I had the misfortune of breaking a front tooth while enroute to Montreal for a business trip. After arriving at the hotel, the concierge without hesitation recommended Dentistes Sur Drummond, which he advised were his personal dentists. I could not have been treated better and with more kindness by everyone at this clinic. Dr. Doucet and her cheerful and competent staff opened up approximately 4-5 hours of her busy schedule for me to ensure I was presentable for my meeting the next day. She even stayed after-hours on a Friday to finish the procedure. I was treated like a friend, instead of a patient. When I remarked I hadn't yet eaten lunch that day Dr. Doucet herself told me I needed to eat, excused herself and brought me something she'd prepared to get me through to supper. In the end I received a root canal, post and new crown to replace my missing front tooth. This procedure, which would normally have taken over a week with my own dentist, was completed by Dr. Doucet in less than one day. The crown was a perfect match. After returning home my dentist's office examined my x-rays and remarked on the quality of the work performed. This clinic and especially Dr. Doucet are outstanding ambassadors for your great city. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and this clinic to anyone. Thank you again for an exceptional experience, Dr. Sarah. Dr. Elias Malouf and his team have been treating my family for over 5 years for regular check-ups and dental treatments. I recently saw Dr. Malouf who I can describe as a welcoming professional - one who is knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions related to a crown replacement. His hygienist and assistant also made me feel very comfortable and were very attentive to to all of the problems associated with prevention and tooth repair. Mon conjoint et moi sommes tous les deux des patients du docteur Malouf depuis environ 20 ans. Nous l’apprécions énormément. Il est très professionnel, calme, patient et à l’écoute. J’ai habituellement vraiment peur des piqûres alors il prend toujours le temps de me parler et de mettre un produit pour me geler avant de me piquer. Et lorsqu’il fait la piqûre, il y va avec une très petite dose au début ce qui fait que l’endroit est complètement anesthésié lorsque vient le temps de faire la vraie piqûre. C’est le docteur Malouf qui a fait que je n’ai vraiment plus peur des piqûres chez le dentiste. La réceptionniste est très gentille et professionnelle et Maria qui est notre nouvelle hygiéniste dentaire est aussi super attentionnée, drôle et très attachante. Mon conjoint et moi recommandons très fortement la clinique dentaire du Dr Malouf.

J'ai une très grande crainte des dentistes en raison d'une expérience antérieure quand j'étais jeune et suite au départ à la retraite de mon dentiste, j'ai passé beaucoup de temps à chercher un nouveau dentiste avant de choisir Dr Malouf et son équipe. L'hygiéniste dentaire est vraiment super et m'a tout de suite mise à l'aise lors de mon examen. The best dental care I have ever experienced! I am always very anxious at the dentist, and I was terrified when I had to do the root canal for my infected tooth, but Dr. Sara Doucet did a great job of making me feel comfortable and anxiety free! She was gentle, knowledgeable, and very informative. She explained all the treatments and made sure the entire procedure was painless. She also made the crown shade look identical to my other teeth, which is really thoughtful. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My family and I have been supported by Dr. Elias for over 18 years. He is extremely professional, flexible and genuine in his service offering. Most importantly he is incredibly talented. We have setup a great routine to help support the health of our teeth and his staff has proven to be incredibly talented in executing all services from routine checkup to cleaning, as well as complex dental services. Amazing staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, has a nice aesthetic that makes it enjoyable to be there. They use state of the art diagnostic technology to monitor your teeth. I never feel like I am being pressured to get a procedure (like a filling) unless I absolutely need to have it done. Dr. Malouf is fast at performing fillings, they never hurt. Quick and painless. This is coming from someone who really used to hate/fear the dentist.

I went in today for my first visit and consultation - The whole process is easy and comfortable and the staff and dentist were very nice and informative. As well they take thorough Covid-precautions with temperature testing, screening, and disinfecting and the clinic feels very clean and safe! It was great to be able to have a normal dentist visit as I’ve been putting it off due to Covid. I will definitely be returning

Franchement ils méritent les 5 étoiles et même plus si cela était possible. Le personnel est au petit soin et vraiment à l'écoute. Ils prennent le temps de tout expliquer et font des pauses lorsqu'ils voient que cela nous fait un peu mal pour reprendre plus doucement. Les conseils sont bienveillants et pas dans le jugement je vous conseil d'y aller si à l'accoutumé vous êtes faché avec les dentistes.
