I’m leaving this review for Winnie who works at this Canada Post location. I’ve been going to this store for over a year now to mail out packages for my business and Winnie has helped me over a dozen times now. She is extremely kind, professional, helpful, and overall a lovely person. Whenever I ship out a package she helps me find the fastest, safest, and most value-effective method through CP. She even helped me address a package to Korea by rewriting the shipping info in Korean so it wouldn’t get lost (this worked like a charm and my customer received it overseas with no issues). Winnie exemplifies stellar customer service and has made every one of my visits to this location hassle-free and something I look forward to. Sadly, during my many visits to this store I’ve witnessed numerous occasions of customers being unreasonable and rude to the staff due to issues that are out of their control (late packages, prices, and other factors that are controlled by CP). This reflects in some of the reviews I’ve seen here, and I hope that people will show more patience and understanding for the employees who are doing their best, especially during peak seasons. Would give them 0 stars if I could. The staff here are extremely confrontational and combative. Even if they follow the rules of the post office, they'll keep reminding you that you're wrong. They don't know anything about customer service. Rather or not the customer is wrong or right, they're going to argue with you and point out how wrong you are. This doesn't do anything, but just escalate an argument. Seriously, I would never use this post office for anything if I wasn't forced to. Hoping not to ever use this post office again as my mailing address has changed to somewhere not closed to here so my mail will not get redirected here again. Luckily for me, but not so much for others, I won't have to deal with the staff here ever again.

They lost my passport. After I sent out my passport application to Ottawa with my old passport and other documents it was returned but this location never delivered it to me, never provided a notice or a phone call, and just sent the passport back. It is now in a warehouse somewhere in Ontario just sitting there, where they are also not delivering it. Immigration Canada had to even phone them to open an investigation. I have been without my passport for 2 months now and have no other ID. Thanks Canada Post. When Amazon no longer needs you because they will have drones delivering and you go out of business it will be well deserved.

I rushed after work (literally jogged down the street) to get there on time and arrived at 6:58pm. I handed over my notice and then the lady said the system was already off and I couldn't get my package. I asked if she could turn it on or just give me the package after checking my card and she said no. I really needed my package and now I have to wait until tomorrow. On a separate occasion, I also stopped by this location to mail a package and they were closed all day due to a "staffing" issue so I couldn't mail my package despite there being other staff in the store.

Worst customer service ever. If you hate your job this much, you should find something that is not customer service related. Not only was she unhelpful, she was rude and impatient. They don't even deserve 1 star. Really hope the owner sees this and retrain Winnie. I will make an effort to avoid this location even if it means driving to another location.

The young man at the post office assembled my shipping box for me. After I placed the contents inside, he secured the box with packing tape for me. I returned an hour later to mail a second box. Not only was he equally helpful the second time, he remembered my name and the same shipping address! Five star service!

I have been using this location for at least a year now. I’ve never had any issues with staff or my parcels. All team members have been so helpful and gone extra mile for me when I needed help. They are knowledgeable, patient and super friendly! If I could I would give them 10 stars for their service!

The staff there is friendly and helpful. However the person responsible for the packages for this neighborhood never (90% of the times) delivery it properly. He does not try contacting us by the buzzer number. He just leaves the notes for pick up (at this canada post location) in our building slot.

Wow the new staff here I think is a Japanese or Korean lady is so friendly, helpful and nice. Shipping things can get confusing or lots of comparisons to make and most post office workers are mean and impatient but she is so friendly! Keeper for sure!

Not always rude, but usually rude. They have someone at the till who rattles off some information once I step up (after ages of waiting, usually), and when I ask a question, they have the audacity to say, "I told you that already~" lmao

Ok. I didn't tape my package. The staff was very unfriendly telling me tape is not provided. I didn't want to buy the tape from them so I had to go back to office. Other than that they seem to have sent my package. Job done.

Terrible customer service. You guys may want to give some training to the people answering the phone. The girl I talked to on the phone was not helpful and she was not really polite. I'd avoid this location and go elsewhere.

post office rep was not willing to provide me the information i needed when i provided her specific information on size, weight, and dimensions over the phone.. She continues to insists that i come in to figure it all out.

I went there this afternoon to send a package to my friend. The staff at this Canada Post Office was absolutely rude. If she hates her job and her customers so much, maybe she should consider staying at home instead.

Staff are incredibly rude and not helpful. Im actually disgusted by their service. I’ve been here several times due to it being the closest post office and 9 out of 10 times, the service has been awful.

My favourite place to visit. Thelma always greets you with a smile and pretty much knows everyone by name. Winnie is efficient and polite. They are prompt and always helpful.
