I have been using this car wash for at least 2 years. I am happy with the machine but not the operator. Last 2 times, I have payed for the Ultra HD version (20 €), however he selected Lavage de Base version (10€). I asked him why, he claimed he selected Ultra HD but computer restarts and shows basic one.. I have used different versions of this machine plenty of times up to this moment and I can identify which one is Ultra HD and which one is basic one. So, final verdict, either never go there or just pay for the basic one because in the end you end up with the basic one..

Ich war am 04/08/2021 14h00 in American Car Wash.Ich sagte auf Luxemburgisch "Moien".Der Angestellte ermahnte auf eine ungemeine freche Art und Weise dass ich gefälligst "Bonjour" sagen sollte.(auf Französisch") Ich gab ihm 2.50€ Trinkgeld..." Danke kam nur gezwungen über seine Lippen".Jedenfalls nie wieder Car Wash in der Concorde. Schade ! Ich habe keine Lust mich anfeinden zu lassen von so einem frustrierten Angestellten.Jedenfalls ist das keine Werbung für die Firma

We did the top ProShield cleaning with rims. The car had still a bit of stains on the hood and one of the rims was still really dirty, so we go back. He makes a comment because now we in the line he has no "choices" and he accept do redo the cleaning... (at the end you see which program he choose and it was the basic one), he does the rims, we go and dry up the car, what do I see? Still the rims are a bit dirty... Never going back

Habe Gutscheine geschenkt bekommen. Guter Service! Der Wagen wird von Hand da wo die Bürsten nicht hinkommen "nachgebessert". Die Einstiegskanten und Säulen und der Kofferraum müssen nicht selbst abgewischt werden. Die Windschutzscheibe sowie die Fenster werden auch von innen geputzt. Der Wagen sieht nach der Behandelung wie neu aus. Werde in Zukunft öfters dahin zurückgehen!

It's the only local car wash that actually cleans my car on the outside! For the inside, they have free vacuums and tire pressure machines outside the car wash which is very convenient! I will not even bother going to another car wash because it's closer to my house, this is the one for me!!!

Tem um sr fora que dá uma passadela primeiro ao carro e depois o carro entra automaticamente para dentro para fazer a lavagem. A lavagem de zero a dez dou 7. Porque acho que o carro nao sai perfeitamente limpo.

Visit done in Rue de Thionville. It was great. Good quality of definition. Relation price/quality excellent. Totally recommended.

Though the closing time mentioned is 8 pm, i got there at 7:05 pm and they were already closed. Not really professional.
