I had a horrible experience trying to get a correct work release note. When I went in on the 1st of may with a 104 temperature I was treated very well. When I was released Dr Shannon said not to worry will get you feeling better soon and get you a note for work for 2-3 days of rest. After leaving and getting home I noticed they did not put a work release note. So I went back in on the 3rd after I was feeling a little better to go get the correct note. I got the release note and drove all the back to my house still a little sick only to realize that the nurse Kendra had put the wrong dates that I had been seen. She had put 5/3 and I was seen on 5/1. Also messed up the day to return to work she put 5/2??? How can I be seen on the 3rd and return on the 2nd of the same month makes no sense!!! When I brought it back I had changed the return part to the 3rd to reflect what she needed to fix. She then brought the note from the back office ,got all kinds of attitude and proceeded to tell me that altering documents is illegal and now I would not get a note since it had been altered. She did not let me get a word in so I could explain that I was not altering anything! If anything it was not a valid document due to her mistakes that she made! All she had to do was admit to her mistakes and I would have gone on my way! I never cursed said anything that was unprofessional my voice was raised but only cause she was talking above me. Did I mention how unprofessional to do this in front of customers! Yelling at me this is the solution bye! I guess that means to leave, I was so embarrassed!!!!!!! So I did not leave and I asked to talk with a manger Kendra said hes not here. As he walks around the corner to come see what's going on! I thought he was not here? I asked to talk to him(Jesus) in private we did and he apologized for the misunderstanding and corrected her mistakes getting me the correct notice. The two ladies working the front desk were amazing! They were very professional and one of the only reasons I will consider coming back to this hospital! Nurse Kendra needs to work on her professionalism especially when it actual costs an arm and leg just to be seen for 3 hours in the ER. The least she could have done was apologize for making me run around sick. Considering what I might be paying for this visit, not worth the time or the hassle! I am still sick with no solution!!! But be sure that I will get that ridiculous bill from the hospital in the mail. I am not sure the names of the 2 ladies working at reception that day but to those 2 ladies thank you for being professional and treating me nicely.
Ive been ill for the past 4-5days and last night I started feeling terrible...body aches...fever 103.5...sore throat. But I was on shift (I am an ER doc) and had to finish it despite being sick. I called DH Sahara campus on my drive home and was confronted by Clerk PEGGY whom I asked a simple question. I've asked same question many times and have in turn been asked the same as well. PROFESSIONAL courtesy should have prevailed but CLERK PEGGY chose instead the most sarcastic, unfriendly and ill willed was to answer back. This is DESPITE the fact that I had been an ER MD( for the past 25 years) on staff at this very facility when it opened a few years back. ONCE again, despite that I am a board certified ER MD in VEGAS ..a former LEVEL 2 TRAUMA ER associate medical direcore...with 40+ medical licenses ...PEGGY instead of being a good curteous employee who should be customer service ...she proceeded to educate me on "change of shifts"... Really PEGGY? I need education on how change of shifts work??? What PEGGY should focus on is her education how to be courteous, and kind to a sick human being who was in need of help . Is is an ABSOLUTELY shame...a travesty...a grave error in the part of DH that such an ill-willed employee with ZERO desire to help is the FIRST person that a patient..a client comes in contact with here. She should be re-trained, re-educated , re-profiled ...or RELEASED from her duties. If she treats a physician (one that was on staff here) with such a poor demeanor , such ill will and so disinterested to help...IMAGINE how she treats everyone else. PS everyone else (the RN and MD ) were super professional.
Total ripoff/Highway robbery Recently (7/29) my daughter required their services for a high fever (104) and cough. We would of preferred to go to her primary care doctor but it was Sunday and she was leaving for graduate studies at Purdue on Tuesday. We called this so called "neighborhood campus" and they said it was not out of the ordinary to visit this facility for this kind of issue. She saw a nurse and doctor for a total of about twenty minutes. They took blood pressure, weight, and a temperature. They also took a urine sample and I assume a chest x-ray.The diagnosis was a bronchial infection and the doctor wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. Staff were pleasant and caring. Then the bill. They charged $3,600 plus another $680 for the physician services. Patient liability was $588 for hospital and $680 for the physician. This seems insanely high for a visit of about 30 minutes. I consider this to be price gauging and taking advantage of patients in need. And in addition she broke out in a severe rash from the antibiotics but thats a story for another day. Be warned "VISIT AT RISK OF BEING TAKEN TO THE POOR HOUSE." I can't imagine if it was something more serious. What really tics me of is they claim to be a neighborhood campus/clinic. Do not fall for their propaganda. They are simply a big hospital corporation and a poster child for everything wrong with our current health care system. My recommendation --STAY AWAY.
