I’m really disappointed with their server it is getting really bad, I had an issue with from before and they have made it worse. I came and stopped to get fuel for my car but the agent didn’t come and went to the car behind me and I came first, I said it’s ok let’s wait and he will come but he finished from the car and didn’t come to me. It’s really a shame on them and the station wasn’t full at all. It is my last time that I will come to you guys. I would rather go to ENOC or EPPCO or ADNOC. Bad I hope you take my comment to improve your service because I emailed you guys from before but not a single reply.

Good Petrol station at convenient location. There is no proper identification for this pump when you are on the highway. Can identify if there is a petrol station only when you are very close to the location. So very difficult if you are driving at high speed - need to change 5 lanes very fast to get access to this petrol station. High risk of drawing into accidents as there will be heavy vehicles in the slow lanes. Requesting authorities to have proper signages at least 5 kms before as the next station will be few kms away if this is missed.

I came to al marjan emarat petrol station to fill my car petrol tank , Muhammad Sohail was the person who served my mood was not that great , but muhammad sohail greeted me well and was always smiling , a very decent guy doing his job very well , after that he saw my glass was dirtynd pffered to clean them for me , he cleaned them was still smiling and well manared , And looking at him the passion with which he works and does his job is applaudable , he should definitely be promoted. He should be recognized for his work.

Not sure how many of you have had this experience. At another emarat pump I filled and gave cash and he handed over the wrong change. But I felt something wrong and cross-checked and found the error. After that I made it a point to pay by card and today this happens. I paid by card the guy gives me the credit card slip. I asked him for the bill and he hands over 10dhs and says oh sorry I charged you wrong. This is unbelievable. EMARAT management should find ways to monitor your staffs.

One of my favorite all in one stops, it was my favorite since year 2000! I was crazy enough to take my dads car at 4AM in the morning during winter time and go there to buy the hot chocolate they had and a hotdog! It looks like the candy heaven for kids and the cool oasis in summer time in the scorching heat. Some of them are facilitated with 24h car wash and other services that are quite useful. The green oasis with a One stop for all!

Totally disappointed! I’ve been washing my car here every time (exclusively here).My car got multiple scratches on the top and even if on the expertise paper were not circled any scratches on the top,the manager insisted that the scratches are not from their machine. Never going to use their services anymore and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because they are not serious.

Good gas station. It can get a little too crowded at times but generally it's not all that bad. I come here for the car wash and they do a okay job. However, they don't vacuum and clean very well. Unfortunately, since it is the only gas station with a car wash I don't have much of a choice but to go here when I'm in a hurry. Overall 3/5.

It was nice less buys, being next to mosque it's a bit busy for all fuel, food and prayer place. There is a burger king which we usually visit where we can sit and eat easily. Never had any issue with the fuel as well, overall it's a good place to take a break specially when you are a long drive/going to Abu Dhabi.

I don’t understand people that complain about the service, are you social royalty or what?? It’s a petrol station! This guy named Vikramjit was really smiley and polite, he wanted to wash my window but I didn’t have change so I declined but he insisted to do it fo free ( it was actually very dirty haha).

A good station, i usually come here to get my lunch on my way to my Internship. Good place, prices are okay for the food and not very crowded in the mornings, but there is a couple of minutes wait here for the food. For the station, pretty much like every other station with good customer service.

Very Arrogant staff at station including supervisor Miss sangita. Once I complaint your staff is free but not filling .she said who where this that and answer that line is for diesel not for petrol but I fill everyday from the same line

This petrol station is located after miracle gardens which is in my way to work , you can refill petrol, shop or order a snack and recently a beautiful mosque opened ( ladies & Gents ) and there is even a truck rest area.

There is in petrol station they have very good service and very kind staff as well as manager is very polite and well manner managers they help to every customer and assist them until find solution.

Very good location, this is the place where i give my car for full service and oil change, i changed my battery there as well. Guys are professional, working fast. Recommend!

First time I had visited to emarat marjan. The service level was excellent.staff and supervisor in the morning is good. Diverting traffic is good.

I wash normally my car there early morning. Quit fast and no queue. However no enough parking space at peak times

Nice and quick when not very busy. Also we love their quick car wash which cost 20 AED for body wash only.
