I love duluth women's pants. They are the only women's pants with usable deep pockets. Duluth jeans and Flexpedition pants are my favorites. You can actually put your whole phone in those pockets! Flexpedition pants have two side zip up pockets that fit your whole phone. And the top pockets fit the whole phone too! Not all pants have deep pockets, so you do need to try them on in person and check. I also like that they make small size and slim type men's pants that fit me! I have a few pairs of men's pants for hiking, that have even deeper pockets. Highly recommend to any woman. I also love thier button up shirts. They are long enough to tuck in the pants, and the sleeves are also libg enough that they don't ride up when you stretch your arms. Fabric quality is great. Patterns are cute too. I always had good experience with returns at this store. I have bought some things online that didn't fit and I was able to return the items without a problem. They gave me a gift card.

I ordered something and had it shipped to the store. I went in to pick it up and the lady helping me was completely incompetent. She asked me my name twice then went to find it, then another person asked me my name and relayed it to her on the walkie... then she came out and said "your name's Emily right?" My name is not frikin Emily (she wasn't helping anyone else). Then she looked it up on the computer, asked me which item it was, I told her, and then she spent 10 minutes looking for the wrong item! I ended up leaving without my order. I just went back to try again because Google said they were open till 7. When I got there there was a sign saying they now close at 6. Clearly nobody there updated the hours on Google, so the incompetence continues. I gave two stars because I like their products, but I won't be placing an order with them again.

Not sure why there isn't a Duluth Trading Company in WA state, but glad that this store isn't too far away. A great incentive to make weekend trips to the Portland area... I've always been a fan of their clothes. Good quality and great prices (especially when there are sales)... They've recently took over Best Made Brand. I've been getting there catalogs for years. It's great you can find their stuff in Duluth Trading Co stores now.... On this trip, did a small shopping spree for things I needed and things I didn't need but that's life. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, they were ready to assist to find what I wanted.

Great people (employees), they were all very professional and friendly. I had to return 2 pairs of pants I had bought on line both were too small. One pair I had bought as far back as I think September the other just a month or so and had no recipe for either but had no problem exchanging them. Could have gotten my money back if I so desired. They keep your purchase history on the computer so you don't have to worry if you lose your recipe. So cool. Great clothes but the sizing is exact therefore I think it's actually better to go to the store.

My man orders from here all the time. I just made my first order this week for his birthday, and I messed up. I called customer service and was blown away by the level of customer service! I didn't know that anyone in retail had such great service anymore!! They fixed me right up, even though it was my mistake. The products are superior as well. If anything isn't perfect, they make it right, no hassle. Also, the Armachello undies are the most comfortable undies I've ever worn.

There are not many of the Duluth Trading stores in this area so feel lucky when you battle the crowds at Jantzen Beach that you are not driving to Eugene. My wife had to fix an online order gone bad so we made the trek. The service was good and the selection was very good. Everything we needed for the holidays was there and the order was straightened out. Their clothing seems to be a pretty high quality and sizing is pretty true.

This a great store for almost all of you clothing and lifestyle needs. From work clothes, which theirs are some of the best, to even pajamas and underwear, you can't go wrong here. Be forewarned, you get what you pat for and the prices aren't cheap. But it's far better products than the typical "fast fashion" you usually see. Customer service was friendly and efficient.

Excellent service, as always. I lost a gift card that I bought for my sister and they did not blink an eye helping me find it and resend it to her. I’m impressed every time I deal with them and the clothing is excellent quality. I highly recommend the gardening vests, mine looks as good as the day I bought it and I use it constantly (great for dog stuff).

This is a Big store. They have so much to offer. You can even buy stuff for your car and dogs here as well as presents. The employees are super nice. It's nothing like a mall store ( thank goodness). Sizes to fit almost everyone. You can even order online and have it sent to your home or picked up in the store.

Bought a pair of insulated pants in September and by January I had wore maybe 7 times and the fabric was wearing out... The folks at Duluth said it was due to excessive wear... LOL I thought you made workwear? Well here is one customer that will waste no more money on their merchandise. Thanks but no thanks.

Very kool store, but a bit pricey. You will find some good deals, just go to the clearance section. I just wish they would do a bundle discount on men’s underwear cause they are the most comfortable underwear that I have worn, But at 18 to 24$ per pair is pretty pricey. So take your wallet. $$$

Had no idea we had one in Oregon. Stopped in one day and now I'm hooked. Some of the comfiest, durable clothes I've found. The jeans are tough, but also not stiff and are holding up pretty good to regular ware. Not something I can say for really any other brand I've tried over the past decade.

We had always wanted to check out a Duluth Trading Post and were in need of gardening clothing. We stopped in and they had a sale of 25% off the entire store. We both found high quality men’s and women’s clothing for an amazing price! We will definitely be back!!!

Pricing is a bit High, but you get what you pay for. High quality clothing with a great warranty, I've had to use the warranty, because I actually wear these clothes to work. A lot of folks wear it just to look like they work lol.

A really unique store. The only retail store in America that is based on puns. They are famous for their TVS featuring bare naked underwear, buck naked underwear, Men's fleece lined flapjack shirt Jac., etc.

Wouldn't honor tee shirt guarantee against shrinkage that was in place when I stocked up on them. Selection of "tall" shirts was almost non-existent. Not anything like the store that it was when it opened.

Material in the jeans is good. Consistency is lacking in the sizing. Three individual pant orders, all same size, three different fits, and inseam lengths. Sending them back, for $7 each of course.! …

This was the first time actually going into one of their stores. Excellent experience. If they don't have your size at the store they will ship it for free and take 5% off. Now that is customer service.

I like their commercials, but have been a little intimidated by cuts and fit on their website. We stopped in and checked out their merch. WOW! Great stuff! We'll be back on our next trip, too!

Great place for men's and women's clothing. Big and tall, work wear, outdoor and gardening. They seem to have an answer for everything. Their return policy is reassuring. Plenty of parking.

I'm glad Duluth opened a store I can physically shop in, I don't buy clothes without checking them out first. Although the prices are above my income level.

You'd think that if you order something it would show up within two weeks, but apparently not. This company cannot meet their own advertised shipping times.
