For the past years, my gums had receded to a point that had me seriously worried. My family dentist Dr. Michael Youssef, enthusiastically suggested Pinhole procedure, a "relatively" new procedure and the benefits. After careful consideration, I decided to go ahead. The procedure lasted a little less than two hours and was painless. I have had numerous procedures done by Dr. Youssef previously and this was no exception. He is very light-handed and a perfectionist. Moreover, he constantly communicates with the patient throughout the entire procedure. During the follow up, I got to see my before and after pictures on the screen, and the results were night and day. Therefore, when I needed to have a second "surgery", I did not hesitate for a moment. Once again the results exceeded my expectations. Before the procedure, Dr. Youssef informed me that the results vary from patient to patient. I will not be able to speak for others, in my case, I gambled twice and won very big. A very big thank you to Dr. Youssef and his caring team!

Giving one star as I can't go any lower. Very bad experience and way expensive, am a student at McGill and before booking the appointment on call, I asked about insurance as this was my first time. Response was "we will take care of everything". When I reached, I asked about insurance, how it works and how much covered. The response was "you should have checked all thsi before, now you have already booked a session and wasted time so you have to do the checkup". With that I went forward, they did a 3D scan, which is needed if I go for a surgery, without asking me if I want to do the surgery. Neither they showed me the results, I got to know when I came to pay for it and then I asked what was the reason? Then took me to a room and explaining why they did. Later I find that 3D scan is not covered by my insurance as well(if approval not taken before). Worse I just went for a checkup to know as I had some pain, came out with a bill of 500$ . Don't go ever!

I've been going to Dr. Youssef since I was a child. He is extremely light-handed. I've had many procedures done. Every single one of them have been successful. He always made sure to thoroughly explain the procedures beforehand and always made sure to follow-through afterwards. He even went as far as providing a contact # after office hours just in case I needed to reach him. His staff is extremely courteous and polite. In addition, I appreciate the fact that he is always up-to-date with the ever changing technology. They always have state of the art equipment as well as provide entertainment (listening to music or even watching a movie) during long procedures to ensure the experience is as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend doctor Youssef.

From my experiences, the staff are always friendly and make me feel comfortable when I am at my appointments. Judith is always welcoming as a first contact to the office which is very important to me. Don't have to worry about delays, appointments are always on time and you're not kept waiting which makes time management easy. The Hygienists and Dr. Youssef are always concerned about my well being and comfort. The location is conveniently located downtown near to my residence and the offices are open and clean. I have been going here for about 4 years now, never had a bad experience and I would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Dr. Youssef has been my dentist for almost 20 years. My mother introduced me to him and I have never considered another dentist since. When I walk in his office I am always greeted with a smile from all his staff. I always feel comfortable and assured even when I have those dreaded gum grafts. My family's dental history has never been good but thankfully Dr. Youssef practices prevention. Regular cleaning and a yearly oral cancer scan has alleviated problems. To this day I have a full mouth of teeth with only a couple of crowns and an implant. I can look forward to a long life enjoying and eating food naturally.

I have been to a number of dentist offices in my life, but none of them have been as welcoming than Dr. Youssef's. It's the kind of office you want to send a card to during the holidays because everyone is so great. The staff are caring and attentive–especially Dian who is always interested in how I'm doing and follows up on past conversations, going the extra mile to make my day. Dr. Youssef on the other hand is warm, patient and professional and takes care to make sure I'm comfortable and informed during procedures. I also enjoy receiving email notifications when I have an upcoming appointment.

This dental clinic was very nice for my family. Last year, my wife needed a dentist urgently because she had a terrible pain. First, we contacted two other dentists but they did not work well. On the other hand, Dr. Youssef quickly responded to our e-mail despite his crowded schedule and treated the bad tooth as soon as possible. He carefully and politely explains what the best treatment is in each case. Now, my wife is seeing Dr. Youssef regularly. All the staffs are friendly. They always welcome us even when we visit there with our baby. We highly recommend this clinic.

We love Dr. Youssef! So much so that we both travel from South Florida just to see him and Dr. Muroff(who I heard recently retired). He is that good and accommodating. A rare gentle dentist willing to go the extra mile and think outside the box. My husband has a complicated mouth that needs a lot of special care, his work is superb and we greatly appreciate all he has done for us over the years. Looking forward to our next dental visit once we can start safely travelling again, now how often do you hear that?! Perhaps next year.

Amazing! I've been coming here for over 10 years and Dr.Youssef has helped me through all sorts of dental procedures with ease. I drive over an hour in traffic for my visits and it's totally worth it. He goes out of his way to ensure I understand each procedure and the reasons for it. He keeps things light and genuinely cares during and after each visit, always taking the time to follow up! Also, adore the staff! They're all so sweet and understanding, they make scheduling easy and make you feel right at home when you walk in.

Hands down the best dentist for getting your wisdom teeth out in Montreal. Mine were quite impacted and difficult to extract. The entire experience was well thought out and executed perfectly. Dr. Youssef even called me the the night afterwards to make sure everything was okay and I most definitely was. After one day I feel fantastic, unlike friends I've seen struggle for a week after the surgery. Would 100% recommend Dr. Youssef for anyone looking to get their wisdom teeth out.

If you are scared of dentists, you can forget your fear here! I've been coming to Dr. Youssef for a couple of years now and I am always satisfied with the service I get. I recently had a wisdom teeth removal surgery and a gum grafting procedure and both went extremely well (Minimum pain)! The team is super caring and attentive and my teeth have never felt better! They check up on you often and they make sure you are always comfortable... I can't recommend them enough!

Love my mouth.....Dr. Youssef has fixed my problem teeth with expertise. When I first met Dr. Youssef years ago I had quite a few problems with my crooked front teeth. I didn't want to smile.. This dentist is the worst!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Dr. Michael Youssef is rude and arrogant. He is awful to his staff. He does not explain the procedures properly. He does all the treatment first and then tells u the prices which leaves u a huge bill to pay. Save yourself and do not go here. Horrible place!!

Dr. Youssef's staff is always super friendly and are very understanding and helpful if you have sensitive teeth. They and Dr. Youssef explain everything very clearly and answer any question you may have about your dental health. My experience so far has been excellent and i'd strongly recommend. :)