I took my 7 yr old here for a high fever.I personally think that the staff is very rude. When i first entered the building the lady at the desk way far from friendly. Then we were called to the back were it got worst the black medical assistant was really rude. He did not Direct my son to scale nor to take his height just over here. He tried to just rip the blood pressure finger monitor off his finger not gently at all. The nurse came in an she was just as bad as the rest of the people maybe worst. She yelled while entering the room what is he here for.... I told her he had a fever she rolled her eyes and asked about his pass medical history rolling her eyes again. I told her that he had a high fever 104 the school told me. She said how long i stated two days they took his temp twice as if the first reading was wrong 103.6 ok. She then got the assistant rude still to check his breathing and then she did snapped something and left the room. We waited close to a hour for that after that display of disrespect and unprofessional display of behavior. We still haven't seen the doctor yet as I write this we still haven't been seen yet. Rudest people ive ever had the pleasure off meeting!! Be prepared to be treated with plain disrespect and nasty attitudes. Please don't get me started on the wait times. This place is a complete joke all together!!! I wish i could give this fools no stars.
I visited the ER on 02/24/23, with difficulty breathing and excruciating pain. The staff was amazing. Within two hours they have done CT scan, blood work, had the results and I was discharge within two hours. Dr. Patrick Flaherty is a great professional, I have given discharge instruction and complete explanation of my situation . Thank you very much to all hospital crew. P.S. I have seen a lot of negative reviews about the hospital , but for it was the best service. I am from CA and here L.A, even if you come to the emergency room without a hand , they will tell to wait from 4-6 hour on the uncomfortable chair , you can scream from pain none care. I had fractured wrist , they didn’t put a cast on it , just immobilized and send me home without instructions. My husband with the leg fracture waited for 6 hours in ER, finally taken to see a doctor , for 5 min telling him that you have fracture , telling to the staff to immobilize and send him home to make appointment with orthopedic doctor for a cast. That being said, after California experience this hospital was a haven. Take care and don’t get sick.
!!EXTREMELY OVERPRICED/Shady Billing!! Went in with severe hip pain. I was wondering why no one was in the waiting room. Got in rather fast as no one else was in there on a Friday morning. Doctor says I needed an x-ray but he was sure it was tendinitis. Got x-rays, and they confirmed nothing wrong with the bone. Doctor comes back in for about 3 minutes and says, "Its most likely tendinitis, take aspirin or non aspirin painkiller and well give you crutches." Here is the kicker. 1,000 dollar co-pay! Yes ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS! With insurance! They never presented us a full bill either. Just, "Your co-pay is 1,000 dollars will it be charge, cash, or check?". We expected maybe 200-400 at most. I call them to get a full print out of my full bill and I cant get a hold of anyone. Voice mail after voice mail. But literally 1 grand to pay for nothing more then an x-ray and crutches! So yes, its very nice and clean. But you will pay for every penny, every drop of sterilizer they use that day! Now i know why the place is always empty!
Worst hospital visit ever. I went to their office with sciatic nerve pain. Lower back pain and shooting pain down my left leg. I was stuck in bed for 2 days prior to visiting them and told them that. Today was the first day I was able to move enough to visit the hospital. I asked for a doctor's note to cover the prior two days I was stuck in bed, barely able to go to the bathroom, and they would not do it. Apparently they don't understand the severity of sciatic nerve pain. The whole staff is incompetent. They put some random date next week that makes no sense. No wonder why they have such a low review and barely anyone was in the hospital. I'll never go here again. No respect for patient's at all. I'm sure if somebody came in asking for opiates they would give them to them right away but they can't give a doctor's note to a patient who actually had sciatic nerve pain to such an extent that I was barely able to go to the bathroom.
