First time there! I had a dental emergency and thankfully their hours are very late so I was able to make an appointment in the actually took me first thing in the morning! I live off night hours due to a medical condition so they understood completely and took me even 15 minutes before I normally go to bed so I can only be an hour late. This is for person who's never even attended that dental clinic before I had signed up but I was waiting to go. When I called with the emergency there was no hesitation at all she pulled up my file the receptionist oh, and accommodated my needs the best of her ability. Not only was the stuff extremely polite and extremely warm and makes you really feel comfortable, the dentist that came to see me was probably the best dentist I have ever ever had in my life! Not only was he polite by taking my jacket for me hanging it up using my anxiety going through my dental problem explaining everything showing me what to do who I need to see what the problem was I mean it was almost like I didn't have to ask a question he just knew everything. When asked if I grinded my teeth at night obviously I don't know but he suggested that I did but he does know that I weight train and right away he mentioned something I only thought about now! He mentioned that a lot of people who lift heavy clench their teeth and then I should we wear a guard while I left and I didn't even think about that! The dentist was the softest sweetest Spoken Man I have ever met he was extremely honest the prices were extremely reasonable and I'm never going back to my old dentist I am definitely switching to Fairview dental clinic their hours are always accommodating no matter what your schedule is and this is the one place I recommend to every single person who wants quality dental work and who wants quality care and honesty and not get ripped off. I've never felt more at ease at a dentist or any medical facility for that matter than I did at this Fairview Dental Clinic.

I would not go during busy hours. I payed 500$ for 2 fillings that were next to each other on the 24th of December. The dentist guy and her assistant were so impatient and just wanted to get the job done which I e des up telling him I wasn’t happy with the filling so he had to sit me back down to redo it and his assistant was so rough on everything she touched my gums still hurt by way she was pushing on them like she forgot I was a human laying there. And to make this case worst the secretary came in to say he has an emergency patient so he finished the job in 15 mins the first time and it was ridiculously annoying having them rush as a patient is sitting in the chair uncomfortable!! Stay away from these weirdos Reply: I had told the guy I was happy with the work because I was uncomfortable to sit back down to get it done the way I wanted. The way he did it worked but did not satisfy my needs. The dentist had came in the room two or three times to advice him about his next patient while he was working on my teeth. Wtv the clarification are I wasn’t happy with the service and not quite satisfied

I was no longer happy with my previous dentist of 15 years and I needed a filling done. Honestly, I chose the Fairview Dental Centre based solely on the fact that they were able to give me the quickest appointment and that they are located so close to my home. But I am so happy that I ended up going there and I've been going there ever since. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental work and Dr. Eisenhauer always makes me feel as comfortable and as at ease as possible. Yesterday's appointment was a biggie for me... I had to have a tooth extracted I thought for sure that my anxiety was going to be through the roof and that I would be in so much pain afterwards. But Dr. Eisenhauer was amazing... kept my anxiety low, removed the tooth in minimal time and this morning, on a scale of 1-5, my pain is a 1. I am so grateful and so happy!!! I have to add that the staff there are always super nice and helpful and very efficient and the prices are very reasonable. I am very happy and satisfied with all of my experiences there so far... thank you!

Although they were able to give me an emergency appointment for my chipped tooth, I still wanted to jump out of the chair and leave! The dentist and the technician were both very inexperienced. Both the dentist and the tech smelled terrible. Personal hygiene and body order should be a priority in the dentist's office. They opened a case with plastic teeth color samples in it they use to get the color right. Opened the case, stuck the pieces right in my mouth, no cleaning, and then closed them back up in the case and put them away on the shelf again without cleaning them at all!! When they were "finished", the filling fell out!!!!!! they had to redo it all over again. Finally finished, paid the bill in full because they do not accept direct insurance payment here (like it's 1983), get home to realize on the bill they charged me for the filling twice!!!!! So I called them, and the individual at the front desk has no idea what to do, so now I'm waiting for a call back. still waiting!

