Absolutely disgraceful encounter I had with the ASM (aka the manager as she informed me) this afternoon. After not thinking and filling up my plastic fuel can on the tray of my ute, she stopped my pump and shook her head and said put your fuel can on the ground, noting I was in the wrong, I said she could have handled the situation a bit better, all I got back was her raising her voice and telling me there is signs everywhere and don’t come back, which I won’t. I can’t believe a cooperation such as this would allow some one of that nature to be a manager. Good riddance I’ll get my fuel elsewhere

I visited EG Brookside Petrol Station in the arvo about a week ago, and I'm disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. The lady on shift was rude and swearing a lot and made me feel like a burden when I was just trying to pay for my fuel. It was a highly unpleasant experience, and I hope the management addresses these issues promptly. Heads up to others visiting EG Brookside.

The annoying thing about all Woolworths fuel stations is that unless you share your private grocery shopping information with them they charge you a 4 cent premium. This ‘third-line forcing’ behaviour should not be allowed in my view, but the ACCC allows it. Otherwise good.

Small petrol station, I observed this station is among the one of the first who decrease their price when the prices goes down. Friendly sole staff. I believe their is no 98 Unleaded petrol available, only 91 and 96 unleaded petrol. Diesel and LPG available.

Would avoid this petrol station. I have filled up here more than once and the previous two occasions now my fuel gauge did not move (and no it’s not faulty as no other servos I goto this happens) and I did put in quite a bit. What an absolute rip off..

It’s in a good location as you going shopping I’m going anywhere that direction it’s just easier dropping To fuel up get what you wanted check your tyres are you on your way but on way thing exit got Traffic lights and that’s a big difference

Was here today and served by an incredibly rude, condescending and arrogant consultant, he (the consultant with long hair, the goatee and glasses) left me absolutely flabbergasted, will never ever go here again.

Used the Fair Fuel app to discover that they're charging 132.9 c/l for Premium Unleaded 95 petrol while other gas stations are asking a fair price of 100.9 c/l. Will definitely be avoiding this gas station.

Young lady named Rochelle, I think, was lovely. She didn't do anything special, just happy, smiling and friendly...like she wanted to engage with customers. Thanks

Very grumpy and aggressive staff. Don't know why people like her are allowed to work in such a successful business. She has behavioural problems.

Price on pump is more than on display alot of the time. Ignored and received aggression from counter staff when it is mentioned.

I am completely unable to differentiate this particular Woolies Petrol from any other Woolies Petrol I've been in.

staff seems to be always friendly. Diesel fuel is quite clean compared to some places I used to fill up in.

Open 24/7 with air/ water and easy access. The shop has everything you would expect from a service station.

If you have a fuel discount credit, this is the cheapest servo around after the others all close.

Usally a few cents cheaper than anywhere else around the area; then get your 4 cents off on top
