Go to the store on black friday find a cooker and I washer/dryer we liked. Went to buy the items. Were told the cooker was out of stock and would be available on the following Wednesday. So suggested I would buy the washer/dryer then and there. But were told , if i waited till the following Wednesday and bought both items together would get a £60 discount.( £60 dis count with 2 items equal over £500) Anyway went back on the Wednesday all excited . Anyway seen then manager who greeted us , told him the items we seen the previous friday . Low and behold the price had gone up £150 !!! But we said we were told to come back today and get our £60 discount on the 2 items we had chosen at the price we seen originally The manager seemed to find it funny and smirked at us and said 'price change all the time , that was black friday ' He seemed to find it amusing!! Didn't care in the slightest, we were on a budget and that we wanted the washer/dryer then and there the previous friday but were told about the £60 discount if we waited and bought the items together. Anyway fealt humiliated, and we walked out. I'm putting this review on just to show how currys in cheetham hill customer care is disgusting and how little they value potential customers It's just a job to these guys and obviously they dont care if they sell or not , we are all just another number on the spread sheet. I was truly disgusted with the manager there.

If it was possible 0 stars that what they deserve!! So rude , I did purchase a laptop and Microsoft package when I paid, the lady said hi you need to sign something for Microsoft which she didn’t explain before making the payment , on the paper that she gave me to sign it mentions that I authorise curry pc to charge my card yearly with 59.99£ for Microsoft, I said no sorry I’m not signing the documents, she went and came back with a male he said you have to sign it!! I said no sorry!! I don’t want an automatic renewal!! It’s my right!! I’m paying for the year of use that set!! He said rudely how you will do those are the rules things did change raising his voice like if was he’s dad company!! Anyway decided to not take anything,no laptop no Microsoft packages!! And asked for refund!! He was so rune on throwing me the receipt on the counter and saying when walking away you will get your refund in 3 to 5 days!! No maneers no respect no customer service, I was a loyal customer to Curry pc but I will never come back to the one in Manchester ford ,avoid it they are all time talking to each other in foreign language and no respect or care when you try to make a choice and purchase The name of the one that attended me was Soumaya jeet and the rude one you can’t read his badge.

We were in currys this evening and we were waiting to return/exchange our item There was a customer ahead of us and was having a tough time with the staff member doing the returns and exchange The customer was foreign and seemed like he wanted to exchange an item in store. The staff member that was dealing with returns was extremely rude and condescending to the customer, talking down to him and raising his voice. At a certain point he was trying to get the customer to recite the exchange policy word for word, as it was sign posted next to him And would not let up, until the customer repeated it The staff member was parading around the shop as well, raising his voice and making a scene. To the point the entire shop and other staff members looked concerned. Eventually we were served and the staff member did honor our return, but was still awkward, offhanded and sarcastic. According to our receipt the Staff member was called 13 Giles Staff members should not be talking to customers like that at all, if this is the best you can offer, your store will close, because no one wants to deal with that

This venue is like a Bazaar. Went to buy a Mac book pro and while I was looking for some help I noticed everyone having a casual chat and not paying attention to the customer. I finally approached a guy and asked him if he could help me and he replied that he wasn't from the sales team. I then asked him if he could please go and "fetch" someone that could help me and he replied to me that I was rude using that word as it's used for dogs. I told him that this wasn't the case and the Cambridge dictionary would disagree with him but he went on all the same giving me an example: what do you say to the dog when you throw the ball? Fetch, I reply. But then I added, go, get it, bring it. You get the jist, right? I still apologised to him as I didn't want any argument, especially if people don't have sound reasons for arguments it's always better to avoid one. He then shout his colleague name to come and help me at which point everyone around us turned to see why was someone shouting. Who's the rude now, Ah? This shop branch seriously need customer service training.