The appointment was in the name of my daughter. Well, actually it was the reception staff. I send two emails and phoned them asking frankly and straightforward if they accept to send me a copy of the panoramic image for my daughter's teeth. Their answer was crystal clear that we do not have a problem with that. They started creating excuses like check the junk, probably something went wrong with your email, and use this specific email; my own email "Michele's". The last excuse and I am saying excuse "..." was that this person named "Michele" went to the toilet and was not out that day (her colleges told me so). They kept giving excuses for few days. WHAT WOULD IT COST THEM IF THEY WERE HONEST AND TOLD ME THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT SENDING A COPY OF THE IMAGE BY EMAIL. TELLING LIES IS NOT A GOOD THING. IT SHOWS DISRESPECT. ACCORDINGLY, I CANCELLED MY DAUGHTER'S APPOINTMENT WITH THE ORTHODENTIST. I DO NOT WANT TO START ANY THING BASED ON LIES AND MANIPULATION.

I agree with the comments above that it feels like you’re more of a customer than a patient. I have nothing bad to say about the staff. They are truly amazing, friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make you feel great. What made me leave and choose another dental clinic was the fact that 2 fillings felt out months apart right after my annual check up. After it happened the first time, I found it odd that they didn’t notice it or pay attention to it during the check up but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. There was absolutely no follow up done. The breaking point came after another filling, on a different tooth, fell out a few months later. I found it unacceptable and I was not willing to take anymore chances. Furthermore, when I called to cancel my appointment and advise them that I was going elsewhere, I was never asked why despite being their patient for over 10 years.

I first saw Dr. Rahal several months ago when I lost my dentist of over 40 years. My first visit was a crown. I was afraid, but, so happy that the procedure was not only explained, questions answered, the procedure was so well done, no pain or struggle, there was very little discomfort throughout, beginning to end. Several months later my crown is rock solid, comfortable, and feels like my own tooth. With various treatments explained so well, and all visits performed with my complete satisfaction, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Rahal. He teaches the what and why of how you care for your teeth, so that you may maintain good oral health! So VERY happy to have Dr. Rahal as my new dentist, and the only reason NOT to, is that it may be harder to get an appointment! Thank you, Dr. Rahal.

This was one of the most welcoming dentist offices I've ever been to. Everyone was so friendly and so professional, I was completely at ease despite being a little afraid of seeing dentists in general. I was treated with respect, my concerns were addressed, my dentist Dr Rahal was communicative and friendly and professional. He walked me through the whole process and kept me informed the whole time! I have found my new dentist! Also, Jody handled my file so expertly and professionally! She helped me work out all my insurance details and took care of everything for me, thank you!

Such a nice staff and my teeth are so clean! My dentist was super sweet and checked my teeth thoroughly, and my dental hygienist explained every step to me during the cleaning (so I wasn’t in the dark and confused about what was going on, which is so important!) she was friendly and gave me great advice on which toothbrush to buy and how to take care of my teeth properly. Their location is convenient, they provide great service, and are following COVID guidelines diligently, I definitely recommend them!! :)

Extremely disappointed! My mom had tooth pain for a long time and went to Dr.Jaar get it checked. They did X-rays and said they cannot figure out the issue is and sent her to a specialist which costed us a lot. The specialist then informs us that its nothing but a wisdom tooth issue. Did we really have to go to a specialist for this? Absolutely ridiculous. We ended up finding another desntist who even wondered why this dentist couldn't get this resolved in the first place. Do not recommend!

After a few bad experiences at many dentist offices I try not to go at all. Going to the fairview dental center changed that for me. Dr. Jane Eisenhauer was amazing. She is so professional, kind, patient and willing to explain everything. She knows what she's doing and is extremely warm and understanding. The BEST dentist I have ever been to. The ladies at the reception and the dental hygienist were absolute peaches! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!

