I only started coming here recently due to my old dentist retiring and the clinic becoming a bit of a production line franchise. I came to Dental Flossophy because of the reviews I read and I can't recommend the service and care more highly. I unfortunately had some issues over Christmas / New Year and John went out of his way to ensure I was looked after - checking in on me, dropping a script off for me and going above and beyond in his own time. And Jenny is also absolutely lovely too! If you're seeking a dentist who truly cares, this is your place.

Absolutely fantastic surgery, has a great vibe about it. Incredible staff that go above and beyond. Today I had my wisdom tooth pulled out that I have been putting off for a long time, so there wasn't much left! John had it out in no time at all. No Pain. Took the time to listen to my needs and always made sure I was ok. Good for a chat and a laugh too! If you haven't booked in yet, then what are you waiting for!!??!! 10/5 from me!

Had a great experience at Dental Flossophy. Esther is very friendly and professional. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides an excellent service. She was really gentle on my teeth and it felt great. Reception staff were amazing too, they made me feel very welcomed when I came. Highly recommended, will definitely come back again!!

Over 8 years ago, I moved from a dentist o near Salisbury on the railway line that loved showing off his holidays overseas and billled like a large law firm. I was then told by a friend of Dr John. Stay away from this place. What a rip off. Friendly staff. I went for a regular cleaning and check. Surprised when I was told that I needed a crown for $2.5k without having pain. The called me several time offering payment plans. I spoke with other doctors but none of them agree with the crown.

John and his team at Dental Flossophy are fantastic. My kids and I recently moved to Dental Flossophy and each one of us is really happy with the experience. Friendly atmosphere, gentle professional treatment and John takes the time to explain things really well. Highly recommended.
