专业学习的不够，技艺也不精，真不知道是怎么做到整牙专科的。可能只是得益于会讲一些不标准的中文？才在华人区积累了很多留学生客户，做普通的牙医可能还可以吧，整牙这么专业和对沟通和精密技术要求这么高的，可能需要多进修。。。 Dr. Tan is doesn’t communicate much, and therefore, it is imperative to exercise caution when interacting with him. It is possible that he may prioritize his personal opinions over working collaboratively with you to determine the best course of treatment plan. Additionally, Dr. Tan's doesn’t care much about your concern and the lack of attention to detail had significant consequences for my teeth and gum. What was supposed to be a 10-month Invisalign treatment with him was extended to 2.5 years. During this time, I was given false and misleading information, the Invisalign treatment experience and communication which were absolute nightmares. From what I’ve experienced, I would say his knowledge and skills did not meet the specialized standards required for in communication and Invisalign treatment, be aware of this if you undergo treatment with him. It might be advisable to seek the services of a different orthodontist, even if they are more expensive. This is a one-time treatment in your lifetime, and you only have one set of teeth. I highly recommend Ethos (Invisalign Platinum Elite) or Smile Style with Dr. Michael Tselepis (Invisalign Diamond). Dr. Tan医生几乎不和病人沟通的，就开始看起来挺耐心讲一讲，之后的每次会诊，他下一步要做什么也不跟你讲，直接做，让你觉得他可能挺专业，知道要做什么，其实他都是根据自己的意愿和想法制定你的方案，而不是与您商量和沟通后的结果，或者给你提供指导性，给你思考和选择。此外，Dr Tan并不注重细节，而整牙是非常精细的过程，而他会觉得1毫米和2毫米对一颗牙齿的位移是没什么差别的。我的隐适美牙齿矫正过程和跟他的沟通简直是噩梦般的经历，他不会根据你的concern再做任何调整和提供其他选择的，最后对牙齿和牙龈都造成了不可逆的伤害。 开始说10个月的隐形矫正治疗，结果拖延到2年多。每次回访检查，也没有仔细检查，基本都是糊弄，反正你不提出来有问题，他是不会主动告诉你的，完全看病人自己是否在意，是否观察到问题，我被提供了许多误导性和不专业的信息，他的回答经常是含糊，模棱两可的，感觉缺少对细节和专业的深度学习，也可能他的中文影响了专业的沟通。这么严谨的行业怎么会这么敷衍的，在我这两年多的接触和沟通中感觉他的技术远远没有达到一个专业specialist应该具备的素养和职业标准，让我对specialist有了新的认识。个人经历给大家提个醒，不要像我一样浪费时间和精力，花了钱，毁牙，后知后觉。 成人没有咬合问题的话尽量不要去整牙，真想要整牙的话可以考虑去看更有资历的医生，尽管费用可能更高，但值得一试，毕竟人生只有一副牙齿，这是一次终生治疗。我推荐 Ethos（Invisalign 白金精英版）或 Smile Style with Dr. Michael Tselepis（Invisalign 钻石版）Sunnybank Private hospital的 KN Orthodontist 都比他专业很多。

I had braces done by Dr. Tan over 10 years ago, and I'm still very happy with my smile and have recommended all my friends and family to see him. Dr. Tan has been an orthodontist for over 20 years, and his expertise and professionalism really show in his work. Dr. Tan is also a very honest and humble person. He always communicated clearly about the treatment process, expected outcomes and any potential challenges. 83 years old Macho here, it took some serious efforts to create an email account especially for this lovely young lady. My late husband Gary had a rare oral condition, been referred to Dream Smiles by our dentists, they actually refused to see him because his was too old to talk and the treatment wasn’t lucrative enough to have their attention. I was surprised the problem has been solved for a small fee by a simple adjustment without pushing us to the edge of spending a fortune for a very ill old man as some other businesses did. Everyone in this clinic is friendly and helpful on our visits. Michelle, the one I really need to pay my respect to. I left Gary’s heart monitoring device to the clinic on his treatment day, was unable to travel to retrieve which he needed on the same night. She drove nearly one hour delivered it at my door step! She organized my meals and paid for my house keeping for 3 and half months out of her own pocket before Medicare and center link has finally responded to my application. The owner of the business and our community should give her a metal! She also takes care of other elderlies who are desperately required assists before politically accepted by our government.

Dream smiles has the professional air that I'm always looking for in medical clinics. They did a fantastic job with my braces and have been very involved the whole way through with very honest and true advice. This is my go to clinic, and I think it'll continue to be that way. Edit: To Ms Cy, I'm pretty sure I saw you in the clinic pestering the poor receptionist once. The staff were so patient with you and you had the manners of a charging boar. I’m glad to see you’re not letting your google education get in the way of your ignorance. I hope the rest of your day is as pleasant as you are.

I’ve been here many times over the 20 odd years Dream Smiles have been open. They are my dentist and orthodontist of choice and frankly, I couldn’t imagine a more professional, skillful, kind and patient clinic. I respect the work that they do, and am thankful for the time and effort they put in to running an honest and thorough service. Dr Tan has gone above and beyond to make sure my children and my teeth are well taken care of. He gave us every option and never rushed us to make a decision. Thank you Dr Tan and team. Highly recommend this team! Thank you for taking care of me and my family. I was recommended by a friend to see them couple of years ago while my previous dentist still doing ok with my treatment until recent mis-diagnosis. I have to move my whole family to a place I can trust. I had a long chat with the receptionist, she was a fresh breath of air, patiently listened to my story and her voice was so calm and crispy, I love my new dentist recommend by her, gentle and thoroughly.
