When I purchased it I didn't take the time to look at it to see that it was already pre opened you would think the cashier working there would have noticed. But did he give my daughter such a hard time, that he didn't want to let her just exchange the box he literally wanted her to do a refund back on the same card that I charged it on and then have her repurchase it instead of just simply exchange in the box and you guys are the local CVS in our area I'm going to have to say we will never come back there and I'm taking my prescriptions elsewhere I rather pay a little bit more than have my family or even myself treated like that the next time, especially during this whole pandemic when you guys want social distancing. you would have thought it was just something simple to have done... as much as that store has people stealing in there you would have thought that they would have respected the fact that we came back with the receipt and we were being honest about things and they treated us like we did something wrong,t review got a 3 because the other female cashier had to keep coming in and interrupting the conversation between will and my daughter in order to smooth things out ..... to the female cashier thank you, you have wonderful customer service but to Will you need to work on it and maybe find out the policies of your own company that you didn't know that the other female cashier which is co worker...knew.

All I can say is STUPID the pharmacist on duty yesterday and she was suppose to be a manager.... well she knew nothing. I attempted to talk to her about a prescription and she was too busy to talk to me I tried to explain to her that the bag does not have my meds in it the label on the outside does but the bottle is not mine. Ugh!! I have been there before and this nice gentlemen pharmacist. I can not spell his name but it started with a K. Was very super nice and always helps. But this lady. And why would a manager put a blue streak in her hair. Am I wrong but managers are suppose to be there for support and professionalism. Be aware when she is there she will not help or give you your bag of meds With someone else’s in it. I ended up going to Walgreens and showed the pharmacist what I received. She looked at the pills and did verify it was not the medication I was to get. She totally helped with get ahold of my doctor and insurance and got it all fixed since the CVS would not do it correctly. Poor management

I had to call in and make a complaint against the pharmacy to their corporate headquarters and since then I cant get a script filled. It's a controlled substance so you have to speak with someone if its not done via the app, and they refuse to speak with me. Won't even answer the phone, just pick it up and put me back on hold. I've tried several times a week, several times a day for weeks now. I'm late on a script for more than a month now and they still won't answer. I'm having to see my Dr again and have her send the scripts to another pharmacy this process has delayed my scripts even more. This is truly shameful behavior CVS. I understand they may have not liked that infiled a complaint after being lied to and my grandmother treated poorly. But, intentionally not communicating with me so I can't get my scripts? Awful Update: I called and spoke with Jose a manager who was very nice and spoke with the Pharmacy manager who told Jose he would take my call. He then never picked up. Just wow.

UPDATE: After sitting on hold with corporate support for over 4 hours, there is STILL no resolution to my issue. I call the pharmacy and get nothing but attitude when I am checking on the status of a script that was supposed to be filled 2 WEEKS ago. This pharmacy team DOES NOT CARE AT ALL. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. ZERO stars - the pharmacy does not keep you updated on scripts, I have been waiting on a daily medication for over 2 weeks - I keep being promised it will be ready, then its on hold. No one will help, they do not care here. There is ZERO effort to help resolve this. its just "too bad, deal with it". Had i been given the correct info 2 weeks ago, instead of being strung along with promises that my meds will be available the next day, the next day, the next day... I could have gone to another pharmacy, or dealt with my dr directly. Instead, this team lied to me and kept me waiting for weeks, with no regard at all for my health.

Ordered products online for in-store pick up. Now, I need to return, which return policy states I can return to the local store with ID & receipt. Local Mgr informs that she cannot process the return since it's an online order and that these items were not sold in the store. Incorrect because the items were in the store & available for in-store pickup. Presented email receipt plus barcode tag that was attached to the bag & scanned before releasing to me at pickup. Mgr still says she can't help me because they do not process refunds for online orders locally. Called the 800 number she gave me, which rep stated that I just need to show them my email receipt. Obviously, that's not the case. I'm really confused & reluctant to order online now because it can't be returned. Frustrating experience and am stuck with products I don't want. Do not order online from CVS, they don't seem to know what they are doing at all.

I will never shop here again. I have had two very bad experiences here with one cashier. I have come here every day since this CVS opened, after the gym for tea, till I moved to California. I just recently moved back and got into the same habit of buying tea here again. They were out of stock of my favorite tea recently. I didn't need anything else so I decided to leave and the dark haired/dark eyed male cashier who had questioned me inappropriately before about a return over unopened makeup primer, with a repiect - which I thought was strange. I just brushed that inccident off, but when I didn't buy anything my last trip. He accused me of stealing, by yelling at me - two times, as I was leaving in front of other customers and completely embrassed me, for no reason. I have liked everyone that had worked there and have had no issues here before, but like I said I will never come here again.

