I've been coming here for many years as it's conveniently located next to my home. Although the male clerk usually provides good customer service, the young female clerk working last Saturday (Dec 2, 2023) always has an attitude problem. I have never interacted with anyone so apathetic in a customer forward facing role. She provides such a sub standard level of customer service that it's appalling. She is clearly bothered when a customer comes in as it takes her away from being on her phone. She still seems miserable while on her phone, yet marginally less so than when intereacting with customers. The level of apathy and misery radiating from her can be felt upon entering the store. I was forced to purchase a flat rate box unnecessarily after she told me it would take 5 days even though it states 2 days on the website. I then opted for express but still had to purchase the box as I had written on it which she covered up with a blank label anyway. I called Canada Post after my visit and the rep confirmed that the flat rate box delivery is not regular delivery as the store clerk mentioned, it's in fact expedited (2 days). I will also be sending a formal complaint to the Canada Post Corporation as this clerk seems to get her kicks by misleading customers and deliberately causing confusion. I've had multiple encounters with her and it's always the same experience. There's a clear lack of good faith in how she approaches customer relations.

Very disorganized. 3 customers before me the clerk forgot to give the receipt stub and he had to fish through the mail to pull of the stub on the envelope and give it to the customer. Next customer was fine. Following customer said she already waited 20 minutes and needed to get to the passport office before it closes. Instead of completing the transaction with her he hopped over to a customer having problem with the printer and kept the lady waiting for another 5 minutes and all she needed was the receipt! All this time the trainee I was stuck with made me wait for the other guy to help me and all I needed was correct Stamps to mail international envelopes! He kept me waiting and served another customer behind me and said I was behind him. I'm standing with Crutches handicapped at the counter and others are being served.. I complained and left without being helped. I doubt I will go back.

Been sending my own mail for over a year so i know what to do and what to expect, but i had two interactions with one specific employee: she was extremely rude with me, asking what i needed stamps for and why, and trying to take my envelope out of my hands. went there today to ask them to print out a shipping label for me as their website wasnt working. normally, i would just give them the dimensions of the package and they would print it out for me, but this lady insisted that i go back home and bring the package over. she wrote on my package with a pen instead of a sharpie (not legible). she made me write the address on the envelope and when i asked if i could type it on the shipping label instead, she gave me so much attitude. only giving them 3 stars bc of the really sweet male employee with glasses in the morning. he’s very helpful and always knows what i’m looking for.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This post office is the worst post office I have ever experienced. The owner is extremely RUDE with TERRIBLE customer service. I've never had any problems paying with my credit card before picking up packages at any Canada post and this specific location the owner denied my credit card because he has to pay 2.65% service fee to visa. Then don't represent Canada Post! I am 6 months pregnant and he gave me alot of stress because I don't carry cash or a debit card with me. I now understand why this post office have a lot of negative review and if anyone says this place is a gem they are delusional. I am embarrassed for his daughter as she had to witness this on how terrible her father is yelling at a customer.

Went to pick up a package for my business. Brought my Drivers License and a business card. The owner won't accept my business card and asked for proof of business ownership with my name on it. For 10 minutes I asked what exact document he thinks he needs. He couldn't tell me and eventually just started helping the next customer. Confused, I asked if I can just take the package. He said "just take it!" But he never even took my signature! I called Canada Post later, and they said all you need is your license and something with your business address on it. You don't have to show ownership. Any employee can pick up a package with anything that showed the business address and an ID. My business card was perfectly fine!

I can't say enough to discuss my outrage with this place, I've had things delivered here twice and both times it was an absolute nightmare. Nobody knows what they're doing here and they pretend like it's your fault. They gave me a notice that said that they came to drop off a package at my house and no one was home, it also said I could pick it up the next day in store, I went and they told me it wasn't there, even though they gave me the slip. I'm absolutely livid with the way they run their business and will be contacting head office to let them know about my dissatisfaction.

I have been coming here for 2 years. Everyone is fast and efficient and this location may be the quickest I've dealt with in the lower mainland. However I noted that the customers are the ones causing lineups as they are trying to decide what option to pick to send packages. Other than that, if you have a quick letter/parcel to send or receive, you'll most likely get taken care of within 1-2 minutes. Theres also an Aussie dog inside occasionally. It is very friendly and fluffy and brings happiness to my day.

I'd recommend getting your packages delivered elsewhere. The owner who usually clerks here is frequently rude for no reason. Acts like he is doing a favor for their customers, comes up with random requirements like Passport IDs, and has several times scolded me for the way Amazon labels their packages. Nevermind the fact I dont work for Amazon nor did I write the label.. What shouldn't be anything else than a quick pick-up ALWAYS turns into a long, unpleasant, and frustrating experience.

The services here were always great enough, but well, I came recently with some issue; you would expect that the person who works there would try to help you to sort it out, but I got only "I don't know." Even though it was banality, after that the young lady just sat in front of me and started scrolling her phone like I was still not standing there. Zero interest in customer service with the face of why I am bothering her. Wow.

Very patient young woman trying to deal with a long line up just before closing on Saturday afternoon. Most of the customers are either unprepared or forgot something, need tape, decline tracking, then are surprised they didn't get it, and so on. Never once she lost it. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service under these circumstances.

I frequent this Canada Post location not out of conveniency as I live quite far but more for the great service. The service at this location is impeccable and extremely efficient. Shayda and Ali are the friendliest people I have met since moving to Vancouver. It can get a bit busy around Christmas obviously but they handle the rush very well.

Do yourself a favor by not doing business with this guys. Worst Canada post service provider ever. Owner is always disrespectful and don't know how to serve a customer. Been there 3 times and got worst service ever. I was thinking other 2 Canada post location I tried so far was worse but this owner proved me wrong.

Zero customer service. Female worker didn't even try to help. Was completely lazy. Consistent unwilling attitude. Update: tried again a year later, nearest me and was charged a dollar for getting the return shipping label on; every other office offers a sticky bag. First time I've been charged to do that.

I've been coming here for years, I've always experienced Friendly and fast service from the family who runs the place. I've printed out documents, gotten my passport photos as well as shipped out packages. I've always been very appreciative of the staffs helpful and friendly demeanor.

Horrible!!! Miserable team. I get you hate your job but being patronizing isn’t cute. Also you LIED stating duties on Parcels could only be paid by cash or debit. Canada post clearly states they take all major credit cards… in fact your machine offered APPLE PAY. LIARS AND LAZY.

Terrible service. I get that people have bad days, but every time I have gone they have been rude, slow and patronizing. Go to Kingsgate Post Office if you are in the area, much more friendly and don't harass you if you want to pay with credit.

They did not notify me when my package arrived. I realized it had been ready for pickup for a while at the post office when I tracked it online (it was supposed to be delivered to my house).The service in the store is pretty quick though.

NEVER TAKE YOUR PASSPORT PICTURE HERE. My PR application was rejected twice because of the bad pictures that I paid twice for, shame on your professionalism. Don't provide a service that you are not qualified to provide please.

My five star review ONLY pertains to dropping off parcels. All of the ladies who work here are fantastic in my experience, helping everybody to the best of their ability. People don't know how to ship things, just be patient.

Always super helpful neighborhood place. They do photocopying, key cutting, take care of your mailing/package pickup needs, have plenty of shipping supplies as well as snacks and i think more! Super useful business

Lovely little post office. This is the one I rely on most other than the commercial broadway one. Their times were updated for COVID (10 am - 5 pm mon-fri and 10:30 am - 3 pm
