I think it’s a good gym. for me the staff is super nice Angelo for example always has gone above and beyond to help me with equipment if it was hard to set up. Most of the people there are just there focusing on fitness so it’s a good energy. Of course I personally think the change room showers could be leveled up but I’m picky. Hopefully in the future they can extend the gym and make the change rooms a bit more fancy. Also it’s fine that the exercise classes aren’t included but I think it’s a bit of a waste of space to have that huge training gym not used half the time. If it were me I would have made that space smaller and the change rooms bigger.

Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile, je le ferais. On est en 2021 et encore, les gens possédant des entreprises se permettent de discriminer et d'intimider leurs clients. Les employés sont très sélectifs sur qui doit respecter les règles sanitaires (mettre son masque, respecter la distanciation sociale) et ne sont pas gênés de venir vous affrontez (à moins de deux mètres). De plus, on est au Québec, le bilinguisme ça devrait être au moins un peu acquis pour maintenir une bonne communication et cohérence avec ses clients. Je vous recommande à tous fortement d'aller ailleurs si vous voulez avoir un service sans discrimination et sans provocation.

It might a little early for me to write reviews (I’ve been going there for 2 weeks now), however so far I had a good experience, especially if you take into consideration that it is a very affordable gym. If you are looking for classic gym functions (weights, machines, and cardio machines), You don’t need more than that. Bathrooms and lockers are always clean, and a lovely cherry on top is that there are plenty of parking spots around the gym. My favourite part are PTs who are very diligent and knowledgeable. Perfect experience so far.

If you are looking for a spacious gym with a lot of equipment this is your place. Its a very big gym with a lot of choices of equipment so no need to worry about peek hours and waiting for a machine. Def a gym to lift. And the pricing to be honest cannot be beat in LaSalle. Amazing deals. But, if you are interested in classes, like zumba, then I would not recommend it. From the experience I had, I would say there are many gyms that offer more enticing classes with certified instructors.

J'aime beaucoup aller au Prestige pour m'entrainer! C'est un super beau gym propre, de beaux équipement. Il y a une belle ambiance, à commencer par le café à l'entrée. Il ne manque de rien, je peux comprendre maintenant quand on dit que notre gym peut devenir une seconde maison. On y passe souvent de temps c'est important de s'y sentir bien. Les employés et la propriétaire sont vraiment gentils et disponibles! Je le recommande à tout le monde.

I can say that this place was awesome years ago when it opened. The two brothers Joe & Marco were the owners back in the day. I have not been there for many years but I am looking to sign up for the 1 year membership. However, I have a question, do they have good trainers? I have lower back issues, a woman who wants to train to lose weight. If someone can answer it would be much appreciated. Thanks

Clean, very well equipped, super-friendly staff and cool clientele. It's currently being renovated, but it's now done slowly in sections so as not to be a bother at all, and the owners really take care of giving us a great workout environment. Raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars. The new look is awesome, so if they keep going like this, they'll end up the top fitness center in the area.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Great atmosphere, and great amenities. The price is extremely fair, the place is always at the perfect temperature, the fountain water is good and all around very well maintained gym. I'm happy to have found prestige for my journey back to health.

Out of all the gyms I've been to, I like this one the best. The location is convenient, there's lots of parking available, there's a bus stop right in front, and the staff is very friendly. The prices are also amazing if you get a chance to sign up during one of their special sales!

Very clean, very polite staff, very polite and friendly members. In all honesty this gym is one of the best. The equipment is uptodate and not broken or torn. Locker room is kept clean and tidy. Great gym for anyone looking to get into shape or get into serious training.

If I could put zero stars, I would. It is 2022 and again, people with businesses allow themselves to discriminate and intimidate their customers. I highly recommend you all to go elsewhere if you want to have non-discriminatory and unprovoked service.

Awesome place to train, however the staff does not enforce sanitization measures. I saw groups of people talking close to each others without masks, people walking around unmasked, and people not cleaning the machines after using them.

Good staff, clean gym, flexible hours and good pricing. It would be a perfect gym if they fixed their machines on time. Half the cardio machines need proper tuning and the one of the stair master has been broken for weeks.
