Cannot begin to tell you how great this gym is and how amazing Wayne has been in my transformation. I've had two health issues that needed very careful and meticulous attention to detail around to ensure that I would be fit yet not in danger for other ailments and issues. Wayne is the consummate professional. He was able to create a workout plan for me that not only made me healthier and stronger but quite frankly started to transform my body from an image that I didn't love to one that I'm really starting to love. The results have been amazing and the timeline has been relatively short (even with my health limitations). For those that do not need professional training, the gym itself is very well equipped, very clean and never too full. I honestly, don't think I ever had to wait for a machine during all my visits. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This gym has been the best fitness experience of my life. My name is Elom, and I've been a frequently customer for three months, attending Monday to Saturday. While the cost may seem high at $103.50, investing in your body and health is invaluable. The slightly higher price encourages commitment, and the uncrowded atmosphere during my 6am-8am sessions is a major plus. The gym boasts a well-equipped space, including a smith machine for maximum performance without a spotter. The spacious changing rooms, showers, and sauna are available, though I personally don't use them. The standout feature, however, is the fantastic staff, shoutout to Samy and Jordan for their friendliness. Writing a Google review is a rare move for me, but I felt compelled to show respect for the owner's dedication to the gym. I wholeheartedly recommend it for those striving to improve themselves.

Club has been great to me, I have been going here since I started school in Montreal, and they give a generous student discount. Location is amazing as I can go in my breaks in between my classes. The gym has a nice private feel to it, and is not too crowded during peak hours with very friendly members and staff being accommodating to your needs. Wayne the owner always has a smile on the face and has a genuine interest in your well-being and concerns. Also, steam room is always clean and super useful for recovery.

Gym equipment is great, however customer service is absolutely terrible. I wanted a 1-month pass and they ended up keeping my credit card on file and charging me month after month, even after I sent several emails + phoned multiple people to get my account deleted and the amounts reimbursed. It’s been 2 months now and they still haven’t reimbursed me, so writing this review in the hopes that finally someone from management will answer my requests for reversing the wrong charges.

Amazing gem of a gym, with a friendly staff and a convenient location. The gym's location, laundry service, and steam bath makes it ideal for bike commuters. There are plenty of bike racks at McGill, so you can lock your bike there, hit the gym, take a shower and leave your dirty laundry when you head off to school/work. The staff is also very friendly. This is by far the best gym I've signed up for.

Its total lie they do not offer even free trial for the gym just let you train with trainer to sell their package they brought me here from Brossard with promising they have free trial which dont. Never ever think about trying this creepy gym.

I was in town for a show and F1, and wanted to get a workout in great little place on a really convenient location. Owner, front staff and patrons were excellent. Equipment and space was perfect. Would definitely go again. Thanks
