Enoc Discovery Gardens is by far my favorite Enoc station! The convenience, cleanliness, and overall service provided here is truly exceptional. I have visited this station on multiple occasions and have always been impressed with the level of customer service I receive. In particular, I would like to give a special shoutout to NINU, one of the staff members at this station. He is truly a hardworking gentleman who goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are taken care of. NINU is always polite, helpful, and efficient - qualities that are not always easy to come by these days. The rest of the staff members at Enoc Discovery Gardens are equally fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with any queries or requests that customers may have. The station itself is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a wide variety of products and services. Overall, I highly recommend Enoc Discovery Gardens to anyone looking for a top-notch gas station experience. And if you happen to stop by, make sure to look for NINU - he truly is one of the best!

Had so horrible experience today, waited for 2 hrs to get the car washed, when I asked for body wash not steam the guy was v angry (Sure steam wash commission granted) After when drying the car there was a spot on the windshield from inside the guy told me it can't be done, however when I asked for cloth I removed it and show it to him he got offended and said No it's not allow to clean it.. Lol why I got the car to wash then. I asked for a manager and no body was available I just left why to break my head with labors. Expensive, Useless wash and alys busy.. Why? No idea.

Great location! Very convenient if you are heading for work in the morning ad will have to use the new back road. Now I can refuel and be right on my way instead of having to go all the way to the enoc gas station next to Ibn Battuta mall which is always busy in the morning and the afternoon. This one has double stations which means smoother lanes. There is also a Tasjeel bureau where you can finish car registrations and renewals. No fast food shops though, only zoom.

Drivers be very careful entering the pit. Edges of the border near the pumps are out of your field of view and extremily sharp so they will easily rip your tire away. This has happened to me causing damage of 3000 aed. Pathways are very narrow so your wheels are in a real danger. Whoever designed this facility has no brain. If you are not an experienced driver better use another petrol station. Be careful and stay safe!

I went there for Tasjeel service and got my car passing. I failed due to old Tyre. I went to the ENOC service next door, I met Mr. Javeed there he was very helpful I providing the best car Tyre deals. Also the mechanic who fixed the Tyre Marlon was very patient and knew his job well. Javeed also suggested the extended warranty program. We will certainly look at it in near future.

Waited almost 2 hour to get the radiator coolant checked, no one to attend you even the office is empty here. No attendant available in the office he is nowhere in the office and I can see they give priority to only known customers. When asked they saying Enoc management is keeping short staff and making one person to do multiple work at a time posting picture as a proof

It was bad experience. When i went with my friends for fuel gas station branch 1209 located in discovery gardens. Ther is one staff name is Rayman showing his bad attitude to customers. Shouting to customers in bad manner. He didn't have respect for his own superior so what about customers. His managment need to give him more training

Yes it is a one stop station for fuel, renewal, lube, battery, tyre, wash etc. But when crowded or while peak times, the quality of wash goes down. They finish off acar faster that they don't care if any dirt is left, until customer points out and tells. Even if paid for any kind of wash, it must be cared equally.

One of the big enoc new site. Very nice view. All type of enoc services we can find here zoom market, pronto,Tasjeel, Autopro, pro wash ,Popeyes, etc.. very big spice and parking area also available here . Good thing here the tasjeel it’s good for near the residence people.

Easily accessible petrol station with all your car need ( petrol , tasjeel , zoom , auto pro ) good entrance . ONLY the ( pro wash ) exit is messy and small after you finish washing car and want to enter ( vacuum bay ) need more work and more space even the waiting line

i got my car radiator damaged there ,when i drove the car to there just to change the coolant !!!! the technician change the coolant and turn on the engine . while i was paying the invoice ,the radiator damaged and coolant splashed down

Poorest customer service, no respect at all, they shouted on me for asking for a number and other customers get special treatment just because they know someone inside, very bad experience, Shamil was way better, I hope they return.

A very good relief for Discovery Garden tenants. If there was a entry form the backside cross road or from round about then the station would have been more convinient. Great work by the developers.

Worst employees and servic3 at the washing bay... slow, careless, dirty, ennoying, totally unorganised... and much worse... cant be described using decent words... will never go there again.

Very poor service … I just washed my car now, they didn't clean the interior, I made them do it when I saw it. When I reached my parking I saw they didn't touch the tire at all

Low Quality internal wash. Found many uncleaned areas upon my return. They have a good attitude though and appreciate their work during summer weather

There is nol card not working but other all Enoc pereol pamp is working.This petrol pump my nearest but nol card problem …

The staffs are smart, does the job and helpful, although the venue is alwaays buay for car wash. All in all still worth the wait.

Prajesh was very courteous and kind. He reminded me if i had yes app to tag my purchase. Overall happy with todays fuel top up.

Very bad attitude staff Rayman. He shout at us very badly for no reason. 1209 branch manament needs to take action for this.

Reduced the foaming soap in auto car wash does not clean sometimes car properly. ENOC to look into this.