I bought 1 month ago an Hp printer with 9month free ink. When asked from Currys. I explained that I need a code to get this 9month free ink service. I told them Hp already reverted me to speak to Curry’s. There manager told me we cannot help you we only sell Hp product. I explained many times that Hp already told me that Curry’s will help you. However they refuse to help and walked away even I was one of the very few customer in the shop. I am extremely disappointed and shocked with staff behaviour where they decide to act based on there own personal choice rather look up to the corporate responsibility and in the interest of the company. Though I found in some other Curry’s shop much better experience. I could have the same deal from Argos but give preference to Curry’s for its big name. However, staff behaviour matters a lot. DO NOT recommend to buy from this particular store. Even though I had full insurance where they say whatever happens. This Curry’s shop staff simply violated there own policy.

Went to buy a laptop and nobody is paying attention to the customers, the staff having casual talk to each other while I was looking for someone to help me out with the laptop I wanted, they are liars because after I paid for my laptop and for the Microsoft and antivirus to be done in store they told me it will be done the next morning 100% and they did it after 2 days, went back numerous times to see if its ready for collection and they kept saying come after 1 hour, come after 2 hours. Anyway I was ready to ask for a refund just because the staff taking the piss as when I went the next morning like they said, my laptop was still in the box not even opened it. While they were doing nothing, jokes and laugh around. Finally went to pick up the laptop and nobody pay attention to me as they were doing their usual things, chatting to each other, the staff at currys PC world cheetham hill its useless, they need to change staff there as its not good for the company. Won't shop there again.

Worse retailer ever!!!! Sales personnel had no time for me, I have therefore decided not to spend some £2000 worth of purchase at this branch on Cheetham Hill Manchester and went somewhere else. I didn’t want to order the goods on Curry’s website because I wanted more information on the products as they are quite expensive and hoping the sales people would be able to help me. What I was greeted with, not only impatient attitude, no help whatsoever as this sales guy not only not listening, he kept asking me to find the products I like first and look them up in the website! Why would I need to ask him if I could find the answers!? Rude! No customer service whatsoever! I will not recommend anyone who want a little bit of help with product knowledge, to go to this store. Because I’m convinced that these sales people here don’t know anything! I won’t be surprised if this Curry’s sales drop especially during the pandemic, horrible customer service is one of the reasons!

  • piotr misiaszek

I just received a damaged oven. I paid £45 for delivery and waited 3 days to receive it. After spending 2 hours on Curry's chat, I was instructed to go to the store or contact them via email or phone. However, there is no store email or phone number available for assistance. I went to the store and spent 30 minutes there until 7 pm, where I was informed that a Curry's staff member would call customer service in 5 minutes. However, 30 minutes later, he informed me that they finished work at 5.30 pm. When I asked him why he asked me to wait, knowing they were not working, he replied, "Maybe they will answer." It was a waste of time, and I feel disappointed and frustrated. I will request a refund, and this will be my last time shopping at Curry's Cheetham Hill or any other store of this useless chain. If you want to buy damaged goods, overpriced, and discontinued items, then you can go there.

I saw a laptop on sale on the website £139 went into the shop this morning the same laptop was there £149. I know sometimes there can be a difference and I could go another £10. They were really keen on selling me anti virus and could offer 50% discount with the laptop. I said no, I’ll just take the laptop. They only had the display one left so i said I’d take it, bit disappointed that I was getting an ex display for £10 more than what I wanted to spend, but it was better than what I had at home. The lad had a word with the manager and said that I could buy the laptop but had to buy the anti virus for £20. So instead of getting a brand new laptop for £140 I was getting an ex display with the anti virus for £170. It was probably a good deal but I’m not keen on haggling, so I walked away.

Went to return a faulty kettle the man sufyaan who did return was fast polite and efficient so thank you sufyaan!! However the service whilst waiting was shocking!! It was hot two kids waiting with grandad in the car and a queue whilst other members of staff were sat in groups laughing and chatting and being unhelpful I asked a member of staff after 20 mins wait how long it would be as I did have children sat in car to be answered with "it will take as long as it takes" no apologies no offer to help just very blunt and to be honest rude ! It was 11.50 am on bank holiday Monday so I'm sure when currys see this review they can see the whole situation play out on the cctv during the wait only one member of staff came over to the queue and apologised for the delay!