I went in here for a psych evaluation. The experience was amazing from start to finish..from reception, all the way until I was transported away for treatment. I was going through a manic episode that week, and the evaluator that the insurance agency sends was trying to have me discharged without treatment. The guy was even lying saying that I would get a second eval (strange and unprofessional). Dignity Health had reason to go with his decision, but Dr. Robeiro understood my position and she championed for me. The nurse, Allen was an EXTREMELY down to earth guy, and one of the nicest healthcare workers I’ve ever met. Even the ladies that serve meals were super kind. I’ve been going through it for a while now, and I’ve never once experienced the type of care that I received at this hospital. Dignity Health is true to their name!! A rare breed of people working here. Thank you so much for helping me get back on track!! <3
I've been going there and also taking my kids there since they opened within the few recent years. Today we went there checked in with "Jason" at the repection/ checkin area where I did tell him upon arriving my son was having a hard time breathing. We waited for about 10 min before 2 other nurses looked out at him before I got up and asked what they were doing, my son is having a hard time breathing and basically you guys are just standing there looking at him through a glass window. The nurse finally comes out and says, "mam hes not turning blue I need you to calm down." As a mother who knows her son needs immediate treatment....that's why I took him to an ER, for them to say hes not turning blue I shouldn't worry about it is devastating to the fullest. I'll be reporting to higher up. Please dont take your children there. They dont care for them.
HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Peggy and Anita were working front reception when I called and Peggy did not help me at all but get transferred to another receptionist Anita and yelled at by her. When I asked to speak with a manager Anita said she was the manager.. I told her she wasn’t or else she wouldn’t be yelling at me like that. I then asked for her name since she was the manager and refused to give me her name. after calling back several times, I can hear them answering laughing and hanging up. I kept repeating myself, ”can I speak with a manager” after the 5th call I was finally put on hold, then I spoke with the manager. she told me the 2 ladies names that was in the front reception and who gave me the most attitude which was Anita. contacting patient relations about this. how do you work in this field and lack compassion? GET OUT OF THIS FIELD.
It was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. I had been in a car accident the day before. Neck, back, shoulder was extremely painful. I was at this place for 5 hours. I got what I could have gotten at home for pain. In all that time I got one useless pill, they don't have a MRI I was taken for X-rays.....plus a steroid shot.....I saw the Dr probably in that5 minutes the total of ten minutes. The people that work there were nice but incapable of delivering good medical care. The Dr came in and said you have arthritis in your shoulder. Big deal.... that doesn't come close to addressing the problems I was having, my pain was unbelievable...... I went to a hospital today had MRI, they found out what was causing the pain and addressed it with proper medication and treatment. Do not go there if you need help, it is simply not there.
I had a very good experience at this hospital ❤️ I went in for a threatened miscarriage and I was sobbing everywhere I would go. I filled out my paperwork and not long they got me into a room, gave me an iv and took out blood and the guy taking out my blood was so sweet he asked me why I was crying and I told him because I didn't want to lose my baby and he reassured me it was ok❤️ We had to wait for the sonogropher and it was not long at all she got me warm blankets and made me feel safe and told me my baby was ok it was just at the end the nurse who took my iv out took it out kinda rough and I wasn't sure if I could leave so I asked her and she said "um yeah." But I think it was because she was just having a bad day. But other than that everyone was super sweet on making sure my baby was okay when I was just a complete mess ❤️
My boyfriend's daughter was accused of lying, staff refuse to give info, they don't pass accurate notes to the next shift, they don't care and blow off reactions to medications that they're administering. When we request a transfer they said they can't transfer at night to umc said they would to it in the morning. Morning came and now they are refusing to transfer saying that they don't transfer on Sundays which was not said at all the night before. And the nurse told me that "what you want and what you need are two different things". When I told her that we can't trust this place because they have been nothing but deceptive since we got here she then said that I can't call her a liar because she's only met her 2 hours ago...well obviously I wasn't talking about you then! This place is absolute horrid run for the hills!
Was told I would be transferred to my regular hospital in AM. It is now 1330 and have not been transferred or seen s Dr. The Nurses have taken my medication list, and I have not received any of my medications in 24 hrs. I am diabetic, and have no thyroid, high no, and many other health issues that require my medications be given on time. I have asked to be discharged and will drive to my regular hospital, and they will not let me go. I am really concerned, and need to report this facility to someone. Staff is unprofessional, and lack normal medical education to operate as a hospital of any kind. Do not come to this facility. Nurse Jane very innappropriate, and abusive.... They refused to give me another nurse, was forced to leave the facility sick, and go to another hospital
Currently attending physical therapy sessions here and the staff is very accommodating and do their utmost best to ensure a good pain-free session! UPDATE: I am extremely pleased with the professionalism displayed by the staff. I had an A-Fib moment, and they were so very accommodating to ensure I was doing ok and got to the emergency room without further incident. This is the 1st time anyone ever got involved with my A-Fib attacks and I must say, I'm highly appreciative of the entire staff. The physical therapy was not discussed (except by me) and I was treated with respect and dignity by the physical therapy staff and the hospital staff, throughout. KUDOs to Dignity Health for going above and beyond. You'll always be in my thoughts!!!
