These people have no moral values what so ever. They had a pretty much completely nude woman on the front of one of their magazines, featured on the front of the magazine rack. When I asked them if they could switch it they just sat there and looked at me like I was nuts and made absolutely no effort to do so. So when I went to make the switch myself and later left the store, I came back at one point and saw they had deliberately put the same magazine right back where it was, right in the view of small children. PSYCO PERVERTS!!

I purchase from here often because I find unique things for my little one. I also pick up online Indigo/Chapters orders at this location, and staff is always super helpful. Staff are friendly and social with my toddler and are always welcoming to her in the store. My only constructive criticism is the size; it is a small store and often does not have items I am looking for and I have to purchase online and pick it up at the store later. I would love to see them move to a bigger space in the mall.

Good stuff, even if everything is too expensive. Fair prices? Possibly. It would be nice if books were less expensive so poor people could inform themselves easier and enrich their minds, instead of buying cheap food from dollar menus to dull our senses and build up our injured egos, to escape the poverty that has so engulfed our beleaguered lives. Anyhoo...theres books at this store.

I avoid this specific store due to rude and racist workers ,I never had the issue ,everyone nice asking if u need help etc, my son who is native and finance who is vietnamese are ignored in all aspects and very rude ,this has been on going and happened again this morning, my son asking question, finance waiting to pay, ignored till another customer came up to till

This is my favorite book store. I've been going here for years and each time I am impressed with the variety of books, pens, and unique items. I love visiting the tables in the middle of the store because it has really cool items you won't find anywhere else. Definitely rated 5 star if I could rate it 10 I would.

The employees are always so nice. They acknowledge you as a customer, but give you space as you shop. You can always ask the employees to hold your items behind the counter while you continue to shop. The only negative is that, like other places in Jackson Square, there is no cell service in the store.

Trans people beware. I was asked for photo ID when trying to make a purchase and I am lucky my name change recently went through. If you havent changed your name/gender legally you may be outed and humiliated in this store. Felt very UNSAFE.

Old lady with a mask picks and chooses who she’s polite too, was nothing but friendly and she threw my money at me but the person before me she was super nice. Maybe it’s time for some customer service training

Great little book store can often find what I'm looking for and if not the staff are always willing to help me order it in and they're very prompt to calling people when the orders come in

This is a nice little bookstore in the middle of the city mall. Staff are helpful and shelves always carefully arranged. Will happily order a book for you if they don't have it in stock.

I love reading, this place has a good selection. I have bad anxiety, I find it overwhelming with how close the rows are when I want to go to the back. Staff seems friendly

Santa wasn’t nice to Julie for Christmas and she was the grinch with my elderly mother. Which is funny as an elderly woman should know how to treat another elderly woman.

Great shop my local go to for sure. I would love to see more in the philosophical shelves in this location though! It seems to be slowly diminishing.

Friendly clerks. Out of 4 books only 1 was in store. Was told Ancaster had them. Ancaster is a little too far to walk from Jackson Square.

An amazing book store with really helpful staff and plenty of choices. I love all the brilliant gifts they have in at Christmas time.

Staff was very helpful. They explained how to retrieve a digital gift card. There was an excellent variety of books and fun stuff.
