When dealing with an online furniture company, youll understandably have reservations about placing an order for items that you haven't seen in person. And even though the prices are ULTRA competitive, let's face it, they are by no means cheap. Tom understood this and stayed in communication with me whenever I had a question or concern either via text or email. He updated me on new inventory with pictures and links. Answered follow up questions quickly. He even worked with me on delivery as I had issues reserving the freight elevator in my building. The delivery guys were professional, careful, and courteous. They assembled the pieces and discarded the trash. The furniture itself is amazing quality. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the DFW area strongly consider DFO as an option for furnishing your home. You will be glad you did.

Shopping for a new mattress is a difficult thing to navigate during a pandemic, but reaching out to Tom at Dallas Furniture Online made this the easiest furniture purchase ever. As soon as we spoke and I let him know what I wanted, he had an appointment scheduled for us in 5 minutes to "test drive" mattresses in a safe/sterile environment as well as some suggestions on "best bang for your buck" value. Ended up finding a mattress that I never wanted to get off of...so Tom had it delivered within a few hours and for a lower price than I could find anywhere online. Amazing customer service, smooth and pleasant transaction from beginning to end. Highly recommend, will be outfitting all future furniture from Tom and the great people with DFO!

Dallas Furniture Online is a great furniture store! Tom and his team have been so helpful and professional. They delivered and set my bedroom furniture up and came the next day to take a part of it back when I realized there was something wrong with it. Tom gave updates and answered my one million questions. Thanks for such great service...especially during these crazy corona times! Please consider buying your furniture here....I would recommend them over any of the big furniture stores (especially considering I've been waiting on a couch for over a month now from one of the big chain stores)

We just got our furniture today from Dallas Furniture Online and we love it! Both Tom and the delivery guys were very polite and helpful, from start to finish. We didn't realize we picked only delivery and not the option for delivery and set up and Tom included that for us free! I am so grateful because it would have took us years to put everything together. Delivery guys were so courteous and respectful. Quick delivery and GREAT customer service all around! So glad I came across this place and will use them for all my future furniture needs!

Tom was AMAZING to work with. We did find here quality furniture at a great price (if you have seen something you like at a major retailer, chances are you will find it here too, could be at a better price as well!). Tom and Dallas Furniture Online make furniture buying very easy. The website is really easy to use. Tom personally contacts you regarding delivery and even worked with me to find good substitutes for pieces I ordered that were unavailable due to COVID. Pieces that were available were delivered in 2 days. Even more awesome is that Marcos helped assemble everything, which I have never heard of a furniture store doing without charging extra. I cannot recommend Dallas Furniture Online enough for your furniture needs.
