Seriously as I’ve read other reviews about the Carwash they need to have an extra aisle. You have 3 wash stations and only 2 vacuum and detailing bays. Your car will be washed and you have to wait 20-30-40 min before they start to dry it. Good luck with the sun spots. I arrived at 8:00 am and was second in line for a manual wash. 4-5 cars from the automatic wash got ahead of me in line for drying since there aren’t enough bays to handle the throughput from the washing bays. It is now 9:45 and they just finished my car. Never coming back.

The final cleaning section need to increase manpower, 3 staff per car is insufficient. I noticed that the staff is exhausted. Car washing in this petrol station is disaster. You will need minimum 1 hour from washing to vacuum bay. And this situation is the same since I visited this petrol station and most of the review is talking the same, waiting time. Not sure why the management is not looking into this seriously rather “no eyes” see approach. And end up my windscreen is with oil and I will need to clean it myself.

Be very careful when servicing at this locations’ Autopro. Came in for an oil filter and oil change only. When I was given the bill they charged me for additional and unrequested Windscreen cleaner x3. After this I also found them adding injection cleaner to the fuel tank, another thing I did not request or was even asked to approve. Losing the trust of your customers will hurt this business more than the profit of a small upsell. Personally would not recommend visiting for car service.

Due to long waiting times of other cars behind me, they refused to complete cleaning my car and argues that they can only give specific duration nearly (8 minutes) for each car. This means even if stains and water is not dry they will refuse to complete your car. Very unprofessional manger, instead of asking for more manpower, he is convincing me that i do not have right to ask for proper cleaning. Not worth the 45 AED and very bad branch.

I go there often because it is next to my house especially for the automatic car wash. But now they setup the car automatic car wash to run for 5 minutes only barely cleaning up the car and drying and interior is not that great. The acre has many spots of dirt even after returning home. Will have to look for another wash a bit further away.

It's the worst. I washed my car here and went home, but there was no parking key in the car. I went back to the car wash and the car wash staff said the parking key was just on the floor without saying sorry and just laughing. The cleaning conditions are not good, too. I will NEVER go again here.

Lazy bunch of guys. Last time he did not accept to change tires since it was approaching end of duty. Today queuing for wash one guy literally came to car and say better come other time we are busy. They are slow, lazy and do not want to work. Shame!

New petrol station in the dubai hills estate area. Recently opened and very well maintained. I use the pump to refuel as well as wash my car. Also amongst eateries there are options of burger king and papa john's pizza.

Put More staff,fast taking money but super slow service.. i feel bad with the employee here i hope management will do something about it this is a big company please help your staff so they can do better service!!!

First time here for car wash, 4 cars ahead, waiting 2 hours, jeez. Dirty outside must go manual wash, AED 105 (no other option has to pay after long waiting) too much expensive, even they say steam wash.
