Today, my 6 year old daughter had a “mission” to drop off a labelled return package at this post office without my help. A few people were waiting there, so I told my daughter to say that she just leave the package on the counter and we didn’t need a receipt. That staff lady angrily told my daughter and me, “you can’t drop off. Go to the end of the line, or drop it somewhere else.” That was shocking. I’m not sure what kind of lousy day she had, but this is so upsetting to bring this rude attitude to customers and especially a 6 years little girl. I wanted to talk with the staff lady to make it right, so we went to the end of the line, and when our turn, the staff named Sheila still had a sour face. I said, “Hi, Sheila. Maybe you have a bad day. I’m sorry, but you should not talk like this. She's just a kid.” Sheila used her finger to point to my daughter’s face about a foot distance and started yelling,l again, “why do you all like to fight!” My daughter was shocked, and I had to protect my daughter. Later, Sheila flapped the Christmas reindeer and one toothbrush to the floor, which my daughter forgot on the counter…It didn’t end well. We met a Shopper’s assistant manager lady and told her what had happened. She felt terrible, apologized to us and said she would report to the manager. She was a nice person. My daughter felt better. She was scared and confused. We told my daughter that she didn’t do anything wrong and she was brave. All the post officers we have met were very friendly. I’m sending this review to this post office lady Sheila—We hope you have a happier life, and if you can’t, please don’t try too hard to ruin other people’s. I’m sure we are not the only ones who had a bad experience with Sheila. I hope the management can adjust something about this.

[UPDATED] Great customer service earlier by an older lady with reddish hair and glasses? Wasn't able to get her name but thank you for making my mailing transaction a fast and easy one. Will definitely come back here. Thank you so much! Appreciate it! December UPDATE: oh, too bad. I was served by the same lady I mentioned above at another time but felt like she didn't want to answer my questions on where to print some stuff and just said "computer department" to me twice to my 2 different questions. Just those two words. Twice. I went to Staples instead after. And today, I sent a few letters for international mailing but because a different lady also treated me quite rudely, I'm really discouraged to go back here. I work in retail so I know what it's like to serve customers all day. It's just so unfair because I was in NO RUSH AT ALL EARLIER but the way she answered my questions it was like she was really impatient and just wanted to get my business over with. I asked politely and when I couldn't hear her too well because of the mask, she was obviously irritated to ask me some stuff again and answer my other questions. I still thanked her afterwards to be polite but it really ruined my mood. I understand we are all stressed because of this pandemic PLUS the Christmas rush but please be fair to how you treat or interact with your customers. Especially when the customers themselves are being patient and polite to you and not rushing you AT ALL. So unfair. I rarely write negative reviews but I do when it's necessary. Because of her interaction with me earlier, I forgot to have my letters be sent as priority ones to be received by my loved ones ASAP. Ruined my mood for the day. Merry Christmas.

Ridiculous!!! They returned my parcel because I didn’t put the phone # in the blank. Then, when I brought it to the po, they asked me to pay again, 85 bucks! Within the half an hour I spent talking to the cs rep on the phone I was driven nuts! He barely could speak English, he asked me if I was from Ontario(!!!!!) after I gave him my tracking number , and home address, what’s more, after I told him the postal code, he asked me why there’s 6 numbers instead of 9 (!!!!!!!!!) unbelievable unprofessionalism. Worst of all, the phone rep didn’t figure it out and told me I’d be contacted after a couple of days (!!!!!) this is a priority parcel, sent through the most expensive option, they don’t even tell me what they’re going to do about it! Ps, you may say that it’s not front desk clerks fault that phone reps don’t know anything, but it was their responsibility to tell me that phone number is required. If I knew that whole situation would’ve happened

The guy helped me send a parcel from Canada to Vietnam. And this Very important for me. The address I send to Vietnam is the office and 10 days is the fastest. They took $100 from me. but Canada post sent it to the office on Sunday and there was no recipient. On Monday I returned to Canada and they told me the latest was 14 days. So it took me two weeks to send it. Then I would rather send it back normally, which also takes two weeks and only costs $35. The guy was impatient to serve me. Worst service I've ever had here. Needs more improvement

We are in the middle of a pandemic . TWO DAYS ON A ROW WE HAVE NO MAIL. I NEED MY MONEY. !!!!! All the buildings around us are enjoying theirs I guess just 131 west Hastings are the ones who get go with out then. This isn't the first time our mail person had decided just to not show up here. This is the first time it's two days in a row on a check week Get it to get her just cuz we live in the poorest postal code don't mean you shouldn't have to do your job with some prixe

Some people working there are great but the whole company seems disorganized. I was told they had no way to guarentee a letter would get to Germany from Canada and that I should pay for tracking... 30 $...I wasn't asking about time frame of delivery but just if it would get there... shrug. Cant guarantee it. Would give one star but a guy that works there Is helpful and friendly. Using ups from now on...

Hands down the best post office I have ever used. I have been using this location for many years and the staff has always gone above and beyond. Yvonne and the others have saved my butt many times helping me ship and receive things in emergencies and what not. I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate you all for doing your jobs so well and considering your customers so much. Thank you!

  • F Zhu

Don't go to this location. Staff there try to extort money from you. Turning a simple attempt at mailing documents into a high pressure sales environment. They tried to charge me $56 for tracked express shipping to Quebec. Went to the actual Canada post location down the street and it was only $28 (taxes in). This guy tried to charge double what Canada post actually charges.

Worst experience ever, such a NIGHTMARE!!! Dropped a parcel there that was going to Vancouver Island and due to the bad job of warehouse agents and clerk in London Drugs it ended up in ON. Took more than a month to get a solution and a response back. Be very careful when using their services.

  • Rachel Kim (appocat)

Went in to ship something internationally. I asked “Jackie” if the recipient needed to sign for the package I was sending with tracking. He replies in a very condescending tone stating “you have to pay WAY more for that”. I wouldn’t ever recommend this kind of service to anyone.

The girl with black long hair and blue/purple highlights (i think her name is yvonne) is quite rude. She lacks patience and makes you feel like you're wasting her time when you ask her questions. Has happened a few times. I avoid this location because of her.

  • Adrian Mandy

The staff are fast and friendly here. Very busy during the holiday season but if you get here before noon the lineups are reasonable. Located in the lower level of London drugs. They also carry shipping envelopes and boxes and collector stamps and coins.

  • Danbe Seo

A guy who has long nails is very helpful and kind. He has all the answers regarding my questions. Moreover, his memory is unbelievable! I am always happy to visit there because of his great work. I have experienced the best customer service there.

  • Lev S

I visit this Canada Post all the time, it's default for my postal code. Never had any problems. Workers are friendly and efficient. Also very convenient time. Too convenient so can have a line sometimes.

  • Wendy Huan

Visited here just right before closing time due to busy schedule. The staff did not rush me and super friendly. Sadly, I couldn’t grab his name but thanked a lot.

  • Rebecca W

One person working with a line up that took 30 mins of waiting time. Will never shop at this London Drugs again just out of spite. Completely unacceptable.

  • Shamus Stoner

I've been a frequent coustomer at this "Post Office" for a couple of years now just to receive "Money Gram's" fast service and Taylor's awesome !!!

  • Elizabeth Horcajo

I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped me today but she was very nice. I would be happy to visit this location again.

  • Gurpreet Kaur

  • Leif Pedersen

Rude, unhelpful staff, go somewhere else if you don't know exactly what you need already.

  • James Catterall

Hours are incorrect on notices. I made a trip for nothing and wasted a bunch of my time.