  • Alan Mathews

Only few staff are willing to help you. Most of the staff they need serious training for customers services. I came yesterday to buy a washing machine and search for a staff who can help , every one is skipping when a customer is need help.!! At last I have got a female staff. Not informative and I left with a decision not to buy it.Today I came again and met a staff named Huma.. I can say she helped me to explain each and everything with a smiley face. Staff with good knowledge about the product.I bought the washing machine today just because of a good staff who can help a customer to buy the appropriate product.I am just giving you 5star just cz of this particular staff. I can recommend people come and ask for her she can really help you. Thanks

  • N S

Disgraceful customer service!!! Went there to renew my laptop contract after my old one expired. No one seemed to know what to do. They kept on ringing their head office every 5 minutes and all they did pretty much was print out some forms and sign them. It was a ball ache to get the laptop that I wanted (the website confirm the store had it in stock) but it was just confusion after confusion. After 2 hours it was finally resolved. I made a complaint over the phone the following day and was promised a call back, but it didn't come. I called them back and the second advisor couldn't find any notes on the system. I completely lost it as I ran out of patience, was finally offered £50 compensation. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND CURRYS PC WORLD!!!!

Tried to return a microwave that was only slightly over the returns policy, unbox and unused. After trying to get through to someone on the phone who would be willing to help us we resorted to going in to store to ask for help. On the returns desk we were severed by two members of staff, one girl who was very polite and professional and one man who wasn’t. Neither were able to resolve our problem unfortunately and we are stuck with a £480 Neff microwave that doesn’t fit our integrated space. It’s a shame as we spent a lot of money at this branch for a number of properties. After the way we have been treated over the past week we will be going to AO.com who match the price but provide good customer service which is essential.

Need to re-evaluate the staff you are employing. Having young lads was not a good idea at all. As a single mother of 4 house maintenance is such a chore as it is - this sure as hell put me off even more. Thinking to ask one of the boys for assistance was a bad idea, they don’t want to be there and they don’t care. I don’t remember the name of the lad I asked for help with Im sure his name was Soobhan. Was rude, hostile and most certainly made me feel like I was doing something wrong just by asking for help. Couldn’t help but feel like the lads there just mess around and don’t want to be there. Wont be visiting again. Staff really need to be checked into a reality show. Outraged.

  • Zach Ali

The Store Manager here, Muhammad Ali, was very condescending. Which resulted in him saying that he didn't have to talk to me. Even though I had followed the process online obtaining a reference number and had been directed to the store. He made me feel that he was not interested in me as a customer, only that he was the store manager and what he said was more important than anything I said. So now they have lost me as a customer and I will look forward to spending my money £500, somewhere else. I was shocked with his customer services skills. PC World you might want to send this Store Manager to be re educated. No excuse for his behaviour on the 13th Nov @ 2:30pm.

So I have an elite series 2 pad on an exchange plan. Went in and asked where to look for exchanging. At the time there was another customer who had an issue with a product and was demanding (yelling over the technicians) the issue be resolved in a way that they saw fit. (You send people to pick it up) Not once did they yell or talk over him and when it came to my turn they were still as professional and composed as I'd walked in. Found my plan and because they couldn't replace it there and then due to stock printed my plan off and gave me a list of nearby branches that had stock in. Professional and helpful to a T.

  • Artitude

Come home opened my tv and it was faulty in one corner. I went back super stressed out after having to move a tv up and down and round and round. The Manager Helped me out. As they was no stock of the same tv in store and the same problem I had some other people have also had over the last few days. I just wanted a tv to take home that day. The Manger Helped me out with the next best tv they had saving me a little bit on the price (Which he never had to do and could have just give me a refund and sent me on my way) What a nice guy seen I was upset and he went out of his way to help me. Thanks a lot Mr manger.

  • Chidozie Ejikeme

I went about 7pm and it took about 30 minutes to get help with the item I wanted to buy. The chap that served me was rude and not keen to explain what my consumer right was with regards to the product I bought. I had to specifically ask all the questions I needed to have answers before making payment. I guess the reason for his surly behaviour was that I declined to purchase the extra he tried selling to me. This is quite typical at Curry anyway, but have never been met with that kind of behaviour before if you declined. I will still go back as it always handy when you need to pick up items urgently.