I was not happy with the way they Attended us. The lady at these front desk was so rude. The baby had a high fever and they made us wait longer then others. Another man walked in and got attended slightly after 15 mins. The receptionist made my sister fill out all the papers before going in but gave others the option of being able to finish them inside after being attended. Our wait was more then 30 minutes. Then when we asked her how long was the wait she stated they were cleaning the rooms but the nurses kept coming to the front just chatting amongs each other. The lady in the front was rude and she appeared to be racist. Horrible way to treat their clients. Not happy at all! Dont recommend this place because of this receptionist.
Of I could give more I will! Woke up with painful chest, arms and neck couldn't even breathe, I was so scared and then I started panicked, imagine you live away from your family. I went there the guy at the front desk asked for my ID and a nurse came out asking me to follow him he started asking me how I feel he took my heart rate 3 others nurses came and then the doctor I was treated very well and they were so professional always make you feel comfortable and let you know that everything will be okay. The doctor is very friendly patient and nice he told me I was fine but It was just a acute cervical radiculopathy and he gave me a list of médecine I have to take. Thank you so much guys keep up the good work
Never received my state ID and medical card. Literally cleared out my back pack and car. As I gave it to one of the ladies upfront I sat down couple minutes later I got called up inside the room. went in the room they checked me everything. And before I left I clicked the button to exit out the doors and I got in my car I drove away and I just realized I never received my state ID and medical card I would like for those cameras to be checked. Complete bull I’m very upset. Doctor was very nice and sweet when I called to check, TWICE and said they don’t have it. Update: they found it and I appreciate the woman who took the time and found in. Much appreciated.
Thank you Dignity! My mother in law was very sketchy about the Dignity ER because of a very bad experience, but on the night of her visit she had nothing but good things to say about her doctor and her nurses!! We do have1 complaint about the lady who PULLED HER EKG cords right off her chest! That same lady worked the front window and never smiled, said hello, or even said thank you to any patient that came in that night. Dignity, if you are going to have employees representing your business then I strongly suggest you get employees who are customer service friendly and who care about the health of others. Other than that lady, we have no other complaints.
This is the second time I have been here and I figured the staff would be nicer to me. They didn't even check my breathing with a stethoscope when I came in complaining of chest pain and a cough...the first time they diagnosed me within 5 min...I'm pregnant and in pain and all they would tell me to do was breathe when I was breathing..I was also very sick with a fever and they did not even help hydrate me considering I'm throwing up and can't keep anything down...all the staff just did not care...the doctor didn't even come in and talk to me! Very unprofessional place of staff and lots of malpractice!
The worst urgent care we’ve ever been to. My husband went in because his tonsils were extremely swollen. End result was the dr barely looking at him & sending us home with some pills. Of course days later he wasn’t feeling any better because they didn’t do anything but give him some pills to take. We went to a real hospital and he was given a steroid shot , a pain shot & multiple take home medications. He actually feels better now. I’m sure we’ll be getting some high ridiculous bill soon. DO NOT GO HERE ! This establishment is basically there just to collect a check.
Literally the worst place you can go to. Save yourself the trip, time, and energy. This is the 4th time I’ve been here and each time I try giving them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve been waiting on an X-ray (that takes 20 min) for 1.5 hours and haven’t been checked on once. Every time I’m here, I have to leave my room to find them, usually doing nothing but sitting at the desk talking. Im patient until my time is played with. This was the last straw, I will never come back here. I’d rather suffer at home Instead if waiting here for essentially nothing.
I appreciate the ER staff so much. Bringing my daughter to the ER was by far the most scariest thing I've done in my life. I appreciate everything the staff did to ensure my daughter's safety, and we'll being. I'm forever grateful to the ladies and gentlemen at this facility. Stars and reviews can't amount to the gratitude theses ladies and gentelmen are owed. Not only was my daughter cared for, but the staff also ensure my wife and I were doing ok. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart.