The staff, for the most part, is friendly, but I was given the wrong medicine from a very long overdue script written for me by a doctor I haven't had in 3 months, and the script was written for me long before that! Meanwhile I was trying to get ahold of my psych office for over a week after thinking I'd been misperscribed, but come to find out that it was my pharmacy that had made the error. I go in to talk to the pharmacist Jimmy about it, and he proceeds to interrupt me and try to argue why he gave me the one he did, meanwhile they still don't have the now updated script of the ACTUAL medicine I was needing a. Increase on. So long and short, I was given the wrong medicine in the wrong dosage, then when confronted proceeded to tell me he was right, and the reason I never got my additional dosage for the meds I needed was on HOLD, and didn't apologize for any frustration this caused.

My husband is in dire pain and went up to the counter to get his pills and I was told that the entire pharmacy was going to take a lunch together.I said please do not do this my husband is in pain he has to have his pain meds and this is something that they should be able to easily get. No compassion. They chose to say screw you we are all taken off for lunch @1.30 pm. I'm not sure why patients have to suffer because the pharmacies can't figure out a staggered lunch situation which is wrong or a lunch in house. If my husband dies of a heart attack because he didn't get his meds from heartless people who care more about a sandwich they will have to live with that.

If it were possible I would give this store zero stars. They have put many of the items under lock so that you need assistance to get them. They have put in self check out stands and cut the staff. No one is around to get the items under lock and key. Meanwhile, the lines are 10 deep and the only clerk is trying to sell CVS's healthcare discount card. The manager sees the situation and returns to her office. These people have never heard of customer service. I guess they think all the customers are thieves, so why give them decent service. I'm going to use Walgreens in the future. It may not be any better, but it can't be worse.

I love this staff so much! They’re always so nice to me and super friendly and have excellent customer service. They were extremely busy today and there were 30 of us against 6 of them and they handled it so well, especially Ashley who was on the front lines. I hadn’t seen her before so maybe she is new. But her customer service was phenomenal and was doing everything she could to keep us grumpy people calm. I always have a pleasant experience every time I go, even if I have to wait. I don’t know everyone’s names but I can assure you that this entire staff will take care of you, even on their toughest days! Thank you!

Dear Manager, Please train your farmacy employee Aliya to pay more attention to the customer questions because her “mistake” can cause a problem to people’s health. When I asked today to refill my mom’s medication, she replied about another one, stating I just got it two weeks ago and refused a refill. I had to go home, call my doctor and then farmacy again to clear up the issue - just because she was so in rush to go and didn’t care to check. Absolutely no attention to detail and to the customer- and it’s at the farmacy! I have no trust in employee like that. Very frustrating.

No wonder this location has a 2.7 average. Really deserves a 1 across the board especially because of the store manager, John. While waiting in line saw him making rude and sexist comments to some customers while yelling and being dismissive to others. They have 2 clerks who would be much better at manager just by their demeanor alone. Walked out and went down the street to Walgreens to pick up the items I needed and will be transferring the family's prescriptions somewhere other than CVS. Will definitely NOT be back.

This CVS is outstanding in every way. The manager and employees are considerate, helpful and show a distinct effort to assist anyone coming into the store. I was greeted by the manager walking in and thought " wow, that is really nice." The store is well maintained, clean and offer great selections. It was a pleasure to shop here. As an added note, I had no interaction with the pharmacy so I cannot comment on that area, however, there was no line and nobody waiting in that general area.

The Pharmacists here always thinks they know more than my doctors. I fight to get prescriptions almost every time I pick up. They constantly tell me my medication hasn’t come through until I tell them I’m not moving until they find it. Then they find it and tell me they have to verify it’s authenticity. This leaves me in withdrawals for 24 hour minimums sometimes. MANAGEMENT HAS NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES AND HAVE AN ATTITUDE WHEN I MAKE THEM DO THEIR JOB. Don’t come here.

People here at the pharmacy are rude and unprofessional. Person who answered the phone had a nasty attitude and yelled “HELLO” when answering the phone versus every other pharmacy saying hi this is ____ at _____ pharmacy. Who does that and on top of that having a whole attitude when being asked questions about medication. I’m sorry if you don’t like your job find another one because no one deserves to be treated that way for any reason. Even if you are having a bad day do better!

Worst place ever very inefficient after waiting 15 mins I was told to come inside andinside and wait another 10 minutes . Incompetent people work here . Go to walgreens across the street. update: just went to walgreens very nice lady said she updated my information without a problem gave me back insurance card in about 3 minutes . Never shopping at CVS again Because they don't do their job instead tell you to come inaide yo wait 10 mins on top of the 15 min wait I already had.

Hey guys I just went to this location and I love that it is 24 hours. My friend had an emergency once and we needed something but everyone else was closed for the night. But not CVS they saved the day. They were able to help me find everything that I needed and more. I even got to use some Extra bucks and save about $3.00 worth. I will be shopping at this location as well and people should come in and see this store. It looks great and everyone is doing well.

They seem frustrated to do there job at this Pharmacy. I had to drive down and ask for a manager to get my prescription taken care of. The manager seemed visibly frustrated, and one of the staff members cracked a joke while I walked away. It is humiliating trying to explain how sick I get without my medication and having to apologize for getting them to do their jobs. I truly have been going through hell and this pharmacy seems to think it’s funny.

