UPDATE: They must be a clinic of integrity because they replied to this review quickly. On the phone they were understanding of my point of view and offered me a $77 refund. I thought that fair and it shows that their reputation means something. So I changed my star rating from 1 star to 3 stars. 3 stars represents a satisfaction of 60% which is where I'm at, all things considered. I thank the clinic for their offer. ----------------------------------------------- REVIEW: Told them I had a filling that came loose and they booked the time for the appointment. They took x-rays then charged me $77 to put a temporary filling because they said there was not time to do the repair. In total I paid $196 that day for not repairing the tooth. They remade an appointment in another 2 weeks. I was very disappointed. Not wanting to wait (what would have been a month in total), I went to another clinic. They took an x-ray and I was in and out in ½ an hour. The price was $242 total for a 3-sided repair. The Dorval clinic charged me almost as much for not doing the repair, as what it actually cost to do. It was their fault for not booking enough time and charged me extra for their error. Dr Neuman is a very fine, gentle and caring dentist I trust, but their pricing policies are steep and not fair.

The dentist herself Dr Villafranca is an excellent dentist but the experience trying to get an appt with the young girls in front is a literal nightmare, i called to get an appt & the girl on the phone was checking the availability, so i was waiting, she says ok we have June 17th & June 21st available, so i check my calendar & i am like ok great, i would love a Saturday, shes like she doesnt work Saturdays, i am like i am looking at my calendar & June 17th is a saturday, shes like no the 7th i am like ok, so again she says so do want the 17th or the 21st i am like i thought you just said she doesnt work on that day, this went on 3 times, by the third time as you can imagine i was starting to wonder if this girl was ok, so i said can i speak to someone else, the other girl was worse & hung up on me, i could not believe what was happening & they were allowed to treat patients this way, they lost me as a patient, i will not go there again, i found a new dentist! sorry Dr Villafranca you were great but i cant deal with the nightmare you have answering your phones!

Today was my first visit at Centre Dentaire Jardins Dorval with Dr. Hilal Sirhan and i’m virtually speechless. Background, I suffer from severe anxiety which manifests in the form of an extremely sensitive gag reflex. I’m not going to lie, i was not excited for the visit. My first dentist visit in almost 3 years, and a new dentist at that. But let me ask you this, when was the last time you had a snooze in the dentist’s chair? Well, this evening was a first for me. Dr. Hilal was very conscious of my dental fears and so was the dental hygienist. They were so caring, considerate, and checked in with me frequently to assure i wasn’t suffering in silence. Not once did i feel rushed, at no point did i feel trapped on the chair, it was comforting to be taken care of by individuals who seem passionate about their career. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend. Just don’t tell everyone, i want to be able to continue getting appointments lol

Im really disappointed with the service , i had an appt end of august then someone call me to change the appt for my daughter as they said dr Newman wasn’t available for the date , the next appt was for 19 sept at 7 pm I said is late , but she told me was the only appt available and then a SMS was sent to my phone to confirm the appt , I showed early for the appt with my daughter, she confirmed everything, even she checked my insurance , and told us to wait , 40 min after she realized that my daughter didn’t had any appt ? Really so I said why you didn’t checked when I came in when you checked everything, then she went to talk to the doctor said I’m sorry bla bla bla he can see you in 45 min and 1 hour more ? Really What a waste of time

Avertissement, La date de mon rendez-vous a été changée sans qu'on men ait été informé. Lorsque je me suis présenté à mon rendez-vous à la date qui ma été confirmée par courriel, le rendez vous avait été déplacé un mois plus tard. Leur excuse: le système de rendez-vous a eu des ratés. Astuce: lorsque vois perdez le fil de vos rendez-vous, allez consulter votre historique des courriel envoyés pour voir a qui et quand vous avez donné rendez-vous. Il s'agit dun minimum de courtoisie d'avertir le client que son rendez-vous a été reporté avant que celui-ci se présente sur place à la date originalement prévue.

Give kindness and you shall receive. Honestly coolest dentists I've ever been around. Had a tooth extraction that was a pain to get out and since I was at the end of the day on a Friday one of the assistants (Mair) who was kind from the gecko, had to stay a bit later due to the length of the surgery as the xray lied (damm xray). Elaine and Jefforey if I spelled those names correctly thank you for taking the time and making it as enjoyable as a tooth extraction can possibly get (woot-woot). I appreciate yall and look forward to the follow up.

In all the years I've been going to Dr. Neuman, he has acted professional and knowledgeable. I always feel like patient care is his priority and he puts a lot of effort into being proactive and making sure my mouth doesn't experience any dental problems. All the staff at Centre Dentaire Jardins Dorval make me feel comfortable each visit, even though I'm never excited to go to the dentist.

Very good clinic. I've got an appointment quickly for a molar inflamation since my usual dentist was in vacations. The contact was very good, the receptionists at the desk were very kind and helpful. The dentist I met, Dr. Geoffrey, was excellent. He explained my situation with the pictures and the treatment was successful as well. I recommend him. Thanks (O.T)

This place is amazing. I have never met a receptionist that friendly or kind. I have never had a dental hygienist this competent and gentle. The dentist was very straightforward and not at all rude. I’m so very pleasantly surprised. With dental services always being so expensive, I am glad that my money is paying for quality like this!

Accesibilité en cas urgence acceptable ( 1 semaine?!), mais tarif de restauration pour 4 facettes alors que c'était trois, confirmé par une autre dentiste. Alors atention, je crois que si vous n'êtes pas un client régulier, ils vous gonflent la facture. J'espère qu'ils sont plus honnête pour leur clientèle!?

Excellent all around. They made time for me to have an emergency freezing on a weekend - when they were already full! Just recently had my first route canal there with Dr. Baskin. The procedure was well explained, I never felt a thing, totally painless and it was done as quickly as possible. …

I've been a regular for many years & I highly recommend becoming a client/ friend. Their after 5 apointment schedule is tremendous, and saturdays too for off- grid busy people with high expectations. Dr. Sirham's clinic & staff are really nice good peple.

I hadn't seen a Dentist in years. To be honest I was quite embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. These people made me feel welcome and at ease. I look forward to seeing them again. Thank you. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Baskin is our family's dentist and we are very happy with both him and his hygienists. Always taking the time to explain and offers good advice without pushing unnecessary treatments.

Horrible, made an appointment July 5th 11am and they do not have it in their system. last vist Dr Neuman was not there and another dentist finished the check up