Would give zero stars if I could went in to get seen about my tooth (radiating pain left ear left side of head and left side of face tender to the touch and throbbing pain in my mouth) literally was offered nothing for pain never once asked if I was comfortable pain level nothing the worst experience EVER yes I have insurance no medical history of drug use AT ALL Told the doctor who was seeing me that I had taken 12 Advil that day alone and he told me with a straight face that’s fine and walked out
Staff is nice !! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to my nurse Took an HR just to see the Dr. And all that time I only took a urine test After he finally came in he didn't look at my results and just said I'm going to do tests for blood and scan After that I was quickly taken to the back for cat scan and blood drawn and nurse was awesome brought me warm blankets and a pillow and dimmed my lights so thanks to the nurse from sw area he got you guys 5 Stars Was there for a total of 3 hrs and a half
The staff were nice the building was pretty much empty except staff. Everything was clean. My complain is that i felt like i needed to ask for things to be done. Normally when you go into a dr they weigh you, check your vitals, check your ears and listen to your lungs etc. I was weighed rather they asked what i weighed, i had to ask them to check my ears because they keep popping and i have small tubes and am prone to ear infections. Other than that everything was ok.
Took my partner in the ER. She has insurance and never had a lapse in coverage. A few months later, they insisted that she didn't have coverage and sent her the entire bill. I've worked in medical billing, and all this could have been cleared by a simple phone call, but it seems like no one can be arsed to do it. So, I can't decide if your medical billing team is either incompetent, racist, lazy, or all of the above? Can anyone help clarify that?
I came in today because I had a ingrown nail and muscle pain on my whole right side of my body… from the moment I walked it was welcoming, the staff is great there, Dr.Michael tang was amazing and caring, he listened and made recommendations, he did take care of my toe which was so painful but he made me feel comfortable as much as he could, I was there for maybe 2 hours, blood work, chest & toe x ray, thank you Dr tang and staff. Sincerely; Alba
I have been there 4 times with family and twice for myself and my experience was exceptional even though I left once in significant distress but understood they could do nothing being it was a quick care. I went back the next day and they transferred my care to UMC. Care was quick. All procedures and tests were explained in detail as was plan of care. Extra care was taken to make me most comfortable when there was little for them to do.
A year ago I would have given a 5 star review. My adult son was treated very well. He has full coverage insurance. I was in yesterday, brought back very quickly. I have full coverage but it changed on the first, do I had to pay cash. So I was not treated as well.Dr J. Kim was my Dr. He never felt my throat, he looked at my throat about 3 feet away. Looked at my ear, I was in and out with script in 30 minutes.
This is the 3rd time I bring my father to this place and every time we were very happy and pleased with the work and services the stuff here provided. Someone commented that some of the people who are working here spoke some broken English. SO WHAT? IF THEY DOING THERE JOB!? And specially you don't have to wait for hours to be seen by a doctor. Keep up the good work St. Rose Dignity health, we all need you!
I never ever forget this place how much nice and good service made my mom today 05-18/18 6pm betweenn 9 pm. Even the 1st impression the front desk lady service and smile work. After the fast and nice service for all the tech, NR, DR. Even the Dr explain to us everything the test results, diagnosis and what need to be do. This service never see in Vegas. Thank you all of you very good service.
Disrespectful staff who when a woman was pained in a wheelchair, couldn’t breathe, paperwork filled out and everything; still couldn’t get attended. Being so distraught, goes in search of a different emergency room, and receptionist wants to bash her saying, “it was only 6 minutes. That’s her problem” in regards to the woman not being able to wait any longer, due to the state she was in.
Went for a shoulder they gave me a referral to a hip and knee person I called for a new referral they said they don’t give referrals just “recommendations”this place is full of complete incompetence idk how you can be that bad it’s a shame, they couldn’t even give me a new “recommendation” so they literally got me waiting in pain with no resolve or me even knowing what’s wrong with me
The lady in the front desk very rude she made us feel like she was raises she rolled her eyes Everytime at us every time she saw us and was not very pleasant but the rest of the staff was amazing that's way you got 4 stars she took one today it 8/6/18 the time is 11 pm so you can't know who she was work at the front desk hahahahahah thank you to the rest of the staff
cleanliness is great. Check in was fast. Very nice staff. But Dr. Resnick totally ruined my experience. I told him about my symptoms and what I was diagnosed with. & he kept asking me, “ what do you want me to do for you.” Like seriously? You are the doctor. You are soppose to know. Acted very unprofessional with me. I probably won’t be returning to this hospital.
