This metro downtown building is the worst. Unhelpful and lazy employees. They act rude when asked to do their job and the ghetto tones and diction they try and communicate with are horrendous. What’s the point of this place if you can’t get anyone to do their jobs. But if you wanna deal drugs go ahead do outside the metro ole Sheila got yo back.

Although the staff is friendly there are a lot of rude homeless people. Begging, trying to see something, or trying to get a female phone number. The building on the inside is clean and well kept with police officers on-site. The rest was clean which was nice but you have angry homeless people knocking on the door or yelling.

Rude customer service I’m calling corporate the bus lady was training someone and the bus was 20 min late which means I was late for work...... y’all need new energetic people she was yelling in my face talking bout this is not a load which I didn’t understand route #1581 November 18,2017. Person that said too many homeless people get a life since you said that you must have to much pride and you probably say on that any going to be me you never know ones story that is sitting next to you until you ask and say wow

You may have people begging for things but the transit center is not bad. Buses are usually on schedule and if you have any problems the Metro Building is there for any assistance.

This place is ridiculous I've asked 8 bus drivers to help me find my bus and nobody knows anything or they send me in the wrong direction

"Your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later" what a joke it's 1pm during the day and can't get ahold of anyone!

It is convenient, the metro train is right there so if you are in a hurry, sometimes the train is a better choice.

Homeless folks aside...this is a great spot...Metro needs to be 24hrs...but it won't happen
