The stretch of the hose to reach my tank in a very tight space was difficult. Are there any others who struggle with this and find a terrible strain in their hands? I mentioned to the attendant that as I get older it gets more difficult and what could be done.. he said arrogantly ‘ go to the gym!’ I said seriously! I wonder if the gym has fuel pumping hand exercises ? Then I asked if there were any Servos that assist with pumping fuel he said there were none in Australia. Consider your attitude .. manner was very rude! Not going back to that dump ever! Do you even read the reviews Puma?

Pulled in to fill up car, bowser was out of order, so moved car to another bay (tight turn in small area) just touching a metal sign near bowser (which was already chipped/bent) and a woman came flying out of the store asking for my licence number and if I had insurance!? It was a very unpleasant experience; my car is scraped at the front, the sign is no different to when I came in and I had to go through a humiliating interrogation -- apparently they 'take the details of every person who hits the sign' for insurance purposes -- maybe move the sign?

Took a 15 minute detour today in peak hour traffic to find out they’re closed with construction fences surrounding the property, with no signage that I could see from the road to suggest whether they’d be opening. However, they’re still advertising their prices through the fuel apps.

Lady this morning so rude. Didn’t print receipt then after I waited for it “well ask for it next time” Ummm no. You charge tax for a transaction, it illegal to not provide a receipt. I should not have to ask for it. So rude and condescending.

Great fuel prices. The servo is one-way so you need to go around the block if heading inbound on Annerley Rd. The hose isn't long enough to reach the other side either, so you need to stop on the correct side.

As others have mentioned, blond woman staff outright hostile and abusive towards customers for absolutely no reason. She should be a prison warden, not serving customers.

I usually find the prices are very competitive - especially with the RACQ discount. Can be a tricky place to get out of, if you want to go back towards West End

Recently been upgraded, friendly and helpful staff and competitive fuel prices

just got dodgy fuel and made me do a complete dump and clean out of my engine.
