I came in as a hair model and the attention to detail and care was so impressive. As a non full fee paying customer I did not expect the full works treatment but it was evident that both Byron and Kristie really cared about getting the best outcome for me and they went above and beyond. Byron assisted me greatly and Kristie was able to apply her evidently huge knowledge base on colouring (as the Senior Stylist overlooking Byron). Going from black to blonde has been quite a journey and they were able to give me the best look on the day as well as a great plan and advice for me to move forward. This was especially in taking care of pre-existing damage and maintaining a clean blonde. Thanks for looking after me!

Unfortunately, not a great experience at this salon. First colour appointment was fine, latest hair cut was atrocious. The stylist used thinning scissors one inch away from my roots and left me with short spiky clumps of hair popping up everywhere. I am now left to wear my hair in an extreme side part until this grows out. I requested a refund, which was granted however received no additional compensation. Received an apology message but given the severity of the damage, a phone call wouldn't have been too much to ask for.

Had the best appointment with Liv today! Wanted a 1/2 head of foils on my curly hair and they turned out beautiful. Liv was so friendly and accomodating, I was very impressed with Cobelle as it was my first time here. Will be back again!

I had an amazing blow dry by Byron. He gave a very thorough consultation and made me feel super comfortable. He was great at recommending what products my hair needed and my blow dry was perfect!! Thank you very much
