Je leur ai présenté la voiture que je voulais mettre en vente pour qu'ils puissent me conseiller quant à la formule à prendre vu l'état de la voiture. Ils m'ont conseillé la formule C. J'ai pris RDV et déposé la voiture le jour convenu. Ils m'ont promis qu'ils allaient me contacter quand le véhicule sera prêt. Ils m'ont appelé pour venir récupérer le véhicule 10 minutes avant leur fermeture !!!. le lendemain, je suis allé récupérer le véhicule. Franchement au prix demandé de EUR 300,- j'aurais pu le faire moi-même. Le résultat était tout simplement abominable. Le pseudo "polissage" était fait d'une façon rudimentaire. Leur réponse était que le forfait polissage était de 90 minutes (astuce classique des low cost !!!) et que le véhicule était très sale. L''intérieur était à peine nettoyé avec un aspirateur. il y avait plein d'endroits qui n'étaient pas nettoyés du tout. Ils m'ont proposé une remise de 30 EUR et un nettoyage intérieur gratuit la prochaine fois. Je préfère de loin m'adresser au garage en Allemagne auquel j'avais l'habitude de confier mes véhicules où le prix est fixé d'avance (+/- 250 EUR) sur base de l'état du véhicule et où le résultat a toujours été parfait et sans mauvaise surprise la moindre pour le client. Je vous donne un conseil gratuit, soyez transparents avec vos clients !!!!

Rdv fixe par mail à 9 h , mais , du a plusieurs accidents sur la A4 et pas mal de stress j’arrive à 9h 30 … désolé bien entendu et confus de n’avoir pas pu appeler car aucun numéro disponible …. Uniquement joignable par mail …. Difficile à faire en conduisant on me signifie ne pas pouvoir faire la prestation pour mon véhicule car je suis en retard alors que celle ci est prévu sur 2 h de temps …. Compréhensible mais anti commercial . Il suffisait de réduire celle ci à un simple nettoyage plutôt que la prestation complète. J’aurais même accepté de devoir payer le prix prévu . D’autres entreprises sont disponibles et plus intéressantes pour les mêmes prestations. Et surtout plus commerciales . à vous de voir

Absolutely one of the best car detailing services in the country. I booked the ceramic protection full package plus the polishing and I have to say that the car looked better than the new one. More than that, it's the customer service that I was pleased with. Alex very patiently explained me all the steps in detail and the team took excellent care of the car! In the end, Alex even offered to do the de-badging and provide the services of a third-party company to repair the alloys. I cannot recommend enough! Excellent experience and Great work Carspa team!

Went there twice over the course of a year. The first time with my own car for polishing and scratch removal. Unfortunately, they couldn't remove all the scratches - hence my initial 4-star rating. Guess they were too deep, but I was a bit disappointed nonetheless. Second time with a lease car that had been given to me to help me out when my own car gave up. The previous owner had obviously never cared about the car. The smell inside was atrocious when the interior heated up, however Car Spa were able to remove all the nasty smells. Well done to them!

These guys live and breathe cars and are 110% passionate about cars and go the extra mile for the customer. I took my car there just before returning it to Leaseplan I chose the “lease return” option which is focused on getting rid of any defects that may cost you a lot of money if you return your lease car in that condition. The expert who inspected the car was clearly surprised at the amazing state of the car. No defects were recorded therefore no billshock The car actually looked better than when it was delivered. Wonderful job guys!!!

Plus d’une fois la voiture n’était pas lavée à certains endroits (entre les jantes) et mal séchée. La dernière fois la voiture a été rendu avec une rayure certainement due au zip des vestes du staff. A chaque fois une mauvaise fois incroyable - je ne traite pas avec les escrocs qui rendent la voiture rayée et se prétendent des experts. Heureux de mettre tous les échanges e-mails et sms si ça amuse les associés.

I have brought my Porsche to Alex and his crew. Previously it had been scratched during handwash by another company and I was a little hesitant to do so. However Alex's professional attitude convinced me and I had the car polished and a ceramic coating installed. In the end the results were outstanding, as the car looks brand new. All scratches removed! Excellent result. Thank you and will certainly use again.

It has been the best service ive recieved in all the years ive been living in luxembourg. They adapted their offer to my needs, they took care of the problem i had with some stains on my back seats (some "champignons" appeared and they left the seats in perfect condition) and they left my car like new. I 100% recommend it. I will defenitely come back

wowsers. I just got my car back. I have never seen it so clean. Booked a full service, including shampooing the seats, because someone broke into my car and slept the night. I wanted it fully cleaned, and wow, I wasn't disappointed. I think it is cleaner now than when I bought it. Really friendly service, too! 10/10!!

La qualité diminue chaque année :-( Payer 139 euros pour nettoyage intérieur et extérieur, et avoir des traces d’eau et pas mal de petits endroits non nettoyés… je ne pense pas y revenir. Dommage, le nettoyage était de qualité il y a quelques années, ce n’est clairement plus le cas.
