This salon is a minute from my house so quite handy except for the fact that I have called on several occasions asking for a waxing appointment only to be given an excuse. Thought maybe I just had bad timing. Today I tried again and the girl on the phone asked me to wait. I heard her tell another girl there was a waxing customer on the phone. The other girl says she can't be bothered turning on the machine so to lie to me and say the room is booked. When I was lied to I told the girl I had heard her conversation and she giggled and said "oh sorry about that" if you don't want to do waxing then don't advertise it. It's that simple. So unprofessional to lie and then laugh about doing so. Will never bother again.

I have been attending here for 2 years now. I am very happy with the style cuts I get here. When I’m ready to colour my roots again I realise the cut is still holding beautifully, i.e. the cut is so good after 2-3 months, I don’t want a recut. I even give them artistic freedom in what cut they give. No need to look elsewhere, I’m so happy here!

Went here for the first time last week, left completely happy with my hair which is very unusual for me. The ladies were kind, professional and obviously had a wealth of experience as they knew the best way to cut my hair to ensure it continued to look good once I left the salon.

Horrible experience! Asked for my hair to be stripped back to my natural colour with some blond highlights, first they made it green then decided to do it a fake red colour cost me $240 and it all washed out within a week and damaged my hair!

Always such friendly staff. My hair was ruined by another hair dressers and the cuttin it loose girls have been working hard to bring it back to life. Highly recommend …