  • Jovita Paraskevopoulou

Return&Repair counter Unprofessional staff -had to come back twice to get my item replaced as they would say to get in touch with Tefal for replacement! Finally with the email confirmation from curry’s technical they will give me replacement. They even tried sending me to other store as they did not have item in store saying they can not order it for me!! What a lie! Finally managed to get it ordered... What a waste of time this store is! Staff does even know how to do their job as I don’t get how working at return counter they don’t know return procedures.

  • John Cooke

Bought a gaming monitor in store for next day delivery asked for a receipt and was told it will come to my email witch I never received rand up the helpline and they told me it was Store problem and that my order does not exist so go back to the store and got no help whatsoever the manager told me there was nothing he can do because it’s a weekend where as he was more concerned about just standing around with his matés absolute joke no help what do ever £150 down now and my order doesn’t exist fort a company as big as curry’s I expected better

  • Nguyen Tran

Ah yes, this branch. It will always remind me of a core memory. Something was happening at Manchester Fort Shopping Park, so I asked the supervisor who was looking there if he knew what was happening in case it was something serious and we had to go home for safety reasons. He replied, "None of my business." Okay, fair enough, but as I started walking into the store, I immediately heard him talking to his colleagues, "Can you see what's happening there? Whoa!" That pretty much sums up the place. I miss brick and mortar Comet stores...

  • Gwen

Tried to get served but the staff were too busy playing on their phones and chatting. We asked two sales staff for help only to be told they would be back in a minute, ten minutes later we were still waiting. When we pointed this out to a manager on the way out, he apologised and continued playing on his phone. It's not our first bad experience in this shop, it's no wonder people are shopping online when you get this kind of customer service. We have decided to use smaller more considerate businesses in the future.

  • soroush shams

The worst and most lying company I have ever seen and the very bad customer service and the fact that no one in the store or in the support team is in any way responsible for the problems and all their thoughts and focus is only on selling goods and when to support it. The internal insurance that they offer on their products, you only hear one answer, this is not one of our services. It is really embarrassing. With a discriminatory look for me.And I'm sorry for myself for trusting this company to buy from Argos.

  • Karim Abdalla

Staff doesn't really care, and is very inexperieced in customer facing roles as well as welcoming customers at all. Many of them are hired for the looks or through connections and know little to nothing about electronics especially telephone, PCs and laptops. They will simply tell you to buy or to call helpines if they can't do which is most of the times. If you have the intention to buy spare yourself the travel because you'll be likely to buy online either on their website or elsewhere.

  • syed shahid

WISH COULD GIVE ZERO STAR Worst customer service and customer focus ever faced. The sales assistants are very rude and speak to you in insulating manor with a dont care attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager and it was obvious that the manager was even worse. I believe that CURRYS SHOULD REALLY FOCUS ON TRAINING THERE WORKERS TO FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE OR BIT MORE CAREFUL ABOUT WHO THEY CHOSE TO REPRESENT THERE COMPANY. Will never recommend or go to the Cheetham Hill Branch...

  • Helen Hayward

Yesterday we went to the Manchester Fort store and had really poor service- the staff barely acknowledged us and the manager was incredibly rude. We went to the till to pay for a £400 laptop + £119 Microsoft office suite but were totally ignored. After trying to get the manager’s attention and failing we eventually gave up. Would avoid Manchester Fort store with a barge pole!!! Also found the same laptop for cheaper at Argos and the Microsoft Office package for 75% less on Wowcher!

  • Elizabeth Oduwaiye

Worst experience ever at the cheethan hill store! Went in store to buy combination microwave oven as specified by my builder. I paid £739 for the oven but got a solo.microwave delivered instead and when I went back in store to report this, I was dismissed and treated with disdain! Please avoid at all cost, they are liars and cheat, will do anything to scam you of your hard earned money and customer service is appalling and non existent. Please avoid ! Go to.Argos instead.

