My Husband and I recently purchased a beautiful teak dining table and a set of chairs. Lynn gave great customer service right from the start. She showed us how the table expanded and set up the very reasonable priced delivery…… when I was second guessing my chair selection, she offered to bring another chair over to see if that would be a better option. The original chair selection turned out to be perfect though. Really appreciated everything. They have beautiful furniture!!! They always have something new and beautiful to look at each time you go into the store. Buyers should be aware that they do not offer returns after the day purchased; however, this is common practice amongst consignment stores (but can be disappointing).

I want to love this place, but the customer service just isn’t there. Wonderful furniture, great setup, cool logo… however I’ve been in a few different times and the assistance is lack luster. You’re barley acknowledge and conversation is like pulling teeth. I realize there is a fine balance of giving people space and being an aggressive sales person..being friendly is a start and engaging when someone is engaging you is a great start. Changed to a 1 star for your condescending reply. It’s over 500 reviews and my review was honest and fair based on more than one visit. The majority of my reviews are 5 stars and if a response is positive to a negative review I will likely remove the review entirely or change it to 5.

I’ve been trying to find a place that offers a wide range of mid century pieces and this place definitely has a wide selection. The only thing stopping me from making a purchase is the staff. I was completely ignored when I walked in and when someone finally acknowledged my presence it felt hostile. I expressed how amazed I was with their selection and the lady scoffed and went back to what she was doing before. I really want to like this place, but it’s hard when you don’t feel welcomed as a customer. Regardless, I will still recommend this place to anyone looking for mid century pieces, but I will also warn them about the staff behavior.

Stopped by this place yesterday. I must say I was so impressed! What an amazing selection of MCM furniture and accessories. Had a good chat with the owner while I looked around. Great service. I shop in Calgary quite a bit and if you are in Calgary and shop at Bex or Reclaim Vintage, neither of those two hold a candle to the selection at this place. I didn't check the prices of all the items, but in general I would say that they were better or at least equal to the Calgary stores. Definitely not more. If you live in Calgary make the trip down QE2!!!

I adore this place! Yes, it is used furniture, but don't expect to pay garage sale prices. They have hunted down, curated, and consigned one of a kind teak and MCM pieces in Edmonton. Expect to pay several hundred at least! That said, you get beautiful furniture for less than you'd pay for a new equal quality item from a chain store. Fall in love with something and you will keep it forever. The staff are great, answered all our questions, but also don't harass or pressure you into a purchase. Love what I have bought, and expect to buy more!

We just purchased a kitchen table and a coffee table here. Our experience was excellent. The store had a bunch of unique furniture and dimensions were listed online and in store. Super impressed with the quality and the pricing seemed fair. I have to counter the reviews complaining about customer service. We were free to look around and when we needed assistance they provided exactly what we asked for. If you are looking to be stalked throughout the buying experience I'd suggest checking out the Brick.

I don't know what it is about this place but the ownership needs to learn how to respect their customers better. I was ignored the entire time I was in the establishment and never once did the staff even say hello or welcome. The furnature was pretty pricey as well. It seems as if I am not the only one who has had such an experience at this store. The furnature was quite beautiful even though it seemed a little steeply priced.

Bought a beautiful teak table here last year after searching all the secondhand and antique shops in Edmonton. Their selection is in excellent shape for vintage furniture, and prices are reasonable. Had a great experience with delivery and the lovely couple that own the store ☺️

I am sure I will be accused of having a fake review. However the customer service stinks. Loved a lot of the pieces but as a business owner myself I always put my customers first and foremost, it was well presented but the coldness came from lack of customer care.

This store is a great addition to Edmonton. If you like mid century furniture, this is the place to go. John and Lynn set us up with a beautiful walnut credenza and even personally delivered it and placed it in our home. We love it! Go check out Consign Design.

Great new space and lovely service. Far superior stock in terms of quality, quantity and selection than other mid-century modern purveyors in the area. Love the pieces we have acquired from them! Price points to fit any budget too. Highly recommend

Was ignored my entire time in the store. Furniture has an updated 70/80's feel, so it feels vintage but also modern. Was wanting an end table but couldn't get any help, so I left. I'm from out of the city, so that was just great.

Omg..just dropped into Consign Design to wander around and was pleasantly surprised by the inventory, the size of the store and the great customer service. I am definitely staying to look longer and probably purchase a new table.

This store is amazing. The owner goes out of her to educate you on the mid century product that is in the store. Everytime i go into this store they have more amazing items. Love Love Love this store and their customer service.

This is one of my favourite places for furniture in the city. The quality of the peices are always restored to impeccable quality, and the service is awesome! So glad these place exists in Edmonton.

I bought the most wonderful furniture at a very reasonable price.The management is knowledgeable and has great decorating ideas and suggestions. I was glad to have found it. I will be back again.
