I went to this laundrette today around 9am to find a sign inside saying “Staff available from 6pm” I managed to use the washing machines but had issues with the dryers as the clothes were still wet after I took them out. I then went on to try three other dryers but to no avail, did call the number for assistance but no one picked up, so I went to another laundrette to dry my clothes.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had to go and get cash and he put my stuff in the office to keep it safe. Then provided me with the detergent etc I needed (£1.20 for 1 regular sized wash) and then changed my £5 note for coins (1 regular wash costs £5 and the machine takes £1 and 20p coins). Wash took about half an hour in the standard machine on a warm wash.

Poor service overall, the dryer processed the funds just to not work. The larger washing which costs more just for the machine's conditioner not to dispose during my wash. There was absolutely nobody to assist - the worker left in a hurry. I have emailed this team and yet to receive a response 24 hours later. I wouldn't suggest this place at all.

Staff are super helpful. My machine had broke at home so needed to come here while that go sorted. I now return to do my bedding as the machines are great and super quick. Also really good for whites of your machine at home is mediocre.

Clothes washed fine and the place is clean & in order but why on a Wednesday is it only a half day??? Also, the assistant was fussing around my machine even though I was clear about not needing help.

First time using a launderette. The staff were super helpful and friendly. £5-£8 depending on the size of the wash. £1 for 10min drying. Took about an hour (30min wash cycle and 30min drying)

Our one and hopefully only visit to a laundrette due to our washing machine breakdown. The man in attendance was very helpful in getting us started as we had no idea what to do.

Very clean. 3 washing machine sizes to choose from. A really lovely Ugandan lady assisted me and gave me change for the machines. Would definitely recommend.