Went here on 09/26/21 after waiting 2 hours for my stepdad to be seen at CareNow just to find out CareNow doesn’t deal with any type of laceration closure. This place was clean, professional, friendly, and we were seen before I could finish filling out the initial paperwork. The physician and staff did a phenomenal job! Thank you so much, keep up the great work.
Best emergency care I have ever been to. I was treated right away for very strong sharp lower back and left leg pain. I was embarrassed to go to ER before because they look at you like you are either lying or exaggerating like you are in the wrong place. All staff here was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was discharged in less than one hour.
This is the best place...everyone so so great...Eric was great..I'm sorry I didn't get everyone's name but it was Tuesday 6-5-18 at 11 am...the Dr. Was wonderful..very kind ,took his time explaining and answering my questions...everyone was the best...I want to get sick so I can go back hahaha..thank you all for taking such care of me.
This is the worst company, I should stay on the phone for hours because they didn’t send me a statement, and when they called their agent didn’t do whatever she said now I have to spend another 2 hours for them to someone a. Even the call-back request is not working. I never go to this hospital, they have poor service and awful phone service.
Update: he WAS having a heart attack. In fact, he had three. No thanks to them. *** Thought my husband was having a heart attack (he wasn't) and they were extremely thorough, professional, and caring. We did not have to wait--he was taken back immediately --and was treated with care and consideration. Very positive experience.
The Hispanic lady at the front desk that works evening/night needs to be dismissed from her job. She’s incompetent with customer service needs and seems irritable with her own personal problems and seems to rub off her frustration towards patients and family members.... she’s absolutely appalling, Awful!!!!! Terrible service
My husband went in for dizziness and nausea and stomach pain they did all kinds of stuff and to be discharged without knowing what was the cause was charged $500 when insurance had a $50 copay not only that they assume because he is Hispanic that he consume alcohol when this man don’t smoke or drink like really
Never again. Went to see if my son broke his ankle x-rays said no. He recieved an IV not needed. Given a lasex pill not needed. 4 and a half hour 2 laying in wait. Worst service ever. We have great faith in Dignity not this one. I son agrees he never wanted to go to University but said he'd take that over this.
FRAUD BEWARE Came here because after a fever my knee stopped working after a severe fever caused by influenza. Gave me no attention and said to me I don’t know what you have, didn’t even check me.left after 5 min then tried to get me sign paperwork.I refused and left. Absolute nightmare. SCAM PLACE for sure
Such a waste of time!!!! No wait at all!!! Was literally in there for 10 minutes to be sent away with some pills!!! The doctor nor nurse didnt care for the fact that I told them I already went through this before and it didnt work I was just sent away...i will be making a formal complaint Monday morning.
By far the worst health care facility I've ever been examined at . No care for patients health or concerns . The most rude nurses and useless doctors. No one in the ER but they're still taking 2+ hours . Left early because I essentially was not given any medical advice but to seek more medical advice .
I think I broke my finger! I arrived at 145pm, I got an x-ray and I am sitting lobby waiting to be seen 3 hours. I am looking n pain. This is crazy. I am the only person waiting in the last baby people have come in after me are being seen in the back I am very very unhappy with this hospital.
I wanted to write a review and say how thankful we are to have you guys so close to us! This hospital is fairly new we had to take a trip there recently for my father! They were extremely helpful! The nurses are nice and kind! The rooms were nice and the wait time was very short!
I've had very positive experiences here. Dr Resnick, Nurse Ivy are amazing and caring! Front desk staff are efficient and most times your wait is short. Trust me, if you experience a long wait, it's because Dr Resnick gives very personalized attention & dictation per visit.
This place is a complete joke. Save your money and time because even if you have insurance they charge $4,000 minimum for each visit. Worst service and all doctors are out of network. So expect to pay more! I will never go here and recommend everyone to save a headache.
We have been here for over 5 hours. For no reason told my husband to stay home; waste of time and money. It seems like everyone is just learning how to work in a hospital. Follow up with your PCP. ERs are a joke. GO ELSEWHERE! OR prepare to be there ALL day.
