and do not deal with them.

I randomly found this place online so I went there to customize my bed. So many shade of colour and fabric you can choose. The bed material is of a good quality.The mattress is firm and not too soft, which is really perfect for me. So overall i am satisfied with the products and service of the team. Recommend this place for anyone looking for a bed without having to handle with any headache.

They recently deteriorated badly probably due to management or sales force. They deliver the wrong products, never apologize, factory blames it on the sales man and the sales man never respond. 2 months of follow up without fruits until i had to raise it to consumers protection. Never use them again. It was the only way to get the case resolved.

Found this place online. They have decent design and reasonable price furniture. Staff is good, competent enough. I had issuss with delivery only. Had to wait a lot and do multiple follow ups.
