Dont do there!!! Awful !!! I had done a wash 1 was ok. The other wash came put dripping. I called the numer for assistance and the Sri Lankan lady appeared 20 mins later. She said I over loaded the machine. So I took some clothes out and spent another 25 mins to find the clothes still dripping again. I then used another machine. Which was fine. It seemed too much of a hassle to HER that I as a customer had to wait 3 x 25 mins. My husband of 24 years is Sri Lankan, so I can understand the language fully. I was shocked to hear what she was saying about me to someone over the phone. She didn't know I could understand her. I felt degraded and belittled. In all my life I have come across lovely, kind Sri Lankan people. This is the first time I have come across a Sri Lankan person so rude and demeaning. Shame on you lady, you put shame to the Sri Lankan community!!! If you can't handle your business then sell it. Dont be rude and ignorant to others!!! Don't go there!!!

Very very awful and disgusting experience in this laundry. There was one shrilankan or Tamil I'm not sure but their language seems to the similar region. That shrilankan guy started abusing me and using very inappropriate language front of everyone. I was really upset because all the people were just watching and listening but didn't say anything to him. I made a police complain against him but when the police came that guy already left the store. He was wearing black cap and blue Jacket. I still remember his aggressive behavior abusive language. Never had such experience in UK but this was awful and disrespectful. There was one little girl and mother in the store and they also had to go through with language and awful experience. I fee sorry for them but yes police should take strict action against him so he won't repeat this behavior again.

Is the most worse service ever here. The machines looks like dodge and also the lady who works here she’s rude and denies to show cameras when i asked to show me the cameras if i have put the money to correct place then she went back to the office pretending to watch the cameras then she came back and say i was wrong but however she puts back my £2. She try to embarrass me front of other people then i said show me the camera that i did wrong then she denied to do so. This place not recommended at all.

Rubbish place. I put £1.00 in the big dryer. And the machine didn't add it to the overall time. Ruby, the emergency contact for the place, didn't even pick up at first. And when she did answer she said it's our own problem and nothing she can do and she hung up. I do not recommend this place. It's a scam. There are much better, friendly people out there. Oh the place also says they do ironing services. When we asked ruby about it, she said the iron is for herself.

First visit here and the machine didn't spin. I couldn't see a number to call to it was hidden behind a bin but a lady who had seen someone with the same problem the previous week pointed ot out to me. Employee came to put the wash on again but I'd already tried the dryer, £3 worth. Employee would add that to the machine after, got angry down the phone and hung up on me. Won't be recommending this place to anyone

Had a change machine inside which most self service launderette don't have, the opening hours are decent. We managed to wash and dry over 10kg within an hour and 15mins. Only downside was that there were no baskets to transfer the clothes from the machine to drier

I came today to leave my laundry to dry and I was gone for few mins then When I came back the bloody owner she moved all my laudry into a rubish bin bag. So rude of her , and my laundry wasn't even dry enough . That was really so rude

As launderettes go this one is sufficient. The machines usually all work and I've never had a problem with them. The one drawback is that usually there's no powder in the vending machine meaning I have to go to the shops to get it.

Proper laundromat with coins exchanger and washing powder disperser in case you forget it at home. It has a CCTV and although they won't guarantee for your clothes if you leave them it's a plus of security. Nice waiting are also.

Easy parking on Eastcote Ln Road just opposite the Laundry. Very convenient. Advise to go early morning on weekends less busy. There is also a Free Coin Change vending machine available. Really helpful..

The wash was £1 more than where i normally go and the drying only gave me 13 minutes for £2 whereas the normal laundrette gives 20 minutes, my normal laundrette is temporary closed because of Covid-19.

Have been using this launderette for years but wont be going back. Recently had an issue and called the number. The owner/employee was so unnecessarily rude over the phone. Won't be going back again.

The laundry is open from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Please take enough coin for laundry and drying , each cycle is around 45 mins. Parking is limited just be careful with heavy load.

Everything works smoothly, it's easy to operate, machines and driers are efficient and you come away with clean clothes. That's all you need. Just note, it can get extremely busy!

Useless I went in there to dry my clothes I inserted £3.20 at first and added another £1 but time was never added and clothes in the end were wet.

Nice launderette, clean and tidy, all the washing machines and dryers work properly. Sofa to seat and BBC news to watch on TV. Not bad at all.

Reasonable laundry services with numerous dryers and washing machines cash to coins machine is available so no need to worry about coins!