We have shopped at this CVS location several times and have always received excellent service. Our most recent visit was to get a passport photo and Sandra was very careful to get a good picture. CVS has an online coupon for photos but the website is not user friendly so you have to get creative to figure out how to get it printed. Also, the customer kiosks in the photo department are terrible, even the CVS employees have trouble with them.

I have been using CVS for over a decade and honestly I'm going to switch to somewhere else. During the summer I go out early mornings to beat the heat. On two separate occasions I have seen the same female clerk and male security guard making fun of myself and other patrons. To me this in unacceptable behavior and frankly offensive. Other employees are aware of this situation. To bad two employees can ruin a business I frequently use.

They mixed my prescription (ZC80) with something that wasn't mine (Z18). I'm out of town so I can't just bring my bottle in for a "replacement" that was recommended by the pharmacist. No explanation, no apology, when I asked what the wrong med was and if it could affect anything their response was "it should be fine". No mention of what it was that they gave me and they didn't really seem to care. Super disappointed

Today me and my son went through the pharmacist drive-through we were greeted by a rude customer service lady, she Was so rude and very disrespectful. I have one suggestions for her if you do not like your job quit and Find another job that does not deal with customer services Clearly this job is not for you. If I could’ve gave you a zero I would have. The pharmacist was lovely to deal with and came to the rescue.

I would give this 0 if it would let me. I have spent two hours trying to get a prescription sorted out and get the information to have it transferred. The person who has answered each time has been rude and hung up on me mid sentence twice. I used to like this place because they were 24 hours. FYI, if your medication is not in stock or insurance is not contracted, they will not call you to inform you.

I don’t know what it is with this cvs pharmacy I don’t know if they’re understaffed or maybe staffed with people who are too comfortable in their position whatever it is it’s really annoying to get the same run around answers from them I thought maybe it’s just that they’re busy but there’s competent pharmacists here that help you and then there’s some that just flat out don’t want to do the work.

I have used this pharmacy for a few years and they do a great job!! Consider all that we are throwing at the staff, two years into a pandemic. Thank you pharmacy staff for always helping me, even when I have to wait on hold because so many people are sick at once. I believe the whole staff does a great job and the shelves are way more stocked than other branches I have been to.

Just seen a video of the manager harassing a customer and throwing the items he was gonna purchase on the floor.... that is so unprofessional and uncalled for, if you can’t handle a situation such as a person not wearing a mask you shouldn’t even be an assistant to the assistant supervisor you should be in the back breaking down cardboard nowhere near customers.

the clerk Ramona or Rosana i think is the name, an elderly looking lady, working around 7-730am yesterday is not helpful at all. she has the attitude of "if you like it, take it, if not, leave it" kind. No customer service at all. if you hate your job that requires customer service, dont tire yourself and leave, and dont rub your negativity to other people

The security guard is COUGHING like crazy while standing in front of the entrance/exit. He has his mask on below his nose and part of his mouth. Completely irresponsible. I will be contacting corporate. I came here to reduce the chance if being infected at a Wal-Mart. Not to be forced to walk through a cloud of cough droplets on my way out of the store.

Been dealing with them for two years now and it just keeps getting worse. From the looks of the other reviews I'm not the only one that feels this way. Most unorganized place I've ever been to. They can never find prescriptions even after they send a message that they are filled. It shouldn't be this difficult to get prescriptions filled.

My girlfriend was on hold for over 40 minutes and put her on hold 2 times before that 10 minutes each and hung up on her. I had to call these jerks on my other phone to get them to finally help her get her medicine processed. It's unacceptable. People genuinely need medication and you lack the integrity to care.

Asked the lady with the earrings do they have a photo center she replied with “yes we do” in such a rude tone. Then I asked if I could get my photos copied her reply was “I’m doing money right now I can’t at the moment” very unprofessional and rude. I don't understand why this particular CVS has a low rating. I've been there a few times and it reminds me of my Pharmacy back home. Everyone and I mean all of the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. And the pharmacy does a great job! Thank you for making me feel at home again.

Love the fact that the store is open 24 hours. Everytime I go I always experience great customer service at the front counter and with the pharmacy. The manager Ricardo is very friendly, personable, and takes time to talk with the customers and really makes you feel welcome.

I never write a review but this place deserved one. The staff was unprofessional, robotic, and honestly didn't care if they helped me or not. Certain members had their shirts tied off in the back and walked around the store with their stomach uncovered.

I don't know what happened to this location. Went here for years. I have switched to target where I see a lot of employees now working there from CVS. The staff is rude, uneducated and the wait time is the next day for prescriptions. Never going back!!

The service is incredible everytime i come in from the pharmacy to the clerks at the check out counter. That aside shopping here can be incredibly convenient if you utilize the coupons correctly. Been a customer of theirs over here well over 7 years.
