Booked a Mercedes but when we showed up to collect our car, we were told there’s only Lynk & Co available which is not a bad model. We took it not knowing is a Chinese made car. I think is only right to at least inform prior to the day of car collection that the model is not available. Physical car was also quite a walk away from the office. The only saving grace was the staff who were both in office and car park … they were nice but let’s see if we are slapped with another additional charges since we just returned the car today.

Charged us for damages 5 days after the car was returned. The drop off location is a very different experience to the pickup - the staff at the drop off location (not located on Elisenstrabe btw...) are rude and unprofessional. Try and find a different location if you can
