I brought in a lost kitten I found and the lady who served me was incredible. She explained everything she was going to do and after contacting the microchip owner, it was discovered that the 5 month old kitten had actually just been bought from a breeder but the microchip still had the breeder details on it. So she then explained that she would keep him at the clinic and put out feelers to see if anyone could provide proof he was theirs and take him and she then explained that if no one claimed him after 7 days he would be transferred to the animal welfare league where he'd be safe until being adopted. If he wasn't claimed, he would be at the AWL by now, but I hope he gets a forever home. I'm sure he will as he was super cuddly friendly and talkative. If I didn't already have a dog and a territorial cat I wouldve taken him myself, I hope he's well. Thankyou to the lovely staff for taking such incredible care of him for me. If you're looking for a new vet, definitely cannot recommend these guys enough.

Such caring people, I dealt with one of the nurses. I want to say her name is Kelly??? (I could be wrong Im sorry). I had a phone call about a deceased furbaby that was believed to be mine, I first rang and explained that I would like to bring him in to be cremated & she was so informative, she told me every step and in detail told me all they had to offer. She was also very very empathetic. When I arrived she took the box out the back and inspected the cat, she then believed this to not be my cat and then was very very helpful in information on how I can help find my missing baby. It was a very emotional rollercoaster of a day but her attitude and demeaner made it so much easier to deal with and without her I would never have known that the deceased cat wasn't my baby. (I am so sorry I don't recall her name but I am hoping she will remember this) ❤

A very arrogant man who told me to take my dog elsewhere because I did not give him the steroids for his itchiness. An immunosuppressant that has no resolution to the cause. I was shocked and stunned to be spoken to like that. Uncalled for and totally unprofessional. Fist visit was lovely and he offered a treatment plan on next visit. Did not happen. My dog has been on steroids for the last two years and all research states the harmful effects it has on endocrine and organs in future. No Dr Ken I do not want to see my dog itching. You obviously did not read his reports otherwise you would have been armed with vital information. Instead you told me to take him to a Holistic Vet or alternative. My suggestion to you is to perhaps show some empathy and professionalism instead of your rudeness and quick fix measures. You are a very rude man.

On arrival my dog was scared and I said to dr Ken he will bark at you as he is scared dr Ken then said I will not see him because he is aggressive and I will hit him ? I'm not sure what sort of vet refuses to see a dog that is scared he didn't even try just told me to leave update para hills gave the time to allow horry to settle in and said he is scared so didn't make eye contact with him stating this can intimidated maybe if dr ken had not just turned afrom his computer and leaned straight in horry face he wouldn't have reacted. Maybe time for some more education dr ken. Para hills stated he is not an aggressive dog and are happy to continue to see him they also loved my girl sage.

Dr Ken is an outstanding vet with diverse experience, very professional, along with an amazing attitude coming straight from his heart for our animals and their families. It was so delightful to meet with his new vet nursing team today, Cherie and Tahlia. They are also very professional, quality human beings who genuinely care, giving the practice a massive injection of the most wonderful positive vibes. I am so happy for Dr Ken for finding a truly award winning team. Ordinary good vibes are great, yet the real warm fuzzy ones are even better! My dog’s normal go-to vet was not available so it’s my first time booking with this vet for a routine vaccination. NOT recommended if you have a large breed who is bit protective. My dog barked without proper introduction and the vet rejected to see him and was told off on spot. It has been the ONLY and first time that this has happened in the past 8 years of my dog s age. So if you want a quick service maybe try there but if you want someone who gives effort and cares and have the patience for your fur friends please don’t waste your time going there. There are plenty of other vets who do better than this.

My mum had gone to this vet 2 times and her first experience was great, her second experience not so much. He promised to look at other reports from other vets and come up with a plan of attack, he definitely did not do that and was trying to force steroids down her throat. He then became passive aggressive and started raising his voice inside of the clinic becsuse his receptionist had provided directions opposing his and they couldn't work as a team if there life depended on it. DO NOT go here and there is plenty of other places you can go, lucky I was not in attendance Kind Regards,

I brought my kitty, who was in a lot of pain in to see this vet and I will forever regret that decision. Red flags began from the beginning with the vets poor people skills and lack of concern for my kitty, unfortunately I had no choice but to leave him there and had to hope his veterinarian skills were better than his unconcerning attitude. My kitty was sent home that same afternoon and cost me over $1000 only to have too rush him to a 24 hour clinic in the city the next night where he passed away, he was only 4 years old and will be forever missed, I am so sorry my beautiful boy.

We have 2 older cats and have been seeing Dr Ken for most of their lives now. Dr Ken is a fantastic vet - down to earth, skilled and extremely easy to deal with. We have used both the mobile service and in-office. Even though Dr Ken is quite a drive from our home, I prefer to take our cats to him instead of a vet closer to home as he’s really caring, open, honest and has our pets best interests at heart. I’d definitely recommend Dr Ken!

Dr Ken and his lovely assistant helped us say goodbye to our little Bruty. Their services were absolutely amazing and it was such a positive experience. When we went to pick him up, they had put him in a cute little bag with a gift inside. It was hard to say goodbye to our boy we had for over 16 years, but I’m glad he was in such good hands when he passed. Thank you Dr Ken, me and my family will definitely be recommending you.

Found a great vet for our 2 furry kids. Dr Ken and his staff are friendly,genuine and always happy to help with any problem or situation with your pets care.My Border Collie really hates going to see the Vet,but with Ken and his staff he's relaxed,behaves and doesn't seem to bothered about the experience.If my pets are happy and comfortable then so am I.

Dr Ken and all his staff are very caring and super professional. Took our little Ruby there with unknown but acute issue. Checked her out straight away while continuing to handle other patients. Got her sorted out rapidly with antispasmodic and pain relief. Kept under obs for 2 hours. Very happy with treatment and outcome. Price very fair.

Over priced. No one answers phone, and Dr Ken was no where to be seen. Not one vet on site. Whent to Blake's Crossing Vet, at Blaikview and got good prices 50% cheaper, 24hr service and always had a vet on premises, booking made and dog seen with in 1 hour . Very pleased with Blake's Crossong Vet

Dr Ken is a fantastic and caring Vet. He also has a mobile service which is an invaluable service especially in emergencies or for nervous/difficult pets. My Cat sees him on a very regularly basis due to a health condition. I trust him very much with the care of my beloved Fur-baby.

My puppy had a suspected grass seed in his ear. I called, and within an hour we had gone in, Dr Ken found it, taken it out under anaesthetic, and we were home. Could not recommend more, incredibly accomodating and great service.

Was a bit disappointed to be quoted $209 for a 20 kg dog to be put down. One phone call later another practitioner said they’d do it for $100. A great relief at what is a time of grief!!!!

Ken knows his stuff and is great at suggesting what tests are useful and what is superfluous, he will quote the cost before proceeding and he has treated our cats well and with dignity.

DR Ken looks after all of our pets and has for years seeing us through broken bones and when we lost one of our pets. He is an awesome vet and always wants what's best for your animal.

Expensive! I just wanted to put my elderly cat out of misery. But businesses have lost sight on helping during a difficult time and more about cashing in on the euthanasia process