On short notice, the dentist granted an emergency appointment to my 88-year old father for an emergency extraction. The experience could not have been better in any way. Everyone was professional and friendly and though out the visit in every detail. We were not rushed and the experience was great from entering to exiting. (The other dental centers I called are only returning my messages now.) Honestly, I can’t be thankful enough. They really saved the day.

Excellent care! I was seen on extremely short notice for a serious dental emergency while out of my home province. They not only saw me but did a detailed exam and made sure I could get home safely with antibiotics and a plan if something else went wrong. Outstanding practice, great administrative staff, awesome, skilled doctors. If I move back to the province I will definitely ask to join this practice.

The staff always keeps me posted on my appointments. When I've had dental emergencies they'd fit me in. Their fees are standard and my employer's health insurance covers about 97%. The waiting room is spacious and fairly comfortable. The design of the new clinic is chic, modern, and eye-catching. I love the look. But most importantly, they are competent and caring. Never had a bad incident with them!

I have great experience with doctor Nayer with me and my kids . He is really professional.I will advise all my friends to go there . What is funny that I was very scared because I removed my wisdom tooth but my kids 6 and 7 years they encouraged me to go there with doctor Nayer because both of them have awesome experience with him . It was my first time visiting Fairview dental and was very happy with everything. From the arrival and covid protocols to filling out my medical forms. I had called for a tooth ache and didn’t know any of the dentist. I ended up with Dr. Leiberman and he was great. His assistant Stacey was also so sweet! They really made the experience so much easier for me and will definitely be going back.

Had been almost 3 years since my last visit to the dentist.. moving.. work.. just busy! Heard about this clinic so went in to make an appointment. A few days later I was in the dentists chair. Friendly staff. Very clean and professional. Hygienist did a great cleaning and everything checked out! I am good to go! Highly recommended to anyone on the West Island.. convenient location.

First time visit as I had recently switch to this family dentist and the staff, assistants, hygienists, dentist were all so nice and professional. I hadn’t gone to a dentist in a while so they ensure to take the necessary time to bring me back to speed. Examination and cleaning were quick and painless and appreciated the feedback they gave me going into my next visit.

Very disappointing experience. The hygienist was arrogant and didn't care about my feelings. She even let me hold the water spray tube by myself. She also took a phone call during the cleaning process. At the end, she asked me if I needed some kind of vitamin foam but never let me know I had to pay for it. By the way, comparing with others, the cost was pretty high.

This dental clinic is wonderful! I came in on a Sunday for an emergency as a new patient, and they were so kind and patient with me. The front desk staff, the dental assistant, and the doctor who saw me (Dr Gerges) - they all made the whole experience as good as an emergency dental appointment could be. While I was sad about my dental situation, my experience today was fabulous. Jody and Dr. Fagan were delightful, and Dr. Fagan was able to quickly diagnose my dental abscess. I didn’t even have to wait when I got in, and my gum surgery booked for two days out. This is the place to be for expedient, professional, and friendly dental care.

My daughter has been to a couple orthodontists. Dr. Prosterman and her team are 10 stars the best!! My daughter grew to be scared of orthodontists and Dr. Prosterman turned that around. She is calm, patient and involves them in the process - amazing!!! Now my son is going there as well and having a great experience. Highly recommend!

They gave me an appointment a few hours after my 4 year old son had an accident and hit his tooth. This was on Easter Monday. Service was on point and very professional. Called the office with an emergency this evening when my daughter fell and lost two teeth. Dr. Nayer and his team fit us in right away and made an unbelievably scary situation more comfortable for my 11 year old daughter. They looked after her with such kindness and caring. I appreciated getting the filling , and the information they gave me about what to do next with getting my new mouthguard. The only criticism I have is they didn’t fix the chip in my tooth even though they filled it with a new filling. Or if they did I didn’t notice that happening. I don’t think so.

Had a gum infection. Dentist prescribed clindamycin which gave me C. Difficile. Clindamycin is at high risk to cause C.diff as side effect. Dentisj should have known not to give this type of meds to a senior.
