I don’t mind having an average coffee, I don’t mind people complaining about me asking for soy milk. But what is baffling, is me standing in front of this lady who is supposed to greet me and she just kept silent for like 10 seconds, I don’t know if she was expecting me to just leave without ordering or something. I needed to engage first to order my coffee. Coffee was ok, slow to make, but I am not expecting anything ground breaking and I understand that some of these young people are there just to chill and have a fun time while making some money and I’m totally ok with that, what I don’t like is to feel discriminated. Saying “good morning” is not hard and if the reason they are not keen to give a great customer service is because they are not happy, maybe is time to give these young adults a raise.

Went weekday 2pm just for coffee. Not one other customer in sight, but the barista was “on a break” and refused to serve us. Think checking her Tik-Tok was more important than a customer. I agree that staff need to have breaks, but it’s not like she was flat out rushed off her feet and couldn’t spare 3mins at the coffee machine. We’ve tried this cafe 4 times now, hoping it would improve with time, but it’s always the same eye-rolling, disinterested attitude towards the customer. Won’t be going back.

This place was great! Been past so many times but never stopped in. Got the "beef burger" for $9.50 and they could easily charge $12. Big pattie, lettuce, tomato, bacon and egg with beautifully caramelized onions. Also got chips, chunky and crispy, and a chicken and cheese toastie which I took home after underestimating the heavy bike burger! It's clean living.

First time visiting but definitely will be back, food (toasties) and drinks (chai and chocolate milkshake) were delicious and customer service was AMAZING, the lady who served us was fantastic, polite and very considerate, this place has a great atmosphere and layout, a new go to for me ☺️

Great spot but absolutely disappointing coffee. 5 different coffees and all were sub-par. Staff were young and inexperienced, could do a lot better with barista training?

Terrible coffee today and very limited food menu. Soo slow- consistently takes 15-20 minutes just for a coffee on a quiet weekday. A shame because it is in a lovely spot.