  • Chris Coolio

It’s just a shame you cannot give less. Made an online order waited three days and they sent it to the wrong store and sent me an email saying I cancelled the order. I spoke to a girl on the customer service who told me about their error and couldn’t answer why they said I had cancelled. She then told me my refund will take two weeks so in essence I loaned them £88 for two weeks with no interest and without wanting to. What a top bloke I am. W**k

  • justin judderman

Got there went to customer services fo find it was closed asked why no real answer got told it would open an hour later so i question why neary 15 of the staff where milling about instead of actually trying t9 serve and do their jobs and i asked to speak with the store manager suddenly they spring into action the lady that served me was great but cant say much for the othef staff place needs either a manager to manage properly or an overhaul

  • chumi kamz

Do not go to this store.....i stood on repair line for 20 min, they are all on they phone , a guy came behind the till, didnt even ask me anything, then work away, i had to say to the girl, who was on her phone for those 20 min, can i get a help, she finally send a guy ,dont even know what he is talking about , dont even care. Rude rude...unprofectional people , i will never go back there. Didnt even help me at all, they dont care.

  • Kam A

I will not be coming back here. My experience has been awful. The customer service from staff at the Manchester Fort branch was atrocious. I honestly don't know how they have customer facing roles. I wish I listened to what people said about their negative experiences. I thought it couldn't be that bad, but boy was I wrong. Please for your own peace of mind, avoid this place like the plague , I wish I did. !!!

  • Jane Riley

The lovely young lady who helped me was very helpful. the product I wanted was out off stock but she was able to find me something similar. She didn't try to force any extra up sales, but was very good when asked about products. So much more pleasant than dealing with some off the men in store they can be quite forceful with sales. Really good experience and it would be good to have more staff just like her ❤

  • Jack Hughes

Needed to a return an erroneously purchased incompatible sound bar, and the two employees on the customer service desk this afternoon were exemplary: keen to help, positive and proactive, and very friendly whilst they resolved my self inflicted issue. Really delighted with the service I received, and do hope the team in question get the appropriate recognition for the great job they're doing

  • Elizabeth King

Tried to return a phone I bought online, I was told I had to return it online. I was taken to the form to do this but I didn't receive anything. When I checked the website for myself I was told to take the phone to a store! The employee had clicked a link below this advice to say I would prefer to return by post even though I complained at the time that they would not deal with it there and then

  • Where is Shaz

Bought an expensive toaster in Currys Cheetham hill in December for £80 but in less than two weeks the handle broke! They are plastic, no wonder their staff kept asking if I wanted guarantee ‍♀️ you wouldn’t think a toaster that’s 80£ in sales wouldn’t last two weeks… my old toaster was only £35 and worked for a great 3 years! Very unhappy zero quality of product on

  • Truth Teller

Went to buy a laptop but 0 staff available to help out. Went looking for someone and they were all huddled together having a casual chat away from customers. Even after asking they were mostly uninterested. At a time when online is taking over you'd think they would be more forthcoming in providing at least a normal sales service but obviously not! Will buy online instead.

  • othman jabirr

Bad experience with rude manager at that store. The price was showing on the label was less than the price on the website, one of the staff “ very helpful lad”agreed the sale and went to ask permission to his manager who decided to take the price tag off and said its a promotion price and its not available anymore with very bad attitude which is even against the law.

  • kokkitto

Customer service is very questionable. Some staff are polite and trying to help, but lack the product knowledge. Some staff don't care and ignore your requests by stating "I'm busy". Clearly a lot of improvement is needed in their training. A big variety of products at least and that makes the visit worth it. Just do your own research and don't expect useful advise.

  • Jovid 0822

If you want to have a nice and quick service ask for Subhaan. The guy is friendly and gets everything sorted for you in less than 45 min. Also he has no problem in answering any enquiries that you may have. The other staff is meh and look like they're not doing anything but Subhaan is the only one that actually looks that he wants you to have a nice experience.

  • Francine Fogg

Had to go and find a sales person as no one came to me. Took 2 attempts to get Sumone to sell me a computer. Having said that I'm very pleased with my purchase. The sales person was very informative. I bought a levono with a 23"screen. It's fab. I've got my fone linked to it so I can view my pics without having to connect it. It's all on WiFi so no wires.

