I don’t understand how nasty my order was. Almost a 200$ order for breakfast. Coffee was nasty, croissants all stale, sandwich cold tasteless inedible. Even the wraps were soggy or dry and terrible. Smoothies sucked. Half the order was wrong. No cookies. All 4 types of cake we ordered were replaced by the nastiest oldest birthday cake. Imagine asking for pecan pie and caramel cheesecake and getting stale birthday cake for breakfast. I’m so confused I chose this location because it had high reviews but this was genuinely the most awful experience I’ve ever had... No apology note, no explanation as to why half the order was wrong and/or missing. HOW DO YOU MESS UP A BLT BAGEL. The bagel wasn’t even toasted... All of the food went to garbage. Never tasted a bad McMuffin until today.

Updated review. For years now, possibly ever since the pandemic started or before this location has decided to keep serving drinks and food in disposable cutlery, generating so much waste at a time when environmental consciousness should be a top of mind issue. I have mentioned this every single time but it seems the owners of that location do not want to change this probably cause it is more profitable for them to cut on staff by having people just throw everything away. Such a shame. @cafedepot #cafedepot Original review.I really like this place for its location in this part of Bois Franc, and specifically the outside space in summer which gets a lot of sun, is not crammed etc. The coffee and food are pretty much as per the standard of any of those coffee chains. The inner seating space is nice too for meeting friends or studying. The staff are always friendly as well.

This location - good coffee, good vibes, good seating area. I’m told by a local (I’m assured he can speak English and I understood him correctly, he also did go to Waterloo even tho some universities question his language abilities, he’s very fluent) Anyways. I’m told by a local that this is a standard chain in Montreal. I tried a random coffee bean for standard filtered coffee in a double double format. It was very similar to Starbucks - $$$ is similar to Starbucks as well. I have pretty much given up on McDonald’s and Tim Hortons making coffee, those kids are SOOOO inconsistent Here’s the work flow Cream Sugar Add coffee Giant spoon - stir Is that so difficult ? I’m willing to work a shift to find out.

Really nice cafe with friendly staff and lots of seating. Some umbrellas for shade would be very nice on the terrace, but really the only problem I had was a poor internet connection. I hope they can resolve the internet issues, as it would otherwise be a really great place to work during the day.

Great location, but dirty restroom, service too slow and too minimalist. I asked to have my coffee in a ceramic cup, they told me they serve only in plastic cups. It’s a shame that such a great location in a great neighborhood offers this kind of service

I am not Italian, but I believe in the old country there is the piazza? This is my go to piazza for a quiet coffee and nice architecture. The folks that own a home in this neighborhood are lucky, and to have a decent coffee shop nearby is even better.

Friendly staff and descent coffee, I don’t recommend this place to get some work done if you need an Internet connection. It is one of the worst connections I’ve seen in a cafe. If they upgrade to a better internet, I might give it 5 stars

Good location in a residential area by the side of Bois Franc Park. Whether you need to pick up a bottle of water or want to enjoy a cup of coffee, having some snack or what so ever, just do it according to your mood.

Food is delicious, tastes really fresh. Smoothies are so refreshing! Nice fountain in front of it. It’s a very good location. They have really good pastries too! I highly recommend Cafe Depot :).

Very nice place to study but I think think they don't have enough plugs on the walls for students wich sucks. But still a nice environment to be in with friendly staff!

A hidden gem in the heart of bois franc. I've been a loyal and regular customer for the past 4 years and they still maintain to keep up the same Cleaniness and service.

It's not often that I go out for breakfast, I actually never do, but because we had a widespread power failure, they were open and I was pleasantly surprised. More

staff was really nice, but there should be more vegetarian sandwich options.
