Its not only a holy place of prayer, but also a dazzling symbol of architectural beauty and a prove of artcraft of Noorun Nabi Chowdhury and Jahangir Shah Chowdhury. Who beautified the mosque with their acute virtue. It is also one of the great works done at the era of reknown Asad Ali Chowdhury.

The mosque is located in the near house of Anowar hossain chowdhury. He was chairman of the Union Council for 20 consecutive years.Many of his contributions to the establishment of this mosque. May allah bless him jannah for his good deeds.

It is a traditional mosque of many of us.It's a wonderful place. Many of my childhood memories are involved here.
