Very helpful, especially for a novice indian cook like me. Even printed out an easy recipe and helped me shop for the ingredients I'm unfamiliar with. Plus they ordered in a mexican ingredient I couldn't find anywhere. That's the kind of service you don't get at woolies.

Phoned up to request a redelivery of a parcel as this is some kind of holding shop for Fastway Couriers. The guy is very typically Indian, asked him to check if a parcel was there, he lied to me saying he was busy. I physically went there

I have been here twice & the customer service has been quite reasonable. You need to know what you want as they are not that good at helping you choose if you're not sure but I have been given friendly, efficient service on both occasions.

This place is expensive. Went to buy 10kg brown rice one week ago which cost me 21.99 dollars. Thought it’s price might have increased. But realised they actually put 4 dollars extra while it is available for 17.99dollars in other shops.

I like the variety packed in shelves as opposed mainstream Coles and Woolworths. They do specialise in other culinary products that makes shopping there so interesting.

this spice shop is now under new management. old management was not bad either but new one is good too. you can find almost everything there. one stop shop for spices.

Majority is Indian and Fijian foods, missing a lot of traditional Sri Lankan herbs and spices. Also, it's spelled "Sri Lanka" not "Shrilanka" lmao.
