I booked C garage parking for my 10-day trip beforehand. At the entrance gate, the bar code on the paper was not read by the reader. I took the ticket to enter the garage. On my way out after returning from the trip, I was not sure if the bar code reader would work, so, I drove to the "Need Help" booth. I explained what happened at entry and asked instruction if the bard code is not read by the reader again. Her demeanor was most terrible and very rude. She just took my parking ticket away and told me to go to the Reserve booth. I asked her again what if it does not work. She did not answer my question. Just repeat saying go to Reserve booth. I have never met such an unfriendly individual. There was zero respect to customers. Her professionalism was way below average. I pulled back my car and went to the Reserve booth. As I was afraid, the bar code reader failed to scan the bar code. Fortunately there was other person around, although she was also abrupt, she lifted the gate bar so that I was able to exit the garage. I don'w know if I will book parking for the next trip. My trip was wonderful with this bad ending.
Almost a 12 hour lay over and United didn't care and one workers answer was for me to pay for a bus ride and a movie to pass the time . all the other workers wanted me to receive a 200.00 voucher for and a refund for my trip after having a door shut on my arm and a lay over . I tried to change my flight there 30th because of Harvey and they said no the airport would be up and running by Sunday Sept third they didn't even offer me anything but to report report report I wasn't cared about all I heard was you should have been here when Harvey hit . I'm from tornado alley if I have 4 to 7 days notice to get out I would listen at least when your told a of tornadoes you get your cars covered make sure shelter is stocked and then the day of you the storms you stay close to a shelter if you can't stay home . and why are there no restaurants outside of security check points did the Bushes design that place you have to stay in the airport if your stuck there or outside unless you want a body search just do get something to eat
Man, I love how much airport's are changing to be healthier and more entertaining. Terminal C is basically where everything is. Starbucks, mexican and seafood restaurants, steak n shake, panda express, etc...multiple shops, kiosks where you can get medicine, pet supplies, baby needs, books, entertainment stuff, snacks. Terminal E isn't bad either. My pictures are from Terminal E. I visited the animal relief station where inside is a place for dogs to go to the bathroom and there is a sink for cleanup. Unfortunately, someone smoked like a whole cigar up in there somehow. I just used the bathroom to clean up and deal with my cats. Much easier with the counter there. I was hoping it had a door so I could shut it and get out my cat litter box for them to try to use. As we are on a 24 hour journey. I'll figure that part out somehow lol. I loved the live orchestra they had. I was hoping to go see them, but fortunately they played it over the speaker system. That was nice. Nice airport so far.
Horrible experience with Cheryl or Sheryl at United counter terminal C at 5pm on 08/06. Please remove her from face to face with customers. She is there to help people with their questions but she was very frantic and stressful to deal with. She walked up to everyone very aggressive. Wouldn't let anyone finish their sentences to explain their situation. This is the first person people talk to when they come into the airport and she makes everyone's travel start out stressful. She basically forced us to pay for luggage despite the fact that we had free luggage as we booked our flights using our Chase United Explorer card. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers is going to push me to fly with another airline.
I've traveled from this airport on numerous occasions throughout the years. United Airlines did a great job as well as the TSA. They've both come a long way with their operations. However, this airport is lacking when it comes to hospitality and culinary options. There's few national brands available and some other lack luster options.. It appears that this international airport is failing in those areas of service, which makes it hard for the modern traveler in the modern times of 2023. It's time to raise the standards and offer world class amenities to IAH airport guests.
Departures Terminal C building is lagging in the layout of the security checkpoints. Low ceilings make signage difficult, passenger flow becomes convoluted. The staff do a good job of herding confused passengers along the line, the effort is appreciated. Inside the security area, multiple food and shopping options. Food court seating area is relatively small. If your gate is in terminal E, allow time for the walk, it is a fair distance.
United Airlines @ terminal C passenger check-in level. United is the only airline to partner with Clorox 360 using electrostatic micro germicidal for customers and employees safety. Cleanest airport I've been in, and I fly daily. I feel very safe traveling with United. This is the calm before the storm. February 8th 8:00 p.m. . Ticketing agent was busy wiping away on kiosk machines.
What is up with no seating available at the gates? There is not enough seating for all passengers, no designated handicapped area, and too many of the available seats are high. There doesn’t seem to be any desire to accommodate older individuals. It seems like the main business in Terminal C is to provide food and drinks, not any convenience to flying customers.
