Visited this station to get the car inspected for renewal with my 8 year old son. Since its summer, wanted to know what would be the waiting time. Receptionist was bit rude and did not have any genuine interest to help to find the information. The answer I got was a simple and a straight “I don’t know”. After, I inquired from who can I get the information from and he asked me to walk to the bay and check if anyone is there and ask them. Customer experience and loyalty being the core of any successful business and EPPCO being one of my preferred partners, its very disappointing to see how the negligence of a single employee can bring down the entire image for a company. This station being in a key location in the city, they seriously needs to improve and learn what’s customer service is all about and do not let your personal frustration to reflect through your service.

I had worst experience in this petrol station by shift manager Ms.Maglarine something Filipino Nationality. Being a manager she should know how to treat customer rather insult them. This is the first time had worst experience from manager where i always love to visit Eppco for any fueling,tyre etc related staff was very helpful. I forgot my wallet n my flat was near pump 3minutes drive so i request to keep my laptop and mobile n id card can show even car mulkiya but the 1st thing she said mam we can only call police you can tell them this...( Literally is this how she supposed to treat customer pathetic m giving my expensive mobile n laptop to them) Just imagine how insulting for person.

a new way of getting more money from customers. i have told the staff to fill petrol for AED 50 but he filled it full tank. this can happen once but not twice that too at different locations!!! what a new type of scam to earn more money or is the staff being paid less so they are doing all these cheap tricks???!!!!

Arif has fueled my vehicle today morning .He was keeping very smiling .....great attitude ....He offered me windshield cleaning that was fabulous..He kept busy himself by serving many customers.....keep it up great job.Best of luck for his future. I wish petrol pump management appreciate him personally

Visited eppco in al mankhool the assistant Mr: shahul id no : 37577 was very kind and he cleaned my windows , amd he did a great service without even asking , mr shahul should be recognized for his efforts and promoted.

Vary bad service I waited 5’o clock morning time approx 5-6 minutes but no-one cares that and only one person was filling on all meters.. will never suggest or going at EPPCO Petrol stations

This location most of time I had a issue with card not working and they will inform after long wait.

They stopped offering the 'Super' type of petrol for unknown reasons.

There is no washroom for this petrol station for customers..
