Deya Wash in Putney , and I must say, I was extremely impressed with their excellent service and the quality of their work. Deya Wash and friendly person Serbas had being washing my clothes fresh, clean, and perfectly laundered. From the moment I dropped off my laundry until the moment I picked it up, the Serbas is friendly and professional. The quality of the wash was outstanding. Deya Wash used top-of-the-line equipment and detergents, resulting in clothes that looked and smelled fantastic. I was particularly pleased with how well they handled delicate fabrics, as I had a few items that required extra care. Everything came out spotless and wrinkle-free, making me confident that my clothes were in capable hands. Another aspect that impressed me was their prompt turnaround time. Deya Wash provided a quick service without compromising on the quality of their work. I dropped off my laundry in the morning and received a notification that it was ready for pick-up later the same day. Rip off and u trustworthy!! It is unfortunate that in this day and age you cannot trust a business to keep to the word. Not only did they misquote me for a job, they then tried to gaslight me and deny doing so. Not only do they quote you the wrong price, you think you can trust them to keep to their word, only after they take your clothes and complete repairs do they send you to another shop where they use the same tailor but quite different prices, confusing the customer more, they then charge you addition to what was agreed and then deny doing so. A word of advice always ask for a written quote because you can’t trust these cowboys?!

I used to bring my dry cleaning to Deya Wash but I won’t be after today. I went to pick up a dress that was dry cleaned. I was asked if I had cash, which I didn’t. I asked if there was a discount for cash and was met with a puzzled face in response. I also had an unpleasant exchange over the cost of dry cleaning the dress - I was being charged one price when the listed price was another. The man who was working agreed to the list price when I pointed out the discrepancy. I’ve lost trust in this place and that’s a shame. They need to exercise better business practices with customers.

I have been visiting Deya Wash for a few years now and I would highly recommend it. I regularly bring sheets and towels for a service wash and the service is super-fast and the sheets are always returned wonderfully clean and pressed and well-presented. The same excellent service is provided when I need shirts washed and pressed. It is always a pleasure to deal with Sarbaz, and his professionalism and warm smile is always guaranteed, he is ready to assist with any query I might have and makes every visit so easy. I use this joint in the winter months to dry my clothes. It costs only £1 for a 9 minute ride in the swirling hot Saharan mistral. A wonderful alternative to the tedium of stringing your farrago of socks up inside, only to revoke them a week later, wetter than they started, and having imbued your living room with a peculiar musty smell, as well as burgeoning patches of damp.

Equipments not so new that don’t clean at best, despite it’s not economic. Tumble dryer 1£ for 8 minutes (was 9 minutes before...) and you need at least 3-4 cycles to had a proper result. Adding to this, the owner charge 0.50 or 1.00 or whatever comes to mind to use a bit of his washing liquids/powder.

Picked up and returned my double duvet as I couldn’t get there, also returned it earlier than quoted which was a bonus. Good communication. Only slight downside was that it was quite expensive but I’m guessing that was the cost of pick up/drop off and I’d rather pay that than struggle. Would use again.

Polite and courteous. Left a service wash with them after my washing machine finally kicked the bucket. Handled well and wrapped up all nice and pretty for when I picked it up the next day. At £15 a pop it's a bit pricey but it's been years since I did one so maybe that's the going rate these days...

Dirty washing machines and dryers, quite a smelly place. Looks and smells like a place for homeless.... the bald guy who runs the place is rude and impolite, always in a rush to close the shop and go on lunch and coffee breaks. Good luck to this business which does not believe in customer service.

Negligent, hypocritical staff who do not wash clothes properly. Clothes come in without stains, and come back with stains. They later claim the it is not their responsibility if clothes are stained under their watch. DO NOT GO THERE. Plenty of other laundry places in the area.

Total lifesaver! My washing machine was out of action for weeks. I often needed linens washed urgently and the store person would always have them washed and ready for me. Laundry always washed and smelled great! Highly recommend this place over the online laundry services.

Do not come here. Management do no take responsibility for stains or broken clothes (they ripped one of my shirts and had the guts to say it wasn't them). I have had at least 4 of my nice shirts stained and they were appallingly unhelpful. Do not go here. Thy are bad news.

My first time at this launderette, Anna could not have been more helpful, she gave me guidance on cleaning and drying my duvet, and was able to change my notes for coins. Will definitely be using this establishment again. 5 Star service from a 5 star lady. Thank you Anna

I’ve moved to putney over a year ago and while there are several dry cleaners in the area within walking distance this is the most friendly and proffesional. Good prices and consistent service. Open all days of the week and they’ll take care of you. Recommend

My experience was good, nothing to complain about the service. I paid £5 for small wash 8 £. for large wash I just thought it was expensive to dry...he charged me 10£ So I just did the simple wash, I chose to let it dry here at home.

Friendly, courteous service from this laundrette. Owner always goes the extra mile and is keen to help. To help me out last night he sorted my washing out last minute, washed and dried within the hour.
