amazing experience at the store today, the staff was extremely friendly, did not try to upsell me and took their time explaining everything clearly. Ju and the Manager was very friendly and helped me through all the parts I thought I needed and even some that I did not know I needed. Yvon the technician took his time with my new motherboard, CPU and Ram, he made sure all the bios were updated and that everything was detecting correctly amazing service with awesome recommendations from both Yvon and Ju. I had a great chat with everyone there it felt like a cozy tech talk between friends rather than a customer and sales staff relationship , I would 100% recommend anyone that wants to upgrade their existing build or in need of a new one to visit this store, the staff will not disappoint ! Looking online at the in-house model of PCs offered at CC - the Armoury series. Decided to go onsite to look at it. The system is sound, you can have multiple iterations of the systems (customize close to how you want). The case is rectangular and off white. Glass side panel for view of internal components. The price was -$150 on sale so I didn't hesitate to pick it up. Unfortunately, the Pointe Claire location had none left (of the exact iteration I was looking for) but the young man found that there was 1 at the next nearest store. Stopped by that store and picked it up with no hassle. The system has been running great. The buying experience, the knowledgeable staff and quality of their in-house model made this computer buying experience very pleasant. Thank you team.

My girlfriend had come to this store to order a battery for her laptop and ended up getting the wrong battery ordered. I came back after having my repairman try to replace the battery and noticed that the battery was not going to fit. Ivon/Ivan (sorry if I misspelled it) really made what could've easily been an unpleasant experience into a pleasant one and rights the wrongs of whoever made the mistake to begin with. He gave me a refund, and even helped me find the right battery after a ton of research and confusion (for some reason it was nigh impossible to find the battery). The world needs more people like Ivon/Ivan (sry again), people who genuinely want to help and make a positive difference in everyday experiences. Thank you for the great help.

This week on Thursday, My husband and I went to this store because I need a highly professional PC for my study and future job. We talked with Jasper and the store Manager, they are both super helpful and friendly. besides, they are very very knowledgeable and professional in comparing the parts and explained to us very very patiently with a lot of highly specialized information. We really appreciate it. We ordered build assembling my PC for them because I have total trust in them that will assemble the best. This future week we will go for picking it up. Have nothing but positive things to say about their service and management team. Were beyond helpful and VERY patient with me going over different options for a new custom PC build. Yvon and Mitesh went up and beyond answering all of my specific questions and were just all around pleasant company regardless. They also ran diagnostics and testing on a desktop that was part of a flood and were very helpful in dealing with that situation. They do price matching, have great/helpful staff and will help you if there is anything they don't have....what more are you looking for!

Unacceptable as I have a sense of fraud. I bought a new Legion 5 computer with the seal in the box. However, when I opened it to use it, it said that I only have 7 months of Lenovo's warranty left because this computer has been activated for warranty in November 2022. I am concerned about the problem with this product due to they sell new stuff but the inside is actually old stuff. I asked support to Lenovo they said they are not responsible for this and I have to contact the store to exchange. Very irresponsible in sales and looks like a scam.

Possibly the best customer service I've ever had. I came in due to a Windows boot problem and SSD problem on my desktop. Yvon was a huge help, he suggested lots of solutions. He was very patient with my questions and answered every single one. He noticed little issues in my build that he managed to fix quickly. He went above and beyond to help me that day. I strongly recommend coming to this Canada Computers for any repairs or questions.

I got my computer assembled through Canada Computers in July 2023. 3 months after I had an issue where I was getting blue screen of death. So I called them up and they asked me to the bring the PC to their store. The technician Yvon not only helped me fix my issue but also helped me resolve other questions and problems I had. That too, completely free of charge. Extremely professional, friendly and top notch service. Deserve a 5 star !

Went there with my bf to get a price match on a Corsair power supply and the staff was very dismissive. They initially refused to price match, saying “it’s from a different company”, then left us hanging for 15 minutes without saying if anyone was going to serve us. An other employee finally came to help, but was acting irritated having to price match. Overall, not great customer service (attitude) even though they ended up doing it.

I bought a product that I was told was compatible with my parts. They also told me I had a month of return it if it doesn't work. It was not compatible with my parts (tried many troubleshooting steps). Went to return it 2-3 weeks later & they were extremely rude to me, lied to me, & said I'm not allowed to return. Ended up having to chargeback (first time I ever did this). Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs.

A good store but unprofessional staff. The majority of the sales people are completely ignorant of the products that are being displayed. Whenever I raise a query, the staff members immediately begin searching the internet or asking other staff members about it. When they can't find answer, they then refer me to Canada Computers website. So don't expect excellent service if you want to visit this store. Good luck!

I came in to replace a simple fan. They were able to help me right away which was a plus, did not want to go a few days without my computer. Yvon was quick and efficient, super friendly and nice when serving me. Amazing service! noticed small other issues that he was able to quickly fix. He went above and beyond to help and assist me that day! Look forward to going back.

If you're looking to build a solid PC for gaming or work, this is the place to go. The staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to computer parts. I needed a PC that could support the latest games and Jasper was very helpful for picking the right components. The employees are friendly and professional. Saturday Feb 4th 2023, The manager at this location was very helpful He took the time to figure out what was the problem with my computer and did not charge for his time, instead he gave me a good deal on another gpu and even installed it free of charge! (only had to pay for the GPU at a discounted price) Definitely where I will be going from now on.

I bought my Laptop for a battery change & the staff was so welcoming & genuinely cared to help you solve your problem. I was very touch by their service, the technicians Ivan, Philippe & Leen were awesome. Ivan marked my experience, he offered extra help & was very wiling to solve my problem even tho He had alot to do. Great staff & experience

First time visitng CC in person. Excellent customer service. Was helped by Manjinder, who was both kind and knowledgeable. Other team member were also helpful. Price also competitive so overall very satisfied. IT team made time to update the Bios of my new motherboard so it would recognize 14th gen cpu. Will recommend!

I went there because my rig had some issues, they kindly helped and also did a small upgrade. They are super good at what they do, they know their stuff. I highly recommend going there if you need a new pc, any cables. Any tech components, they have it. You can always use their app as well.

Not only did they build my pc 2 days sooner than what they told me, they also worked after closing hours to make sure I got it the day of. Not only that, the employees were really nice and would answer every question with patience. Highly recommend visiting this store.

Despite having more options than Laval's shop, sadly their chairs didnt had any good/interesting ones since they only kept a certain style on display while the others were kept in a box. I'm not blaming the staff tho(if anything they were all nice), it's just a bummer.