I fly every week for work and have done so for nearly a decade. IAH terminal C is the single worst terminal to arrive at in the nation. Cars park and wait for travelers who have not arrived. I routinely wait for my ride for 20 minutes while they wait in the queue. This has never been an issue in Chicago or Atlanta. They focus on keeping a steady flow of traffic.
What an incredibly large airport. Yikes. It was quite a hike to get to the rental car shuttle bus, which is really poorly marked on the signs. Follow baggage claim signs. I literally couldn't find a TSA employee or other airport staff despite it being 0900 and thousands of future flyers zooming in every direction. Luckily I guessed the right direction.
I understand working TSA and having to repeat things over and over yet taking it over board and having a vicious attitude does not make the process run faster. Many of the TSA Agents need to understand that one bad day does not need to be taken out on customers. The airport is gorgeous though and you will find decent food.
Restaurants and bars don't talk to you everything is done through apps Absolutely helping to lead our civilization towards electronic relationships rather than personal. We wonder why people live on their phones but can't even have a conversation with a stranger.
Business Limo Houston appreciates IAH's positive aspects, but we can't overlook the construction inconvenience. Despite the ongoing challenges, IAH's services have been commendable, and we look forward to smoother operations once construction concludes.
The people are quite nice, but I did see an airport emoyee be quite rude to the person in the wheelchair. She literally demanded a tip before pushing the person to terminal A. It was a company called Unifi. They seem to be pretty horrible!
Everything's under construction, there are signs that disagree with each other on which direction to go right next to each other. Entire place is if fiasco and terminal c doesn't have any TSA PreCheck. Everybody at the TSA area was very
Security is slow and no where to sit and put shoes on without walking for in bare feet. A very long walk to gates past lots of stores and bars. Then when you get to the gate, there's hardly comfortable seating.
BEWARE! Because they use qr codes for ALL food and drink orders, if you land with a dead phone, YOU CAN NOT eat or drink. They will not take a manual order. It's nothing but an overpriced data mine.
這個位置是巴士站,就是開往市區的102路線停靠站,除102外還有其他幾條路線,主要不知為何點進來是寫c航站,希望大家不要跟我一樣出了航站之後找不到公車站牌。 Here is Bus stop but not a terminal C. If you want to go to Houston Downtown, you can ride 102 bus here.
Usen el subway si quieren cambiar de terminal, no tiene mucha variedad de alimentos dentro de la zona terminal, pero tiene lo necesario para ser un aeropuerto internacional.
Oh, the tale I have to share, of the George Bush Airport snare, A security line so long, it'll make you stop and stare. One star I must bestow, for the chaos here below,
Extremely dirty, food all over the floor, bottles, empty cups.. Bathroom had no soap, and some of the faucets didn't work. This place needs new management.
Expensive like all airports. The facility is clean and well taken care of. Plenty of restaurants along with gift and convenience stores.
Good, easy to navigate. Little strange that they have 4 restaurants in one cubby tho?!? Like any airport there was construction tho.
Always healthy busy and has very nice and excellent variety of food to choose from and has a mediation (prayer) room.
Accesible. Bus service to downtown Houston. New (at last!) covered waiting area. Wish buses had a space/luggage rack.
This has a designated ground shuttle drop off/pick up station for passengers to Houston and other nearby small towns.
One of the best airport experiences i ever had for a domestic flight. Quick security and lots of restaurant options.
Be prepared to quickly unload luggage as courtesy for others waiting in line including the police directing traffic.
Very crowded and busy airport..If you have connecting flights..make sure to have plenty of time..long queues there
Well maned with mobile cards and wheelchairs. Just in the door, we found a wheelchair with an attendant.
Worst experience. Took 2 hours to get through traffic for my ride to pick me up. No security anywhere!
It is under some construction and during the wait for The 102 Metro City bus there are a few delays .
Passenger pick up is well done even in the Christmas Holidays Stay on the outside lane if possible.
This is the airport project that will not end. Crazy how long it takes to get to the departures
Had no issues getting in to park to drop off someone at 11:00 in the morning on a Saturday.
Modern upgrade, new features for computer users. Tables, charges and internet services
Excellent transportation alternative. From downtown Houston to the airport just $1.25
Удобный аэропорт. Полно мест, где можно вкусно покушать в ожидании своего рейса. 5*
United hates have no seating area. Rest rooms are far part and reuies maintenence.
Lots of construction is going on and the signages are not enough and clear
I love IAH. people are friendly, easy to navigate and lots of flights.

Horrible. Construction is horrible!Traffic is dangerously horrible!
Insane here. No seating anywhere. Everyone in everyone else's way.