  • Isaac A. Addo

A big store for wide selection of elctrical and technological gadgets to meet your needs. Excellent customers seevice. The store manager was very patient, polite and extremely help when my "Click and Collect" could not be traced. He even offered equally helpful alternatives. Spacious parking, disable friendly and quality products

  • Bevon Raj

No one here wants to sell anything. I walked in to get a TV. The guy I spoke to simply turned the model on and walked away from me. The 3 employees I flagged down after said they don't cover TVs and it's not their job when I said I was interested in buying. The store was not even busy. Completely empty. Go to John Lewis instead.

  • graham mort

Difficult to get served, stood there for 10 mins waiting for advice on purchasing the right printer, in the end my went and got a assistant. Fortunatly he was very helpfull. Understood our needs and was very detailed with his advise and recomendations. Made up for a very poor start as we were about to go somewhere else.

  • greg walker

Popped in to pick a tv I'd ordered .guy pointed me in right direction then he asked my name got a guy to collect it from the bk ready for me ..he then seen me still stood waiting for a few minutes then comes over jumps on the computer sorts me out and the other guy took to my car what a service ..much appreciated

  • Carol Carr

I went in to buy a washing machine and more or less knew what I wanted and the price. Took a few minutes to find a salesman but staff were very helpful. There was a bit of overkill in trying to get me to take out extended warranty which I didnt want and would cost £140 more. All in all a pleasant enough visit.

  • Jon McGuire

Terrible customer service, they have no knowledge of the insurance products they sell. They try to charge when you're product is covered by insurance to deliver it back to you. They refuse to give the name or contact details of the area manager when requested. Don't be ripped off with the insurance products.

  • Jiasheng Jiang

Bought a pair of headphones, asked if it had microphone compatible with pc, they said yes, i also asked if it didnt work, will i be able to get a refund, they said no (???) Headphones' microphone does not work and now im stuck with £28 wasted piece of headphones.. nice. Next time I'll buy from amazon

  • gerry lynch

No bad if you wannabe pay 400 for a w/ machine full of dents , no price system a rated machine with slight scratches here and there 30% off , exact same machine and model no . With large dents at front same price 30% off , they need a better fairer price system when dealing with the public.

  • Nav Haq

Staff just talking amongst them self asked someone for help he replied he was with a customer and he walked off when I looked over he was on his phone and laughing away with another staff member. Wud definitely not recommend this store. White city branch always much better service.

  • Geoffrey Whellams

The staff are helpfull and knowlegable. Good range of white goods, and electronics. Buy in store or/and browse and compare on line. The choice is there. You can even compare cable packages like sky and virgin tailored to your needs. Pay in store. I am glad this shop is surviving.

  • Adrian Lamo

Irresponsible staff. Doesn't care about customers. Always in hurry for no reason. They also suggest you to not buy from here and try online. Went to buy laptop but came without buying. Do your research before going there and just buy otherwise you will end up waisting your time.

  • Munaza Akram

Just been in the store, needed a laptop, after taking ages to decide which one I wanted, got to the till told it’s the wrong price and wrong spec advertised, maybe if there wasn’t a meeting going on with staff standing around having a chit the prices might be right! Not happy!

1/2 of the staff don't want to be there and make you feel like you are bothering them for being a customer. 1/2 are messing around giggling with each other when you're trying to get their attention for help. Refund policy is also rubbish. Using amazon from now on.

  • Vonnie

Music very loud. Staff with availability and knowledge of product hard to find. Eventually process of buying was easy except for hard sell on insurance cover. The guy who brought the item out was really pleasant and helped us get it in car he would get 5 stars.

  • Pat A

Now I see why it is all one star. This particular curry needs a change of staff. Please never visit this shop. The staff are horrible. Go to a different branch for a better experience. I wish there was opportunity to add pictures i would have added their faces.

  • Luqman

Huge store with lots of variety. Staff is always available for help and the big car park makes it that much more convenient. The Knowhow gurus are always on hand (should you have technical questions) and assistance is always available to put items in the car.

  • Cari Thorpe

Twice I have been in this store to purchase computer products and both times you’re left standing around looking for someone to serve. It’s not a busy time, there were only 3 customers in the store, one employee on the til and one in the tech department.