I enjoyed the services by my nurse Annie in the ICU on October 5,2023' great nurse. Food for breakfast was terrible. I need a copy of medical records mailed to me asap....thx And pls mail me an itemized copy of my bill this week....thx u
Says they do covid testing but don't, came in really sick and wouldn't even been seen, used to love this place but they're trash now, turning away a patient that's as sick as I am, this is inhumane but doesn't surprise me here in america
This used to be my go-to place for urgent care for myself and my children. My last visit was very disappointing. Check in is fast, but unfortunately so is the visit. I had a concern of swelling in my leg, which was clearly visible. The
The doctor was extremely rude didn't even hardly exam me before ended up offended me saying that I had an STD turned out that I something else that wasn't that serious I will not be back here the nurses were nicer then the doctor.
Horrible hospital and could the worst. They don't care about patients. The doctor seemed to wish for my dad to die already. Very soulless and shouldn't be in business. When you don't care to help people then why have a hospital
Called to ask a simple question, and “Anita” answered with a horrible attitude, and very impatient. If you are reckless with your customer service through the phone, what is expected once you’re in the actual facility.
Dr watched a YouTube video on what I needed & then charged $4,000+. Wasn’t given discharge instructions & he didn’t even do it correctly. Dangerous that the people here speak broken English as well
Shady billing, they must be desperate!! 11 grand for an MRI!! My mom is pissed. DONT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL. They will stick you with an overpriced hungry bill. If I could do zero stars I would.
Worst hospital, should be shut down. Staff has an attitudes. I went there cause it was the closest to me. Next time I've rather risk my life going somewhere else. Place shouldn't even be open.
Thanks to all the staff! Came to the ER while on vacation. I was seen immediately and was out the door with my prescription in-hand within 1 hour. Much appreciated! Stay healthy, friends!
The nurses and doctors are very unprofessional to patients. They don't have doctors at this hospital it's not clean. They took out iv and it was leaking everywhere and nurse just left it
The BEST place in town for medical help. Kind clean. Professional I wish it was a candy store so I can go back I'm afraid of Drs. But they helped. Me. Thank you all. Very. Much . Joycee
Worst hospital ever. Don’t not recommend coming here if you have a emergency. Or even sick. Staff are lazy and don’t even bother checking on you. Basically neglect there patients.
This place is my number 1 place to come for an emergency, their so clean, professional and timely and I just can't say enough how comfortable and safe I feel when I've been here.
Thank you all for the immediate help in the emergency room the nurse the receptionist the doctor and the lady who gave the shot excellent God is good this hospital is amazing
Very beautiful hospital, staff on their job, very caring attitude, very sensitive to my issues, gave me the most upward respect?i was so upset even the Doctor is Great !
10 minutes wait in the waiting room. 30 or 45 minutes wait in the exam room. Everybody was very nice and professional. Best emergency room experience I've ever had.
Great staff dr Patrick flairty was amazing def went above and so did all the other staff I was in contact with, went above and beyond they made sure I was good
GREAT PLACE went in for an ultrasound and came back out with a recommendation for an ultrasound. Fantastic work guys waited 3hrs for nothing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Lady working the front desk was rude and unprofessional. From the reviews this is typical of this center. Train your administration in customer service!
They handled me with care didnt push anything on me made me feel at home and was very understanding didn’t judge me about choices I went with
waited 2 hours while watching people come in after me and get seen before me. if you enjoy waiting hours for no reason this is the spot
worst hospital ever. they take 3/4 hours on average to even look at you and they make so many mistakes. not helpful nor productive.
A lot of rude people at this location, even the manager I spoke to was the rudest of them all, she had the nerves to hung up on me
The service is very bad, I did not find the medical care I was expecting after the operation I will never go backs there again .
Thank you to the whole staff & Dr. Gandy, for taking care of my needs, very professional..Lots of compassion, felt like family!
Very good hospital staff was very professional I was seen very quick and they where very thorough would recommend to anyone
It's the absolute worst place 30 minute to get in a emergency room. Edit 10 minutes later and still no room for foot pain.
Awful was attacked by a nurse while in ER! Male nurse I had to contact metro police as well while being seen
Stay away. Charged copays multiple times & they try to get more money out of you through billing “mistakes”.
When I take my kids they are very professional and treat us right very nice and kind …
Entry was well managed and less then 5 minutes wait staff and Doctor friendly and upbeat
Worst place ever waited for 3 hours and no one help out my daughter I had to walk out
Just amazing . Quick service, kind, understanding. Front desk Anita was awesome.
What insurance do they take do they take blue cross blue shield the mediciad one
More than one occasion doctor doesn't listen which could be life-threatening
absolutely the worst hospital I’ve ever been too . Do not go there
The staff are horrendous!!! Id rather stay sick!