  • stephen prince

Sometimes getting staff to help or advise can be difficult. I also had to travel 10 miles to Manchester to pick up the item I wanted. I can't believe a company like this won't do inter branch transfers of stock so I could pick up in Bolton

  • MkDk

I got a good deal on a TV here when mine broke. But I was offered 3 free warranty with no ties, I would have to ring up to continue the warranty. But after 2 months the warranty payment came out of my bank, I had to ring up and cancel it.

  • Linda Williams

Very friendly and attentive staff. Junade was extremely efficient and helpful when we returned a TV and helping us find a replacement, would definitely recommend this place for all your electrical needs. Thanks Wassem and Junade …

  • clare wright

Wish they would leave us alone to look! Soon as we walk in descended on by multiple staff! Curry's have high delivery charge £45! Cheaper elsewhere with free delivery! So worth checking if what you want needs to be delivered.

  • John Lawton

Always a comprehensive selection of goods but whenever I have to go and pick something up for a member of my family there is ALWAYS a problem!! Customer Service desk needs training in customer management and service. Sorry!!

  • robert rogerson

Just now stood by the checkout wanting to buy a usbc hub. Four staff members stood around chatting in the mobile area , noone working the till. Put the hub on a random shelf and will buy it online from someone else instead

  • Liberté GB

3 staff chatting to each other and don't even bother coming to you to offer assistance, even though you are there with the intention to purchase a laptop. Currys is wasting its money by hiring those useless lazy staff.

  • Sarah Bromley

I went to buy a smart Samsung watch at the good price of £280, but the shop assistant wasn't very helpful and not interested so I walked out and I'm not purchasing it else where. If I could put nil STARS I would have.

  • Laura O'Shea

Wanted some help with laptops, went early so not busy. 3 employees standing about talking not forthcoming. Eventually someone did help but not most persuasive advice I've ever had, left without a purchase.....

  • David Lee

Went to Currys for some wireless ear plugs found the staff to be very friendly and helpful found what I wanted but was out of stock they ordered for me online and it was delivered next day good service

  • Gwendoline Allsop

  • Sayo

I had a quick visit to browse so I can't say a ton, but the place was large, so the options were decent. Place was nice and clean, easy to find what I wanted to look at, so overall a good experience.

  • Ismail Khan

Great service and a variety of technology in store and online. Has Avery thing you need. Everything has a reasonable price and staff are helpful and kind. I would definitely come back …

  • Joshua Patton hill

Went to return an item told me they cannot return went to buy something from the tills and the lady walked away and then took another person's order at the till absolutely ridiculous place

  • Bill Moss

The service I received from Will the sales man was outstanding. This guy knew his stuff and was able to tell me everything I needed to know about my new 55" Samsung smart TV.

  • Sam A

Good decent discounts. Buying at your own risk as many appliances only come with the usual 1 year manufacturers warranty. No 5 year or 10 year plan on the fridges anyway.

  • Isaac R

Poor customer service. I had to wait to long to be served & some of the sales staff are poorly trained. Other than that they have competitive prices and good promotions.

  • Roman Koval

There is no product in stock, you have to run around the store and look for staff so that someone can answer your questions. It is better to order online on other sites.

  • Mariam Glancyfawcett

The worst customer service, there is a sales manager called Wasim he is basically a professional liar and he lies just for selling the product , dont believe him !!!

  • Cchris Cheetham

I won't deal with curry's Cheetham hill The staff are very nasty people I ordered a monitor and it doesn't work I have tried to teturn it but they don't want to know

  • Annie Bishop

Really poor customer service from the manager at carphone warehouse, unhelpful and, just repeated the same statement, didn't understand what he was talking about!

  • Salman Rafiq

I did wait for about 10mins, wandered here and there but no one bothered to give me an iron. Poor customer care and service, a big No to visit this branch.

  • SEEMA AJMAL

Its wonderful shopping centre all electronics of all big brands available here ..i like so much.its amazing place it situated at Manchester fort.. …

  • Jayesh Limbachiya

It was good. They had most of the electronic items available. Staffing was low so I had to wait long time for my item to be picked from their warehouse.

  • sam mav
